Fix bug that makes it keep crashing

The previous version was easier to see and use. This update is poorly laid out and not as user friendly. I certainly don't like the color scheme.

Since last iOS update, this is terrible on my phone. I have uninstalled/ reinstalled countless times. Freezes constantly. Somebody needs to address this if you’re going to continue offering it.

I really like the improved app! I particularly like the multiple locations you can save. Also, the nice new layout. This is my primary weather app now!

The latest updated version doesn’t work. I try to open it, the title screen shows up, and then it returns to my home screen.

App won’t load. Must restart every time.

Ever since the app updated a week or so ago the app will not even open. Fix ASAP please or I may need to download a new weather app as I use this daily for work.

Updated the app 10/22/15 to "fix bugs" and now it won't open. Come on, I use this app for my job!

The last few months of updates have made it slower and slower and after the last two updates, the app won’t even load. Time to switch to a different app.

The app will not load on my phone now. It just goes back to my home screen. Kinda lost without it, I used it every day.

Please go back to how the map looked and operated before the latest update; it doesn’t even label the city I select as my location and the area it shows is almost the entire state. Also the severe weather layering is not see-through, so you can not even see the radar beneath it to see where the precipitation is headed. Luckily i do not have auto update on my iPad, so i am able to enjoy being able to use the old format on that one device. The satellite, dark, and light map options are all equally bad, but I settled on the light option as it is easiest on the eyes and is the closest option to the old look of the map (green over land, blue water). Please reverse the update back to the version it was a few days ago.

Can you PLEASE give an accurate high temperature for the Elizabeth, Colorado region?? We are always at least 5 to 7° higher than what you post for the day… EVERYDAY! How can you not get that right even some of the time? I only seem to notice it during the summer months, but still…

You can no longer use your current location without enabling permanent tracking. Location Services must be enabled "always" instead of "while using".

Rarely can I ever use this app anymore. It doesn’t load.

Not sure who to call on this so I thought I would write it here. The latest update is now not letting me open the app at all on any of my devices. We have two iPhones and two iPads.

I've been using for months and it works wonderfully well. After the last update the app crashed when trying to open but after deleting and reinstalling it, it performs just the same as before.

Problem with reading the details in Day view. Also just visually harder to read than previous version.

SunnySpect ia absolutly correct. The new version of 9NEWSWX has been totally ruined by the latest changes. It used to be fun and easy to use. Now I’m looking for another weather app to use.

Use to be a great app now it's worthless.

I've used this app for a few years now. It's completely inaccurate for weather predictions (temp, precipitation, etc.), but it's great for real-time radar. I don't think it's updated very often, which accounts for the forecast inaccuracies, but the radar is real-time as is good especially for watching spring and summer storms.

Progressively worse with each update! I need a weather app to be quick and dependable in the field. As a park ranger I need this app to function as a useful, accurate tool in decision making to help keep me and visitors safe in our parks. These recent updates are making this app almost unusable.

This is hands down a must have app for Colorado. It's by far and away the best and most accurate way to check the weather in this state.

Like most of the recent reviews this update ruined a good app. I don’t like the functionality at all. What are the “drag here” squares all about? I can’t get anything to drag and drop. I also don’t like how it doesn’t show clouds when you zoom in. So much is wrong please don’t sit on the issues any longer.

There was an update to the app a few weeks back and now the radar doesn’t seem to load properly or actually show up. The old map was so much better. Please bring back the old map and radar!!

This used to be the best weather app around. I especially loved the accuracy, clarity, and up-to-date data the radar provided. Now, the radar rarely works, blocking out entire segments of my area, or jumping around in an unsmooth and strange animation. I get it: Colorado weather is hard to predict, but this app used to have the most accurate predictions of any weather app I could find. Now, it’s predictions of both temperatures and precipitation are rarely accurate. All this is only if the app loads. I get many errors about my network connection when all my other apps aren’t having any issues.

Sorry 9NEWS weather app but you've got to go. Alerting us at 3 a.m. for FROST is not necessary. A tornado yes, frost no.

Complete fail in weather map past/future animations. Now they show nothing!! Hey, 9NEWS, check with The Weather Channel...their maps work perfectly! Always!

My wife and I both have this app. It is currently 3:20 pm on Tuesday, 1-22-19. The day by day forecast at the bottom of the page is still on yesterday. Monday. Normally, when we get snow, this app only shows clouds. Not very accurate. This is in the Steamboat area.

App used to be my favorite weather app until the recent updates. It is now SO SLOW to load.

This latest update is horrible! The map is so much harder to look at and more than half of the time I’m on there, the radar is completely wrong! It was clearly raining at my location, yet there was absolutely nothing on the radar (I have precipitation and clouds turned ON). Right now, I can see the storm tracks, lightning symbols and tornado watch boxes in my area, but again, there is nothing there on radar! I would kind of like to know what is heading toward me! The “future” tab is also very unreliable. I’m looking for another weather app, this one is so unreliable now.

What was wrong with the old version? I find it harder to understand the weather changes and patterns with this updated version. The light colors don't pop and is visually unappealing. I regret updating to this version. Please bring back the old format in calendar format.

When the app launches it says my phone needs to be connected to wifi or turned airplane mode off. That's the only error I get and it does not work at all.

Please go back to your previous app....the new map is awful! Thank goodness I only updated my iPad and not my iPhone...at least I have one reliable weather app that I can read! I hate...repeat HATE...the new look of the 9NEWS weather app! I used to recommend this app in its prior design....I would NEVER recommend it now! Please go back to your previous version!

I like the idea of getting serious warnings especially while I'm asleep but twice now, once at 3am and this morning at 4am for a "freeze warning". Why do we get woken up for this? A wake up and take cover warning this wasn't!

This used to be my go to app for weather. Now it won't even load. Please pay attention to your dedicated 9 news viewers and fix this app!

Too much of the time it just does not work. It is either "yesterday's news," or only posts a big ad on the page. And the weather section does not work at all anymore. No videos, and today, just an ad for "Furniture Row!" Further, if you click on the "Full Site," link, nothing happens. Surely, they must all know this. Why they don't fix it, is beyond us.

I think it’s a great app... when it will load. 4/5 times now it won’t even load and I’m even connected to WiFi all the time! Wish they would fix this.

The blank map doesn’t look normal and doesn’t have the proper colors for the weather conditions as they exist. I’ve been struggling with this app since it updated.

Your last update won’t even open on my IPhone 8. I was using this app daily. Will it ever be fixed?

With the latest update, suddenly I’m stuck looking at a satellite image of practically the whole state, no matter what location I select. Please change this back - just a flat map like before would be ideal but at the very least show me just the local area when I choose a city!!!!!
