Add blocker in this app does not work. I still get ads. I love this app because it Loads fast and when you close the App it clears your cookies and history. Please fix your ad blocker. From Jack

This app is one of the best that i use. Five stars all day long.

I was tired of all the browser keeping and sharing all your information. This one is the exact opposite....it erases everything if you close it on top of that...

Love how private this browser is. Need Face ID or finger print to look at bookmarks. Code doesn’t work which keeps wife and kids away. But cloud storage of bookmarks and sharing across devices not supported. Also no way to start a new tab. Or clear out old. Also no home button and no way to clear data except to leave the app and start back up. Please fix these things and it will get a 5 star review. Could be a tad faster like some of the other options. Thank you.

I upgraded to the pro version years ago...for no other reason than to support the guys who provide the awesome stress free app. Over time, it has become my default browser. It's easy to use and fast. The peace of mind it provides is priceless....

I still see the SavySoda ad on home screen and some ads below it. Also, touch ID dialog keeps popping up even after Thumb Authentication (not a problem with free version). *Update: Ads below the search engine on home page seem to have disappeared now after I reinstalled the app several times with and/or without the free version (tried all combinations).

This app is really good and I’ve been using it for years but for some reason recently some of my bookmarks are disappearing and it’s really annoying.

I would give it 5 Stars but u can’t go back like when u click a link ur stuck there is no back button and I would like the app way more if it gave u the option to have more then 1 tab opened so u can go back and forth if they fix these two things the app will be great

I don’t see much difference between pay version and free version.

Is anyone else as confused as I am? I download this app and launch it, it tells me I can pay $2.99 or something like that to “remove ads” even though there’s already an “ad blocker” turned on which seemingly does nothing because I still have ads “in browser” on pages and although I did pay the $$ to have the ads removed from the app, that money did absolutely nothing other than take me back to the App Store to download another version of the app. Oh and don’t forget “Snowbunny”...there’s that exact same app. Anyhow, I paid money for nothing and now have 3 versions of the EXACT SAMEN app on my phone. Makes no sense and I definitely recommend to anyone thinking about it DO NOT PAY FOR ADD REMOVAL nothing happens when you do other than you flush $3 down the drain.

Looks very clean, but even the pay version has ads on the start page. No ads should be present in a premium version! Remove ads from premium and will update review.

Why are you putting ads on application I paid for? Talk about frustrating and stupid..

Not only does this browser work as expected but it is perhaps one of the most secure browsers I have found. I love the fact that it intentionally has amnesia. Really, this is a plus! You know those webpages that you go to that only let you view them to her three times and then you get blocked out unless you buy it or purchase a subscription, This browser fixes that. It does not carry over any cookies or baggage to let them know that you have been there before. I love it! I can read anything on the Washington Post, the New York Times and other pages without having to get the subscription! And if you want security to go to a page that you don't want to carry that cookie with you this is the answer! Highly recommended!!!

I downloaded the original version and a pop-up opened and said I could buy the “white” Ad-Free version for $2.99. Huge lie. White version has the same annoying ads. Total RIPOFF!

Everything is fast loading and great but it doesn’t have an option to configure settings while on the actual app.

Is this developer/app double dipping by charging for the app and from the displayed ads? The paid for version is a rip off: older software version than free app, less features, chokes on Google search interface (intentionally?), and still is peppered with ads ... JUNK! You can have your money back. Go to your iTunes account and request a refund. Do it soon!

I’ve been using this program for some time. In the past, it would go back to the home screen if you turned your IPhone off and then back on. In its current configuration when you turn your unit off and then back on again it will open up to the page you were on when you turned the unit off. What I’m saying here is this... you can be in the middle of reading (or writing) a confidential email. If you are interrupted and have to turn your iPhone off you will come right back to the same screen when you turn your unit back on. From my prospective, this destroys any confidentiality you thought you may have had. Once again, this is a change to the way this program used to work. In the past, you would go back to the home screen if you turned your unit off then back on.

I was excited but a bit dubious initially. I'm so tired of getting ads plastered all over when ofttimes it's research for studies or just want more info about something read or being nosy about. What I really despise are the hits when I research items for kids or even the next plan to travel. Thank you!

Version 11 added locked bookmarks. Nice addition for intruders!

This app saved my iPad 2. Safari was freezing all the time and I was going to buy another tablet. Then I downloaded this app and it works perfect. But the problem is with their paid pro version there are still ads. I will change this to five stars if they remove the ads.

Two things... 1. The bookmark and back/forward buttons and not showing up on my iPhone 7+ making it difficult to navigate. 2. Should be able to make home screen whatever you’d like. Fix these and you’re golden!

One reviewer mentioned that the app has changed and is opening to the last page you were on. That would be bad. My experience (just tested it again) is that that is NOT the case; it comes up blank every time. For confidential work, that's what you want. They don't appear to track anything, as far as I can tell and navigating back works only while you're in a session. That's good enough for me, compared to Chrome, which not only tracks, but analyzes and sends you ads that match words in your personal emails. I like having this option of privacy and this app does the job for me.

So not sure if it’s a bug but when you try and change the search engine no matter what you search it always comes back to google results. I also find it ironic that a privacy browser only gives you the option to use the least privacy centric search engines (google, yahoo, bing). I would expect a duck duck go or a startpage option for real privacy. Based upon their search engine choices I have no option left but to believe this browser is not nearly as secure or private as they would have us believe. Definitely disappointed and I’m out $4. Also as others have mentioned you still get ads. These guys are scam artists of the highest order.Would not recommend.

Seriously what’s up with that. Could have saved myself $3 by staying with the free version. Why say it’s ad free and then show ads anyway. If not for that it’s an excellent app. and would get 5 stars. If you are going to lie to me then you get one star.
