I purchased this app awhile ago to connect to Dropbox. The Dev simply took it away. On my old device the app still has Dropbox support.

Does everything well. Really like that I can paste something and save it. Only thing that would be nice is a decoy password. Now if you made a calculator version then I would give 7 stars.

This doesn’t work. None of my iOS devices connected and it didn’t connect via IP address or ftp. This is the first app I ever purchased and now I’ve lost my virginity for nothing.

So far I’m able to see Google Drive, and Dropbox file sharing. I also added iCloud Drive, but when I access the folder it’s empty. iCloud Drive has over 50gb of photos and videos. Any recommendations as to solve this issue

Can’t open Dropbox without crashing. Doesn’t show all iCloud files.

Only plays one song at a time. I expect to pay for that.

Recent update wiped out all of my stored files

This app is fantastic for transferring files from my phone to a computer and vice versa. You could just use Google Docs, but that is sooooooooo much slower. This app is basically instant. Also, it keeps all of your videos saved so you can watch them on the app while being offline

I just start using it and would like to request from you to enable me to download from the browser onto my PC a file format *.fdx I am getting this message, “This XML file does not appear to have any style formation association...... “ Also, when refreshing the browser, it errors out fast, and I then need to retype the local IP address. I find I am retyping it often between up and down loads. THANKS. Sure I will update my review.

I can’t seem to find the ‘open in’ function on the app. This lets me open the files I transferred to the app I want it to open in. Was this function removed or is this a glitch? I have the Phone Drive Pro version. Because of this, the files i transfer to my device using phone drive are basically stuck in the Phone Drive app only, making the app useless.

Phone Drive is the number 1 app on my phone but I am a bit annoyed of the “PRO” thing on the top of the icon. If you buy pro there shouldn’t be anything on the logo and if you have the light version there should be a label “LIGHT” on the top. Will change my review after the logo is adjusted.

Wouldn’t it make more sense to have a “lite” tag on the lite version and leave the pro version’s app icon looking simple and beautiful like it was before? Putting a “pro” tag on the app icon just kinda ruins the look. Thank you.

Don’t ever go anywhere when you need all-in-one app to manage your files, unzip,...etc This app is really useful. Thank you for such a great app

Sometimes photo files will freeze up on my iPod Touch, but I've not had any issues on my iPad Mini. I recommend the app.

I can’t rename, and even share a file. Its file transfer through wifi doesn’t work either.

Love it. I open the app, Open the folder, open the file and adjust the volume. It Is that quick. I listen to audio instructional files and found Phone Drive to be the easiest and most simple to use and operate. My wife used a different one and would call me at work telling me she had problems. When she started using Phone Drive, I quit getting phone calls at work. I recommended it to the IT manager at work and he started using it. I have several friends that are using it. It is EASY and SIMPLE and QUICK. What more do you want.

Forget iTunes!! This app is just simply AMAZING, and it solved my problem! My problem: The good news...I just got a new iPad Pro. The bad news....It is not compatible with my PC's last/latest iTunes version for Windows XP (I know, I know… But, I LIKE Windows XP, I KNOW Windows XP, and I don’t want to pay Microsoft any more money. I am using the iPad more than the PC, anyway.) So, back to the good news…I find PHONE DRIVE. This app is unbelievably simple to use and IT WORKS! Fire up your iDevice, make sure it’s on the same wireless network as your PC, identify the IP address of your iDevice (which the app will do for you), open the browser on your PC (for me, Firefox), type in the IP address for your iDevice in the location bar, hit "Enter", and viola!! Your PC and iDevice are connected…and, with no wires!! Now, you can open up Windows Explorer on your PC, and start dragging and dropping files into the "Drop Files Here" box on your PC's screen. They will immediately transfer to your iDevice! Amazingly simple! The help file that comes with the app suggests another step that calls for going into “My Network Places”. I did not do that, and I don’t see the need for it, since, what I described above was easy, and it works for me. Music files can be played within the app, and they can be grouped in folders or playlists. Folders can also be created for photos, which can be viewed individually or in a slideshow. At this point, I should mention my only gripe: The slideshow plays a little fast. An extra two or three seconds for each picture would be nice. Uploading to your PC is just as simple. Select the file you want to send to your PC, hit the “send to" icon on your iDevice and you should find PHONE DRIVE as one of the options. Select it, and a copy of the file will be sent to the app. Then, using the browser on your PC screen, you can select it, and hit “Download“. PHONE DRIVE will automatically zip your file(s) into a file called PHONE DRIVE ZIP and save it on your hard drive. Even when I used iTunes with my old iPad, I always thought it was clunky. I find PHONE DRIVE to be a perfect example of the axiom KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid)! To the developer: Don’t mess with perfection… Unless you want to add a couple of seconds to the slideshow!

I love this app. It's been a life saver since my iPhone 4s was cat swiped off the table with the iPhone 5 coming on the market. With phonedrive you can transfer files between any web enabled device that supports file transfer. In many occasions I have moved or sent data to friends who just will wait a second to setup. It's a win!

After iOS update, I can not down load the photo to library. Please update the APP.

It’s a convenient app to have in my set. Whenever I can’t directly open a document from one app into another, I send it here because it is compatible with most other apps for dropping documents.

If the text file contains Korean characters, it can not be saved. And I can not read a text file with Korean characters in the contents.

Works well and makes my life run more smoothly!

What a great file app that I can put most anything on including large work files! What’s not to like!

Functionality on iPhone looks great. But when I try to actually do the file transfer, it seems to make the attempt and creates a zero byte file, but actual transfer never occurs. It then asks if I want to copy over an existing file (this is without me reinitializing) and gives an error. This is using the map network drive method. Using the browser method, it reads the directory on the iPhone, but dropping files in does nothing. I would gladly give this a higher rating if it worked.

I am so glad that I purchased this app. I used to have a hard time downloading and moving my files from the clouds to either my iPhone, iPad. With this app, I am able to do it in a breeze. I am also able to share the files through sinking between iPhone and iPad. Suggestions: I wish you could do the sinking automatically as in the clouds instead of manually sinking between the devices using the same Wi-Fi Thanks guys and I am a believer. I've been using Phone Drive for several years now, nothing can replace this app. It is in the God tier of apps indefinitely. However, I'm a little disappointed that I purchased the full version of Phone Drive but have to pay again to unlock cloud services. Still they deserve all the money they make, 10/10 developer. I would like to see this on Android, I would have no problem buying it again for the other platform.

Bought this ages ago when i was on 3gs. Yeah way back. Its the app i used most over the years. I hate itunes, i place all my music, videos and Docs on this app. Easy to access the app with wifi and easy to export everything when its time for upgrade to a new iphone or factory reset. Because of this app i stayed with iphone and didn’t switch to android. I use it on daily bases. Would love the feature to download vids from browser to drive, also feature to hide folders with access code. That would be amazing

Esta es una de las más útiles aplicaciones que han creado, existen tres detalles que se debe considerar y por eso no le doy cinco estrellas. 1. En el navegador no se puede abrir ventanas secundarias. 2. Hay que añadir un bloqueador de publicidad ya que la publicidad es molesta y no deja ir al link de descarga. 3. No se puede copiar ni pegar texto, esto es muy importante para poder copiar los link de algunas página web. Gracias por crear esta app es excelente.

I use it for downloading, playing files, and transferring. One request: I would like to have the option to show or hide nested folders. My navigation pane is pretty long.

Been using Phone Drive since it’s inception and each iteration improves and improves. An essential app for file storage and sharing.

This a great music app that I use regularly.

One of the most useful applications for someone who wants to use their iPhone to hold all of their files, media and everything else, and then transfer it off wherever. You can even link it up to popular cloud services and send files between your device and their storage. It's easy and intuitive, and as of today has a nicer UI. It could really use the addition of better recognition when playing audio for iOS's interface, at least in terms of showing the correct time information. It de-syncs occasionally.

No documentation that I can find in the app. I unzipped some images with it and they do not appear in the app, no link to them, they're not I'm My Photos. Waste of time. Deleted it.

I love this app. Best way to treat my phone like a hard drive/music player but it constantly quits when in connect mode. Can’t keep a connection. Pretty frustrating.
