Looked all over for a random timer app and this one fits the bill more sounds would be great but all together an excellent app

If you don’t have someone handy to yell “switch!” at random intervals and would like an app to serve that function, this is exactly what you want! I use it in my guitar practice. The UI is simple and effective; the feature set is appropriate to the task.

Does what it says. I've been looking for one of these type apps for a while. Specifically the random without displaying time remaining. I like the 5 second to almost an hour options. I would like to see continuous mode with time to the second displayed and a scrolling of the timer reset times.

Paid for app and it seems like it will do what I need but I am annoyed that after I pay I get the message that it needs to be updated and will not work with future iOS updates. Wo PD have been nice to know beforehand.

I bought this while at a game party to use the random timer feature. It was hard to figure out how to use the random feature. It also needs to have an audio option for an accelerating beep to increase pressure as you get closer to the end of the random time.

Awesome app. The random time functionality is well implemented and very flexible.

This timer comes in handy and boosts the fun at game parties. The sound effects are well selected and executed. The interface is intuitive and polished. Random and fixed time intervals go with a large variety of game situations.

Don't waste your money.

It's a game timer!!! Therefore, not working in sleep mode isn't an issue, unless you timer needs to be on longer than your sleep mode settings, and my iphone is set for 5 minutes so no problem. If it is, use the one that comes with your phone. It is a fine game timer, goes down to 5 second intervals, keeps yor settings, it is better than the useless freebies I tried.

I have been searching for a realistic sounding kitchen timer. This has an extra beat to it that is just not the same. Tick tock is the sound a pendulum makes on a clock not the hand of the stopwatch. It’s just tick, tick, tick...

There was no sound. But my silencer was turned on. It was confusing because OTHER apps' sounds were working. So it made me think this app wasn't working. But it was working fine. Make sure your silencer is turned off.

App works as advertised. Really like it. Would buy it again. Only 7 timer sounds while timer is running, more would be nice.

As previous reviewers have said, the application does everything it says it does. Unfortunately, it does not continue to keep time and sound alarms when my iPod automatically goes to sleep. As soon as I wake it up again, the alarm will sound, but that does not help if you want to time anything longer than a few seconds. Recommendations for the developer: make the alarm functional when the iPod Touch is asleep, and it would be nice to be able to use other apps while the timer is still running (hopefully easy fixes). Other than these two issues, it's a great app.

I've been using this app for years and love the random range functionality. Can you update the app for iOS 10 and the larger iPhone screens? When I ran the app tonight I got an alert that the app may slow down my phone and that it needs to be updated for iOS 10. I believe this is because it was compiled as a 32bit app. Thanks

Great little app. Only one of its kind. I looked for a long time

It does what it says, it’s a random timer! I needed this for an activity with students, and I definitely wasn’t disappointed. I am timing between 15 and 50 seconds and anywhere in between this time duration the alarm will go off, and I announce special modifiers to my activity! It’s a lot of fun.
