Make sure your phone never goes to lock screen or the iPhone app will disconnect from the server until you restart the application on your computer. Why is that a thing? Do you guys really expect people to disable auto-lock or constantly make sure your phone doesn’t auto-lock by clicking it? You’d think something basic like that would be fixed years ago.

Wow, this app is now so feature rich! I can hardly believe it includes so much for free! I managed to get it working without any paid features to control my Mac from my iPhone as long as they were connected to the same Wi-Fi network. ( Didn’t work if the devices were connected to different Wi-Fi networks that were connected to each other. ). I’ve only just started using it again after I first used it many many years ago.

Worked great until recently, when the Windows server up stays in idle when I open the mobile app. Forced to restart the Windows server app to get it connected.

It’s total hit or miss. I’d never use it in a professional setting. Sometimes it works fine, sometimes it skips like 8 slides for no reason, sometimes it does nothing. Wish I didn’t spend money on it.

I love Mobile Mouse. I used the free version for a few years then a few months ago I chose to buy the Pro version. What an amazing app!

If you haven’t told anyone about this you are doing it wrong. Tell everyone let them know you outmatched and out smarted Apple at their own game.

App won’t allow me to use apostrophes or quotation marks when using as a keyboard in Windows 10. This is a problem when trying to type coherent sentences.

Windows 10, iPhone. Works great. Punctuation works, easy setup, some delay for keyboard inputs, but it shows the inputs on the phone's screen in real time. Otherwise works great.

Stop working after 7 days, but after I input the IP and Port information then it works again. The mouse motion still need a little adjustments on Windows 10 PC.

Extremely bad application I just paid 1,99$ it’s nothing at the end doesn’t work at all what is the point of it hoping I will get a refund.

The keyboard lags tremendously.

Exactly as described. Works fabulously. Don't forget to read through the server download.

Worked much better than I thought it would. If it integrates force touch, it would be perfect.

Works very well and fairly simple. Make sure to adjust the mouse speed though. Reaction is a little weird.

Used to work properly, just re-download revently but I cannot start the server on osx 10.9.5

It takes a few minutes to set up but once it’s ready, it works the way you’d hope. I upgraded it to get rid of the startup ad but I’m glad I did since I use this everyday from my bed lol

IMO without substantial troubleshooting connectivity with a plain Windows 10 pc is spotty.

I've been using the app for 2 years now and even the lite version was dope, it only made me get the paid version because i was tired of the ads. But I most definitely recommend this app.

I sent a request concerning an issue with connectivity concerning the software. Absolutely no response from this company. Poor customer service will get you nowhere. I would like my money back for this app that doesn’t work that this company doesn’t support! Look at other remote mouse apps. This company doesn’t care about its customers, it just wants their money. Pathetic

It is pretty clear that this developer has carefully thought out this app and has great coding competence. It feels very polished, works like a charm.

Long time ago a send a message to technical support and no reply’s they charge me one time payment and trying to charge me again don’t buy it

In a simple review this app achieves everything it’s said to have and do it’s amazing.

This one actually permits entering control sequences and the windows key, but it’s still well short of a full solution.

Didn’t get to use this app at all after purchasing it. I could not connect to my computer even after trying the troubleshooting steps on their support page. Hope I’ll remove this poor review if I could ever get this network issue sorted

I have been looking for a good 10 key app to use when I work remotely. I was excited that this app has bigger key than other apps but the enter key seems like the sensitivity is off center you have to press almost to the left of the enter key for it to register. Enter is an important key and is super frustrating when you have to just give up and use the regular key board. I’m using an iPhone X and maybe the screen size messes it up. Looks like a great app but if it isn’t useful then it is just one more app I don’t use.

I was using the free remote mouse app before i found this one, remote mouse gave me nothing but problems and a bunch of adds. When i downloaded this pro app it’s worked like a charm. It hasn’t lagged once and works as well as my mouse on my computer 5 Stars from me!!

I have used Mobile Mouse Pro for over 5 years now and can easily state that it is THE BEST. In the first couple versions I had, I thought it was somewhat glitchy, soon enough I realized that if MMP wasn't working properly, it was because I had made a mistake. There are other apps out there that allow you to stream videos from your Mac to your iPhone, or to open applications on your Mac from your iPhone. That may be important for some people, but after spending something like $10 on that app, I was able to make it work one time. Mobile Mouse Pro is so easy to install and sync between phone and computer, plus the settings you are able to change make this app a truly personalized experience. It's sort of funny to read many of the negative reviews for Mobile Mouse, because I can tell precisely what their issue is, and it has nothing to do with the app! This app is one of the only apps that I have carried over from phone to phone since I got it. I've never gone without it. That's how good it is.

I bought this app because it said it supported Bluetooth in the description. It doesn’t.

Can you make a choice in the setting to allow volume down and up keys for scrolling pdf? That’d be really helpful.

It works out well I haven’t used a full size keyboard and mouse for over 10 years. I have used every handheld keyboard with mouse pad . Some were Bluetooth others WiFi with dongle and phone mouse with keyboard like this one. It is exceptional and they have put thought into streamlining the changes that come up in the user interface. Searching, typing, scrolling and getting back to the mouse quickly and easily at anytime during. This is one of only two such well thought out mouse/keyboard apps that are out there for you to purchase. If you are good at mastering new layouts to make them work for you this could make life easier by only needing your phone in your hand to control everything.

The features in this app are amazing, I’m usually picky about spending money on apps but after being in love with the lite version of the app, I decided to get the paid version thinking if nothing else, it’ll help the devs but oh boy it was quite the upgrade, love all the things you can do with this. I’d say worth the 2$ for sure. I will say, for the future, if you could possibly add a feature to the air motion where you could drag the phone like a mouse instead of a rotation based movement (unless it’s there and I just haven’t figured it out yet) and usb/bluetooth support for Windows, I’d love it even more! TLDR 10/10 app worth the money

Ive been using this app for years. I can’t remember ever having problems with it. If only all apps functioned so smoothly!

Where has it been all my life, the only thing I’d modify is adding explanations on what the different options do under each option instead of having to go to the website.

Sent three messages to support. No response. Bought the app to remote control the volume during keynote presentations, but the volume buttons control slide forward and back.

Not worth the headache

This app accomplishes what it is suppose to do, based on the description that is: using iPhone/iPad as a virtual mouse. However, the performance is not there yet. The mouse is very laggy when using it, especially on 4K monitors (in my case it was a 4K Philips TV). My down speed is above 100Mbps so it can’t be my internet connection. Most likely this is a software issue on either the desktop clients or on the mobile app. I really love this app and have supported it since it came out. As a legacy user, I am very displeased with the progression this app has had. Instead of prioritizing performance and stability, you guys just keep adding more features. Though that is a great thing, the core app should be in its most optimal state before taking bigger steps. After all, this is the “Pro” version, so I expect nothing but the best.

Cannot make commas or apostrophes on Windows 10 with the most up to date server. Only good for letters.

I downloaded the app just to try it out I really love it so easy to use. This by far is my favorite remote mouse for the Mac 💻👍👍

I bought pro - couldn’t get it to connect. So, I bought the peer-to-peer option. Still didn’t work. I emailed support and after I stopped playing with the settings it magically started working. The response is so horrible that the app couldn’t possibly be used to control the computer. With so many of these apps out there it’s not worth spending Elantra time with this one. I don’t care about my $3.00 but I wish I could have the 45 minutes of my life back.

This app does not allow you to smoothly control your mouse but rather through extremely jerkey motions. You are better off just getting an actual bluetooth mouse.

And it keeps improving. I've used it for years, very few problems, nothing at couldn't be corrected. Looking forward to other possible features!

I needed a keyboard to enter my password. But this app needs me to first install something on my Mac. I thought I was buying simialr to a bluetooth keyboard that woudl automatically conenct. But this is not the case. I even bought the wifi upgrade and it stil DIDN'T WORK. Very disappointing and misleading.

This app did not work for me because I could never get my phone to connect to the computer. If I could now get my two dollars back!

Purchased the pro upgrade. Crashes every time I try to use it on my iPad. I’ve tried it on iPad mini 4, iPad Pro 10.5” and an iPad 4 running iOS 10.3 same thing every time. Pleas fix. Will be 5 stars then!
