Update: this app was once awesome. Too bad the developers have seriously neglected it. I love, love, love this app but it needs a bit more tweaking. Here is what I would suggest: 1) smoother handwriting 2) calendar is a bit too small. They need to utilize the space better. Perhaps reducing down the month font on top to make more room for the calendar. 3) the ability to add text in each day without having to do a "tag" 4) reminders 5) password protect Great features are: - the stamps - rotating pictures - pre set holiday calendar - pre set wallpapers to choose from

I am concerned that this app appears to be ending December of 2019. Am I wrong?

I'm a right-brainer so I love that you can handwrite and doodle each day. Really like the latest upgrade with the stamp feature. Lets you cut and paste -- been waiting for that! Thanks! Now I'd like to be able to finger-zoom to expand an area of the calendar to be able to review what I wrote instead of having to open one day at a time just to read it. Second, there are a ton of writing and doodle programs out there that have a lot better, cleaner line quality when you 'write'. Would love that here -- it's still pretty choppy and looks primitive no matter what line thickness I use. Thanks for the great program!

Wish it would be updated. Seems to require a large amount of memory. But it is great!

Was pleasantly surprised at how well this app works. I'd add a half star if I could. There's a few rough spots - icons could be easier to manage, have to get used to the writing scale - but I hope the developer keeps working on it. I like the app well enough to keep it as a sort of larger view calander

I love this app, but would like to be able to open more than one calendar. I use it for documentation and it would be nice to be able to separate the calendars so I could print them individually.

I've owned this app for several years and it remains a joy to use. I love the choices for expressive notes with handwriting or typing, photos, icons, backgrounds, colors. I love its ease of use and that it always works perfectly for me, unlike many others I've tried. Please keep it going. Thank you!

The idea is great but more work is needed. The main problem is that handwriting is very difficult -- the writing is not smooth, and the ink appears not where one touches one's pen, but a few centimeters higher or lower. In some apps, handwriting looks smooth and pretty, but in this one, the handwriting more closely resembles a scribble. One thing that I liked is that the developers offer several background papers, including lined papers and grid papers. These backgrounds are very useful for handwriting, as the lines or grid squares provide guidance, and the resulting handwriting is neat and straight and aligned. This app allows the user to pan and zoom so that, indeally, one could write big and the handwriting would be small. One could get a lot of handwriting into a single, small space. However, in this app, it is not possible to write in the "pan" (big) position: the writing comes out in little streaks and is hardly legible. This situation is frustrating because the idea of writing big, and on nice lines and grids, and then having the handwriting appear neat and small is a very good one, especially in the calendar format. I really hope that the developers try and work out these problems, as the result would be a stupendous app. I also wish that the lined-backround/pan and zoom options could be made available for the iPad version.

tiny but fun and useful

Photos, text, and icons are treated as objects which you can later rearrange, resize, rotate or trash individually. Handwriting goes on the background "layer" of the date.

Love this app but would be great if I can share my schedule through email to others.

I like it because I can just write what I want and add photos. I find handwriting works best and I use a stylus. It would be great if it synced with the MemoCal Mini on my iPhone. That would be a great update!

I love this calendar. I like the idea of writing my appointments, as opposed to typing in a boring font. I write cursive, because it is a bit hard to coordinate print when you don't have a pen. My favorite part is that you can use your pictures for the background of the date. We love to travel and I like putting pics of the places we visited on the days. It becomes like a photo journal. Thank you for fixing the app in this last update so that we can keep our custom settings! I am frugal and usually only download free apps... This one is worth every penny for the upgrade, though!
