Good for downloading Google contacts. Downside is having to do future downloads to update.

Google won't authorize this app unless you change your security settings. After all the hacker issues, I won't be downgrading my security. Frustrating to realize this app doesn't have the necessary security AFTER purchase.

Excellent does what it advertises

I needed to keep my business contacts where I could access them when not on Wi-Fi. This app allows me to see all fields of information, even "notes" section. It would be nice to view in Landscape view but that's not a big deal. Nice App.

Can I decide which contacts to update? Instead of ALL or Nothing? Eg if I added "Harry" in my Google Contacts, I should be able to chose to add ONLY Harry on my iPhone. Tx

This is a great app. Definitely worth 2.99. I've spent hours typing in a several of my contacts and as I was complaining about it my hubby said I bet there is an app that will do that for you. And he was right!!! Just a few click and all my google contacts where in my iPad and iPhone. Now I am happy and that frees up several days worth of data entry :)

Horrible app . It didn't do anything

This is a nice alternative to the other contact sync app I use for Google Contacts on my iPad. However, it reverts to a screen offering to synchronize, rather than remaining on my contact list. If I am in a hurry and need a contact quickly it is a little annoying to have to drop down a menu and find the View Contacts option. If this app would offer a default setting of my choice I would rate it higher.

Can't access groups within gmail. Nice to have contacts list on iPad, but my primary goal of quickly composing group emails without entering separate addresses is not met by this app. To make things worse, I have to wait for the app to update contacts before they are accessible, making it close to useless. Sorry I bought it!

Really great app

...But when I do, I give them with much prejudice (the good kind) and scrutiny. This app is super functional. It downloaded ALL of Google contacts and...AND the contact images AND every category. SWEET! Anyway, the only thing left for the app to do is to allow reverse syncing from iCloud to Google. Finally. If this app improves its design and aesthetic appearance, I'll help market this thing like new flavors of ice and chicken!

Works great my only complaint would be, it needs to be able to sync contacts both ways. I want to be able to sync my contact via iOS to google as well.

Did what it said would do. Don't know why people are leaving bad reviews for the lite version of the app, may be because it is free lol

There may be other ways to populate the ipad address book with Google contacts, and some methods may be free, but no method is easier or more straightforward than using this app. It works and works quickly. Worth the price.

It found my contacts said it uploaded them but they still aren't there

Tried to sync with my Google account, got error message that my user name or password may be incorrect (checked that several times, same one I use on multiple computers, tablets, iPhone, etc) not that, maybe locked out of my Gmail account (used it on my laptop and iPhone, no problem either) or I may have 2 step authentication enabled. Bingo, of course I do. Why would I not, especially after the Target wake up call last week?So, won't work. Why can't they be honest and say this doesn't work if you use a common security settings so I don't waste my money? Now I have to try and get the $4 credited back to my Apple account. Lesson learned, I'll avoid this dealer in the future.

If you use gmail, you should use 2-factor authentication (also known as 2-step authentication). If you do, though, you'll have to disable it to use this app. Feeble.

This is a great app. Lets me sync all of my Google contacts with my iPad. App does what it says it will do.
