Happy to find an affordable app that allows me to easily print calendars from my iPad. App’s print view and print layout could be improved a bit but the print settings choices are endless. Excellent app - very pleased.

This is app very useful. It is simple to use, easy to print, and easy to email. It will work with multiple calendars and color codes. The default setting for appointments is one hour, and I wish that could be set for other intervals. This is the best calendar app I have found, and I purchased several others that we're problematic before finding this one.

Easiest printer ap I have ever used. A true 5 star ap. Have used it for years with no problem, but when I changed routers I couldn't figure out how to get it to connect to my printer. I sent a help request to CalPrint and received an answer the same day from "Melissa". I was able to connect in less than one minute. The problem was me, not the software.

This is an amazing app that works better than advertised. I use it all the time as it shows my calendar in better ways than the apple calendar app.

It does not print to my canon printer, which support AirPrint and prints from other iPad apps without any issues. Would like to have my money back.

This app is wonderful. Helps keep me aware of my appointments and the ease of printing my schedule is the best part.

Works great for printing calendars. $3 is peanuts with all it does. I especially appreciate the ability to print everything from blank calendars to choosing what specifically, if anything, I want to show when I print a hard copy of my iOS &/or Google printed Calendars. Individually or both. Let’s you choose specifically in print setup as you go to print. I’m generally rather picky and quite critical to say the least when leaving reviews. However & again for me personally, CalPrint is one of my main frequently used and valued apps on both my iPad as well as iPhone. I believe they make one for each separately and again worth it. I finally found a Calendar printing app that works great doing everything from simple to more detailed after searching and trying many many others in the App Store here, mainly paid ones since I bought my very first iPhone 3 back in 2009. Great tool, highly recommend... If you need to print calendars stop searching get this one, worth every penny to upgrade even if at $20. Fortunately $3 is ALL I had to pay. Again a great value worth every penny. No I do not know the devs nor compensated for reviewing etc (do they even do that or allow it here as Amazon does? If so then just FYI I’m just another regular demanding iOS device customer sharing my opinion plain and simple.

Super easy to install and even easier to operate. A beauty of a program. Makes a picture perfect duplicate image of your calendar program. Thank you!! Still using regularly and it works like a charm. Also support for this program is stellar. Love it!!

Best printing App I ever used. Able to save those important events, appointments and General day to day activities. Recommend it gave it a 5 star rating.

I didn’t realize that I needed an app to print out the Google calendar I maintain on my Apple devices. This one works very well for that purpose. I highly recommend it.

Apple won’t let you print iCal from the iPad, so this app fills a need. And it works fine. Easy to use; lots of options.

A godsend, considering Apple’s glaring and inexplicable lack of printing from Calendar. However CalPrint would benefit from better print layout: 1. In a printed month view, it can be difficult and confusing to know what day you’re looking at, without paying close attention. The date could be displayed in a larger font size, in bold, and to the left instead of the right of the date box. 2. The box outline of a given date needs to be darker, to further clarify what day you’re looking at. 3. Contiguous days, for example in a week-long meeting should be printed across all the days, in a highlighted field, as Apple’s Calendar does. This relieves the visual clutter of repeating the content for every day, and making the reader have to read every day to be sure he/she’s not missing anything. 4. In a printed List View, the date should be moved from the middle of the page to the left hand side, and be shown in boldface or underlined. There should be a line after each separate date, to further clarify the visual data. All the above are suggested as ways to improve the intuitive quality of a printout. The less a reader has to process, the more valuable the App. Overall though, CalPrint is indispensable to this user. Happy to give it 4 stars.

This is what I call a helpful app that delivers as described. Easy setup and nice print of calendar with various formats. I really like this app. Works simply.

What did we do before this! Sometimes I just want to check my schedule.... and I don’t want to risk drop kicking my phone across the airport terminal floor. Love being able to print my calendar, lists, etc....
