When you open the app, it wants to charge you $3.99. At that point I deleted it!

This is not a travel guide! It's a collection of stock photos and blurbs about the DC monuments with standard map of the Metro. Supposed itineraries are a list of sights with no advice about order, timing or how to move from one place to the next.

This is the best Washington dc travel guide on the App Store. It has offline maps and tons of ideas on where to go while you are there. It has incredible pictures on different sites to see. I love the offline maps feature because some parts of DC actually has poor reception so is will help you from getting lost!

Horrible. Charges you over and over for things that don’t work.

Paid $5 for the maps after the app forces you to, then it told me I had to purchase more maps for another $2. The app is lipstick on a pig, completely worthless scam to get your money.

It is not free, the first thing it does is attempt to log you in for a purchase, without explaining why. Apparently every map costs money, but you can't use this "free" app unless you purchase the map of your area.

Downloaded the app. If I wanted the maps, I had to pay $2.99. Just put the charge upfront. If it is a good app, happy to pay. Instead felt manipulated so deleted and will buy another.

I wish I had noticed before I attempted to use this app that all the reviews are 5 stars with glowing recommendations. Amazingly they were all written around the same exact time. I've used different travel apps and this is not a good one. Worse of all when you start using it, they make you buy the maps. Which is fair. Except it's never ending with no explanation. The first time I loaded it they made me buy maps for about $5. I did it thinking okay. Now I'll have all the maps for DC. Nope. Another message said I have to buy more maps. In a moment of weakness I did, this time it was only about $2. But then again. Buy more maps. The worse part of all is I had no idea what I was buying the maps for? Was it a certain part of DC? If so which? Was this going to end? Or should I just give them everything in my checking. The app also wouldn't let me pin my hotel. Not sure if it was because I hadn't bought the map covering my hotel area? No clue. it was also not easy to use. It was not intuitive. Don't waste your time or money.

You get a little free info about the city and some popular tourist stops (which you can find anywhere) but all the maps, recommendations and travel guides cost $3.99 (can't tell if it's per map/guide or each). Why not just charge upfront for the app or atleast let you know that you'll need to pay for the maps and guides? That and the obviously fake/paid/employee 5 star reviews turned me off and I deleted the app.

It makes you pay for map then makes you pay for additional places in the same city. Not worth it

This is a great app to use, especially for people like me who need an easy to use Washington dc Travel guide. The interface was very fluid and I had no issues getting around the area while using this. Great product!

We wereso excited to use this for our trip to DC. Thoroughly disappointed it would not open. Save your money and just buy a guide book- that's what we ended up having to do anyway.

Metro Maps are blurry and unreadable on 7 plus. Waste of money

I paid for the Washington DC tour guide and it was not worth the cost. Plus once you start using app you have to pay more fees to open other parts of the guide. Very little info is given about few attractions it cares to mention. Stay away from this app.
