Nice guides but their giveaways don't transfer to a new device. They can't be restored. Not thrilled with paying for any guides after this. They give away "free" guides and then take them back!

Love the guides. Easy to put on a smart phone and always have with you. Hints and reviews from real people who have been there along with professional information. Great photography and maps complete the outstanding guides.

Love that the info can be available on multiple devices offline, makes planning so much easier.

These guides are very useful. My wife and I spent over 4 months traveling through Europe last fall, and the unlimited access to all cities provided excellent navigation to popular sightseeing spots and our hotels. Each upgrade has added more features- definitely worth it

What a bad app. Navigation and handling is just plain stupid and makes no sense.

Trip wolf guides are there waiting as I travel. Net or not they provide good information that makes your travel and exploring all the better. More guides for National Parks would be great.

Easy way to travel, new places to explore that i never would of found. Good descriptions. Not too long , straight to the point. Gives me direction and a lot to look forward to. Places I forgot as well

Easy to use when on the go. Information can be downloaded. Broad array of destinations.

A great app for traveling. The downloadable maps are a great feature. You can even search addresses offline. There is a small glitch with the keyboard on one page though.

The app it's amazing good job guys... but I believe that some cities are missing still and places but beside that the function and performance it's great no doubt have great info too....

Seems to be pointing me to all the right places and is effective before and during a trip.

I had probs activating my unlimited purchase, but I deleted all tripwolf frm my iPad and then reinstalled , logged on then ir seems to work fine. I love this app. Easiest all in one way to visit or plan a trip to anywhere! Thanks guys!

Have subscribed to the full version for more than a year now and love it. Great for planning a trip, during a trip or arm-chair traveling. Hits all the right areas with easy navigation.

I started using Trip Wolf on our trip to Scandinavia last year. So helpful for mass transit options, museums, and overall mapping. I ordered the complete set, so am using it for all our domestic and international destinations. Now prepping for Africa, Poland, Baltic Countries, and St Petersburg.

Best trip app!!!

A must have app when traveling to countries where you don't have a data plan. Offline maps work great and guided me all across Europe. Sometimes it can be hard to find wifi and Trip Wolf fills that gap by working completely offline. Also has great information on sights and good restaurant recommendations.

For 20 dollars, less than a restaurant entree, you get a lot of useful information.

We used this app in Spain and found it very helpful for ideas on sights to see. We recommend it!

I just spent the $9.99 for unlimited use of the app and am very satisfied. There are many helpful hints and lots of information about multiple cities and countries. I will be sure to use it on all of sour travels. You can even download the information for off line use.

Easy to use; well organized

I purchased the unlimited package a couple of months ago and it has already paid for itself. I used the guides for a recent trip to Barcelona and Lisbon. The guides were quite thorough and I loved how my phone's gps was able to let us use the maps without cellular service. This app allowed us to navigate through the small, picturesque side streets in Lisbon without ever getting lost. My husband was definitely sold on this app and is already planning out next trip with it! Thank you TripWolf!!

I bought the unlimited package at the holidays and now enjoy TripWolf whenever I want. I would have given 5 stars except that some of my destinations are either not included or rolled into a state (e.g. Lake Tahoe is in California section-not stand alone)

I could see the benefit of you paid the premiums, but not useful as a free app. I wanted to connect my cities and make notes along the way, but didn't find a straightforward way to do this. Too much off limits to the free clientele.

I bought the Unlimited version (unlimited guide downloads for $19.99). The initial impression I got was that this will be THE travel planner. But after using it for 10 minutes trying to plan my Italy trip, all the flaws became apparent. Pros: nice layout and it's very innovative for integrating Fodor's destination info (attraction info + some historical background) with pictures, maps, and tour booking. Cons: You can create a "trip" and save all the things you want to check out to this trip. However, these "trips" are limited to each guide so if I create a "My Italy Trip" in the Italy country guide, I won't be able to add anything to this "My Italy Trip" from a Sicily Regional Guide. So, maybe the App developer will argue that everything in Sicily is already included in the Italy Guide...but then WHY have separate guides at all?? And this also means that you can't create a multi-country trip. Also, you are not able to view the places you saved on a map...so it kind of defeats the purpose if you want an "aerial view" of the things you want to check out to optimize route planning, etc. Conclusion: this app is only good as a guide when you're already in the country and you're trying to find things to check out. Be aware though that the activities they suggest seem to be either the typical tourist sites and the accommodation/restaurant recommendations seem a bit subjective. Definitely doesn't work as a trip planner tool.

What can I say... bought the full package and can grab travel data on almost every city that I want to go visit. Great that you can download across multiple devices (3 at once) and have info offline.

Only one suggestion: make it clearer on the map which sights I have selected for my trip

I had a chance to use this app when I was completely lost in Napoli and needed offline directions. It was amazing. Took me the best way to where I was able to see many things but get there in a great amount of time. Looking forward to using it in Rome and other Italian locations!

I'll be using this for my Europe trips but I'm also finding it useful for my home town as well.... It doesn't have everything, I still use other apps as supplements

I was hoping for more info and more photos. I was also looking to plan my trip schedule, but this didn’t help. To build your schedule you have to choose specific tickets and attractions from their list. Specific tours. Rather than giving a bunch of pictures for a site, they show one, list some info, and offer to sell you a ticket. I ended up browsing it casually and using google sheets to make my schedule with exact reservations and links. The purchasing options were insanely confusing, as well. Would I rather pay one price for one location or the same price for unlimited locations? Huh?

You need to buy the in app purchase to see anything of value.

On a recent trip to SouthAfrica I found the app utterly useless. Just standard info that is readily available from many free sources.

I can find the location, but haven’t learned how to save it. Lots of information. Haven’t been able to sync between iPhone & iPad. Not yet at least.

Interface is broken on iPhone X. Can’t tap buttons to search or navigate.

You make me pay twice for your app and I can’t get a refund... 😞 This is a usefull guide for any trip
