Was an amazing app. I’ve been using it for years! As of recently it has been very buggy. I travel a lot for work and primarily used this app to share my flight itineraries and updates with family. Over the past few months I’ve updated the app, and so have all family members, but not everyone is receiving the itineraries or flight updates. This has become frustrating and annoying.

I’ve used TripCase for years and have found it very help until recently. For a current trip I entered a new flight, and it came up with the wrong departure time. I verified the correct flight time and tried to manually edit the entry, but there is no way to do that. There is no answer to this problem in their FAQ, and they offer no support contact at all. I left three message with them via Twitter but have heard nothing. If I can’t depend on TripCase for important details like flight departure times, then there’s no reason for me to continue using it.

I was flying from Prague to Madrid during my inner Europe travel dumb app almost made miss my flight. Had the Czech airlines being delayed like 12 different times up to two hours delay to 30 to 1 hour. So when it was suppose to be original boarding time I left lounge and I went to the gate and saw my flight boarding. Terrible! Don’t rely on it for accurate information.

The app used to be able to pull the confirmation number, it has stopped doing that and it’s annoying. It was quite a surprise when I pulled up the app at the American Airlines kiosk, and not find my confirmation number. Fix the bug please, confirmation number is the most important thing for a flight itinerary.

I loved the watch support/complication/app. 😢 Was my primary use for the app, and why I used it in addition to TripIt.

I used trip case for a while for single easy trips without any issue. Last month, I took a trip with many reservations including air, car and hotel rentals. The application started to delete some of the reservations and erased some of the detailed information within the reservation. Accessing the trip details is not easy and user friendly. I need to move to another app that can support everything.

Like other users, I’ve had TripCase for years. I’m frustrated now to find it doesn’t update when flight details change. American Airlines changed my flight time by an hour between the time I booked it and check in, but TripCase won’t update this information.

Can’t login with Facebook since the last update. Worked great before. Please fix!

I like the app. It is very simple and useful. You simply take your hotel or plane or any travel reservation and email it to them and literally about 30 seconds later they’ve got it saved in the app. Then you can combine all the reservations and call it one trip. Very useful especially if you have either several trips, or several reservations on one trip. Then you get notifications the day of your reservations for flight delays or gate changes and the like. I do have some constructive criticism for the developers of this app: people look forward to their vacations a lot further out than one month. But your countdown goes by month rather than days until you get to that final month. Whether you’re got 59 days or 32 days, you guys still call that two months. Why can’t you just always make it by the number of days until vacation starts? Secondly, don’t know why you can’t change the name of the trip in both spots. You can change it in the “menu“ but on the countdown it kind of dictates to you what the name of the vacation is. I recently had a trip to that went to five different cities in Montana, Kalispell was not one of them. But for some reason they called the trip a “Kalispell” trip.

Used to be amazing. Now it simply won’t load any data most of the time. Really disappointing...
