I was looking at the map of Disney Springs and don’t see Wine Bar George that opened a year ago 🤔

Won’t Open on my Apple Watch. Closes almost as soon as I open it. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading it but nothing fixes it.

You need to add Wine Bar George to the dining section. Otherwise I love the app. Easier to find menus and other info than the My Disney Experience app.

It sure tries to convince you it is some kind of Disney app, but then you open it and get barraged with full-screen pop up ads for unrelated junk. Of course for only the low low price of $7.99 they’ll be nice enough to turn off those ads for you. Get the official My Disney Experience app and steer clear of this one.

When I try to open it on my watch it crashes.

Downloaded to my watch and immediately needed to purchase premium version in order to use it. If that’s the developers first interaction with a new user I don’t want anything to do with them. App has been deleted from watch.

Don’t waste your time on this app. Definitely don’t pay for the upgrade. There is nothing here that is not available on the “My Disney Experience” and that one does so much more. Really big disappointment.

Download My Disney Experience instead which has more features and is totally free. The wait times in Magic Guide are never correct and aside from being able to quickly find a bathroom it’s not worth paying for. Especially at 6.99.

While the app is free in itself to download, only the iPhone functionality works. They force you to pay for the ‘premium’ rate to have it work on the Apple Watch. Very misleading.

Accurate and very useful

Great app has all menu items, maps, and wait times. Worth the money.

The wait times and map sections are great! But please, please update the dining menus!!!!! Lots of locations have totally different offering and the menus are not accurate.

While the Disneyland sister app is incredibly accurate, the Disneyworld app is super inaccurate. I've been here for 3 days and timed all the lines. The wait times are off by at least 20+ minutes. Makes for a really rough schedule.

Tested this against Disney's app for a few days. This one is far more accurate!

It does work like it's supposed to but I would like it if it included a little bit more detail

We are annual passholders so we come to Disney several times a year. This app is good for planning in general, and in many ways is superior to the Disney app for planning. However, for detailed use, it has limitations. Many of the menu listings are outdated. They continue show the Main Street Electric Parade at Magic Kingdom when that has been gone since October 4 2016. The wait times seem to be pretty accurate, but they do lag behind the wait times on the Disney app. It is worth having, but the developer could do a lot to make it more useful.

Loved this app, sooooo useful! & it's free, so good I would have payed for it. Helped find somewhere to eat (included prices) helped decide what rides to go (included waiting times which were accurate) and where everything was (a very very useful map). Get this app if you are going!

Nice app to view the map and shows

Good app, would be five stars if wait times were updated more frequently. Seemed to be off a bit, but gives a general idea of what has long wait times. Great for navigating the park. Simple to use!

Intuitive, easy to navigate, accurate information! Much easier to look at park-specific information like atttactions, wait times, show times, etc. I use this more than Disney app which has all park information lumped together!

Works well and the wait times are always right on

This is a great app, however, the dining menus need to be updated. For example, the dinner menu for Morimoto Asia is the same as the lunch menu. The menu for Garden View Tea Room on the app is very different from the one at the restaurant. **Update** The Garden View Tea Room is now missing from the app. Please put it back on the dining list. It's still at the Grand Floridian.

Great app to plan by

It works well but have to pay to get restaurant locations. I get to the restaurant I was looking for and it has been closed for over a year!

This app is my favorite for the parks! It's straightforward and easy to use. The maps are great and for our visits I found the wait times to be more accurate than the actual mydisney experience app, although it does depend on users I think. A Disney must!

Baits you in thinking it will run on your watch for free but they make you pay for it. Only the phone app is free which I have Disney world app for

This was a waste if a download. I would be willing to buy if it worked for some time to see if it’s useful, or maybe it only works when your not in the park. But it does nothing unless you pay.

I hate this app

So far the only features I can see for this app in my series 3 Apple Watch are wait times and park hours. I even paid for the premium version. This cannot be all I am able to use this app for on my watch????

I planned our meals using this app and knew exactly how much money it would take for each meal. We do not do the dining plan because we do not eat that much on a trip. I was also able to plan our fast passes long before I can actually reserve them! I recommend that anyone planning a trip to Disney World to get this app! You will not regret it, and besides it's free!

Just back from a trip to Disney and found that most menus here are months out of date. Not only with food items but even as to what meals are served. Showed up at restaurant in Animal Kingdom that supposedly serves breakfast to find out they stopped mo this ago!

Loaded due to good reviews on accuracy. Here right now and these times aren't even close. I'll update review if things change later in day but so far this app can't be counted on.

Would be great watch app if it updated quicker. Looked to be about 15 minutes behind the Disney app times. Reported 40 min wait as I entered Tower of Terror line which was actually 20 minute wait.

Nothing shows up, only Park times. All clicks lead to blank screen on my watch. Tried installing multiple times. Like another reviewer I paid the $5.99 for upgrade and got nothing useful in return. Garbage

This app is quick and easy to find all you need to know about Disney.

The wait times on this app were completely inaccurate and it was a real disappointment. Rides that were closed had listed wait times and rides that were open had wrong wait times. The map and the ride descriptions and the dining features were good.

Was excited that I would be able to get wait times and such quickly on my Apple Watch. NOPE! Have to pay a premium?!! No thank you. I will stick with my FREE Disney experience app even though it’s not available for my watch yet.

Love the app so much I paid for premium. I wish there was a way to add rides to an itinerary, similar to what you're able to do with the restaurants. That would make this app perfect!

Provides lot of information (also available on Disney official app), but missing basic useful information.

If your my disney experience app is slow on your phone or keeps crashing, this one loads quick and runs smooth. At first the map doesn’t seem as detailed as the official disney one, but it shows rides, dining locations and bathrooms on the same map and the location feature is amazing! This is also the only app to see wait times on apple watch.

I paid for a update to get it all on my apple watch and it still doesn’t work.

This app would get 4 to 5 stars but the menus are not up to date on many of the restaurants not to mention the codes for if the restaurant is a Disney Dining Plan restaurant is not alway accurate. Still a helpful app for planing and even with just two stars I recommend because you can still plan even if menus are not correct and out dated.

You need to add Wine Bar George to the dining section. Otherwise I love the app. Easier to find menus and other info than the My Disney Experience app.

I love going on the My Disney Experience app, finding out the posted wait times, then coming on this app and reporting my finds lol! (#WavesofDisney) I’ll definitely buy the app before our next Disney trip!

Works on phone but not Apple Watch. Reinstalled twice. Click favorites it only displays “to add favorites select them on the iPhone” message even though I DO have favorites picked on the phone. Tapping a park icon on watch brings up absolutely nothing, blank screen. Paid for the app upgrade specifically to use on watch and very upset to have given my money to crooks who lied when they advertised watch functionality.

This app what great for all my needs , wait times were spot on . We even used the map to get to certain rides . 👍🏻

Wow! I have found this app VERY useful...in both pre-trip planning and while in the parks. Invaluable when used in conjunction with the My Disney Experience app!

How do I get the app on the watch?

Shows only park hours on my watch! PLEASE update for IOS 11 so the wait times come up!!! READ THIS!!!

Wait times are constantly WAY OFF. Also, Splash Mountain has been closed for our entire trip, yet has shown it open with varying wait times. Every time I’ve changed it to closed, it doesn’t adjust on the app. Pisses me off I spent money on this

Great app, love the features, but the dining information is often out of date, e.g. new items not listed, items shown no longer being served at the location, or prices.

This app seems like it would be a good idea, but after watching it extensively, I’ve come to the conclusion that the wait times are just made up. Maybe they are based on historical data, but it’s not live. They never match Disney Worlds actual wait time on their app. Now that they are also charging to get false wait times on the iWatch, I’m done with this app. It is good for the maps, but that’s about it. Just get the official Disney Word app called My Disney Experience. It has everything you need and more - and it’s free.

The app is very useful liked using it for are vacation . Some suggestions is keep the times and status of rides a little more updates like a ride would be closed for a couple hours but would still say a wait time even after reporting it being closed on the app. But I liked the location and map was very nice . Maybe having a thing that will show you the best way to get somewhere you want to go form wherever you are at the moment .

This is soooo useful!! I love it! So, it’s this super cool app that allows you to see maps of all sorts of Disney parks!! I’m a huge fan of Disney so this was great. BUT I have a few suggestions for future updates. Add more information for rides and stuff like that. Also add videos or more pictures of rides,places, and stores. You also could add pictures of the characters at there character spots. And last of all...have a button that allows you to drag a dot to make a line on the map, to were you want to go. If that makes sense. Hope you use this in the next update! If you are a person looking to buy this app, I totally recommend it! -Thank You ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜💖

This was nice to have on my watch and the day I get to Disney to use it “Pay to have this on your watch”. 😡😡😡

Tap to open and app clears and goes back to app screen won’t load. Wanted as alternative to MDE for the watch but doesn’t work. Back to Disney version on phone.

I original got this app since it is the only app that works on apple watch, but after The my disney experience update caused it to run really slow on my iphone 6, I used magic guide in the parks instead. It’s so much quicker and rides, restaurants, bathrooms and shows are all on the same map screen. The location feature worked really well in the parks.

We more than once trusted the wait times on this app and they were an hour off.

Hasn't been right one time today! And won't update even when I put in real times. Extremely busy day and wait times hasn't reflected it once on this app!

Definitely the BEST app for finding wait times at Disney World. They update as much as possible.

Must have while planning and in the parks to adjust on the go. Been to Disney parks roughly 10 times and use it every day while in the parks.

Paid for the $5.99 upgrade. The app does not work on the watch. Only shows park hours. A waste of money ☹️.

Great app but it lost its greatness with an update that took away watch support unless you buy the premium version. Sorry Disney, that’s not an act from a world of love. It creates a world of tears.

I use this app all the time in the parks. Maps of the parks make it easy to locate rides and wait times, restaurants with menus, Disney Springs shop locations and restaurant locations along with their menus. An invaluable tool for navigating Walt Disney World and Disney Springs.

Wait times can’t be trusted, app said 40 minutes but actual wait time was 135 minutes

I foolishly paid the 6.99 to upgrade thinking this was an actual Disney app. I needed the app to select my FastPass times, not something that can be done in this app. They should make it more clear that it is not a Disney sponsored app.

I love being able to select a restaurant by the menus.

I got this app since there’s no MDE for Apple Watch. At first the app let me check the wait times for all of the parks which is why I got it. At that point it would have been 5 Stars. But I recently checked it, and it told me I had to purchase premium to use the app on my Apple Watch. So needless to say this app and the Universal version have both been deleted. Don’t buy it. They’ll probably make you pay a higher premium price 2 months from now or make it a subscription for something that is free on your phone with MyDisneyExperience.
