The app is great except the coupon code doesn’t give you the fine print that if you use it, your night will not go towards your free night. There’s no fine print stating that !!!

Hotels.com is so easy to use and convenient, plus I’ve earned so many free nights...I never use any other booking site. The price is either the lowest or within a couple dollars of anyone else, so to get the free nights, it’s worth a couple bucks every once in a while!!

I am in love with this hotel and resort. The building is extremely nice and the staff are very friendly. The pool has amazing cabana’s and day beds at a great price! The view from our sweet is beautiful! Our housekeeper is personable and only bothers us when we ask for her. There is a free shuttle to and from the strip. The food is excellent and at a great price. I give Palace Station 5 out 5 stars.

I use this service for all of my hotel travel arrangements. Several times the customer service staff has resolved difficult situations on my behalf when I experienced problems dealing with hotel policy/procedures that could have made my stay unpleasant or difficult.

Just began using hotel.com app, and doubtful I will continue. Have 2 trips booked, and every single time I log on to the app, a panic attack hits, as it appears there are no “upcoming trips.” I must search for them by last name and confirmation number. Hotel.com has had the best prices lately, which is why I’ve begun using. Hopefully, it will become more efficient. In the meantime, prepare to refer back to your email confirmation frequently, when monitoring your travel bookings.

I like the free night which means that I always get 10% on what I pay. I buy around 20 to 30 nights a year so I got good rewards for this. Booking is easy and the way information are presented is not confusing ! Love you hotels .com!!!

One of my favourite apps for hotel bookings. Easy to use and always a good deal.

Wanted a king room which showed available but when I went to the payment screen and hit payment it said it was not available. It directed me back to the hotels again

I had been receiving email after emeail about these great deals and saving 50% off of hotels . So after downloading the app I realize there are no 50% deals and the hotels they keep showing when you click on them they say no rooms available.

Went through filling out room and billing info three times before booking actually went through.

Way too many promotional emails and the app doesn’t appear to have settings that can be adjusted on email preferences.

Fast easy and got a great price!

Was at the airport from 5pm - 1:45 am because JetBlue Airlines had major delays (as usual). They boarded us at 1am then cancelled the flight. I started typing hotels and then the option to find one near me popped up as well as the option to download the map and save. I booked my room in less than 3 minutes. I was sooo tired and this app was super convenient.

How do you not fix this? This is as basic and elementary as it gets. Major flaw. Makes using the app nearly worthless. I wish I could give ZERO STARS.

Use to be great app but losing its luster... It’s not useful or efficient if you let all the hotels tack on $40 plus “resort fees” per day. Too bad.

It does it’s function of looking for hotels but it doesn’t keep you signed in, it will let you book without signing in. You have to enter you CC information each time (after you log back in). The search results have sponsored links randomly throughout the search, these links cost more than the actual room and you have to scroll to find the same hotel/room for less.

Took me only 10 minutes to complete. This is great because computers and I struggle.

I downloaded the app because I got an email saying I would get a discount since I downloaded the app. So I used the app and candles my other hotel room to get a discount on this app. And then the discount wasn’t even valid.

While I’m glad I have gone thru hotels.com, I’m getting very tired of the constant emails about every discount in the book once or twice a week is enough. You don’t stop I’ll unsubscribe.

Even at the last minute, I was provided with great hotel prices and a wide array of locations. Thanks Hotel.com!!!

The service is not good the hotels take money out twice for deposit and it’s returned and taken again tying up your credit card with investigations and red tape they have given reservations in the wrong name etc etc I am not pleased at all

I love this app. No complicated points system, just book 10 rooms and get a free room. I booked a couple places that I found the room to be d**** after checking in and the hotels would refund, but hotels.com took care of me. Their costumer service is the best. The app is super easy to use, I recommend them to everyone I know.

They send you coupon codes that you aren’t able to use. They send you tons of emails about discounts and promotions but the prices don’t change. Customer service is very disrespectful and careless of how the guest feels or how they treat the guest. Hotels.com customer service refused me a manager 4 times and disconnected call twice!

I have been double charged every time I used this app. Pay close attention!!!!! Scam!!!!!

I just tied to cancel a reservation and Hotels.com They put me on hold and then came back on the phone and told me the property I booked at would charge a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the two nights I booked. I called the Property and was told that they honor cancellation up to 6pm the night before and that they did not even have my credit card number. They had an Amex on file belonging to Hotels.com I just called my bank and filed a dispute. Avoid this rip off!

I’ll raise the rating, and reinstall the app once they give me the choice to turn off advertisements.

I stay in Anaheim this Saturday the 22th. Pay too much for the hotel and the hotel service everything was a disaster. Customer service at hotels.com was horrible. The lady gave me the wrong address twice. I don’t recommend this app at all.

Got an email notice saying my reservation was canceled. Call customer service to investigate and they told me that I called and canceled. That was not true and now I’m out a reservation. All they offered to do was find another hotel. That’s something I can in my own and definitely not through their website again. First time using hotels.com and absolutely the last time.

While the app has some usefulness when you’ve booked a place, they also use it to hit you with marketing ads. Why can’t they just provide a service?

Let’s be honest I love Amy app that has rewards. I travel a lot so when I can’t be faithful to my hotel chain I’ll come straight here. The prices tend to be a little less than the main websites and I’ve never had any issues. Love it!

When Leaving a review on the IOS app if you hit the upload photo option then choose camera roll it dumps you back to the leave a review screen. You lose everything you typed in. Since my review is about their deception with photos I would like to show proof of my complaint.

Be very careful about their supposed “ free nights “. Once you earn them you will find very few hotels that Hotels.com says you can use it on. Kind of a big scam. After i use my free night at a hotel where i can see prostitutes walking down the halls, i will never use Hotels.com again.

The app works well and they are efficient at getting your money, but you can no longer count on them to give you the best deal as they advertise. Check around before you book as once they have your money they are not good at giving you a comparable or competitive rate (as advertised). There are no refunds if you prepay which is one of the nice features. It only leaves you frustrated when you find there was a better price for the very same room. Customer Service has a lot to be desired.

This app sends email after booking for reviews and promises free added night... haven’t seen mine yet. Emails to customer service gets no reply.

I did a review for one of the resorts, but accidentally posted my last name. How do I have it removed? Your site works well for reservations and cancellations. But it needs to research and present newer photos. Some of the photos present rooms when they were new, unfortunately when you arrive, the rooms are very outdated and worn. Sadly Some aren’t exactly clean. Disappointed

Recently had a reservation with Hotels.Com that turned out to be a super bad hotel! Much lower than the rating :( ... Hotels.com immediately addressed the situation ... gave credit towards an alternate reservation too! Way to go!!!

Hotels.com has treated me very well as a customer, even when hotels clerks haven’t.

I booked the hotel and then had a change in plans. The confirmation had the hotel’s phone number but not one for hotel.com. When I used the app, it couldn’t find my reservations even though I had copied them from the confirmation email. Unreal. I found the number on the internet and then interacted with the automatic phone system. Finally got what I wanted but it took forever.

I have reservations but when open my App it is not on there?! Where is a search option to enter a confirmation number so I can look it up and get it added to my app?

The hotel charges a room deposit of $200 per day on top of the total room charge. This information was not relayed to me until arrival. It is not on the website and it has left me stranded on a foreign country with the only acccomadation given is a discount on a future hotel. I am homeless in another country right now... what is a coupon going to do for me now? Why did you not tell me it would be a $200 a day charge? The difference in price from my reservation to check in was almost an additional $1000. I hate hotels.com. I am never using this again.

So I live in the US and use USD for my currency in settings and all of my bookings are in the US. Yet the app is showing my history and rewards in Indian Rupees no matter what I do.

I have used this app for quite a while and have just become aware that they do not necessarily charge the lowest available rate at time of stay and do not adjust the amount prepaid unless you tell them before your stay. I trusted that they were giving the lowest price available at time of stay but that isn’t the case. The hotel erringly billed me for a stay I had reserved/paid for months before. The difference in what the hotel actually charged and the amount I had paid thru this app was $108. I called and was told they do not match the lower price unless you tell them before you arrive. Nice, huh? Deeply disappointed in this company. PLEASE BE AWARE and recheck prices before you go.

It is difficult to leave any feedback that is worthwhile and detail oriented. Pictures say a thousand words type deal and I could not find a way to upload pic of the motel I stayed in. This place is a health hazard at the best!

The app works much better since fixes, but still takes longer than on line. Been with Hotel. Cm for over 5-Years Bees service great selection and their rewards are nice. I’ll use them for my hotel bookings

They advertise a price upon your search. Then when you try to book it, you get “we are really busy at this time” and when you go back the price has jumped $50.

I travel quite often and try to increase the smoothness of the process of finding places to stay. I thought Hotels.com would provide help in that, as that is what they stand for (along with saving the traveler money.). Both of those claims are often false. Accidentally when I checked in once the front desk person told me the price they offered directly at the hotel. It was about $10 cheaper than what i had paid via hotels.com. I started going to the hotel i desired, asking then for their price, comparing it to hotels.com and about 50% of the time hotels is more. Whats the point of using their website? Besides price issues i continue to also realize the ratings can be way way off. Hotels getting 4 out of 5 ratings that have bugs, broken air conditioners etc. Obviously anyone can fake their ratings and its happening all over the place. I would guess hotels.com is not vetting most these places in depth. I dont expect hotels.com to catch every liar or cheater but goodness at least attempt to get rid of some of these dumps from your website. But as the world turns it all comes down to the almighty dollar. Obviously a dollar from a dump is the same as a dollar from a good hotel so why would hotels.com get rid of a great flow of money coming in.

I won’t be using your website anymore. The hotel that I am currently staying at was not helpful at all. The information you have on this hotel is misleading and your staff was not helpful at all. People staying at this hotel should be informed that parking costs 20 euros a night and is located 4 blocks from the hotel or You can opt to park a block away for 44 euros. I have stayed at much better hotels which were less expensive. The staff is not helpful or friendly. The room is hot with no air conditioning. I could have located a better hotel at $130-$150 a night.

We have stayed at this hotel many times! Always friendly staff, rooms are super clean and always smell nice and clean throughout the motel! It’s location it great because you can walk to the boardwalk and pier without having to pay extra for parking!! Will continue to book every year!!

It’s so great that you can earn rewards. It’s easy to search and I like that you can add bookmarks. This is the only app I use for hotels booking hotels.

I booked my room through the app as stated to get it added to get the free night after 10 stays. They NEVER added the night so when I called in to ask why they didn’t add it, they said that “I waited too long to let them know that it hadn’t been added!” So the supervisor said i waited more than 5 days to report it but the app clearly states that you must wait 3 days for it to show up. I wasn’t aware that we were to call them to make sure that they gave it to us. They are liars and use the free nights as a GIMMICK to get you to book with them. I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT YOU DONT USE THIS APP AT ALL!!!

After spending about $50k with them they still will take the properties side first, when issues arise. And properties live for the extra dollar.

Always find detailed info & reviews on hotels anywhere you are traveling. Hotels.com also has a rewards program when you book so many rooms, you eventually get a free night. Nice bonus for already good deals!

Reloads the booking page if you switch away from the app to do something like get gift card information. Also does not let you input a decimal point for a gift card balance.

My two biggest complaints: I had a cancelable reservation made many months in advance of my trip. I didn’t not receive notification or a reminder about the reservation, nor did it show up on my account, until after the cancellation period passed. I thought I already canceled it and then had to fight to avoid a cancellation fee when I learned I hadn’t. Secondly, I just booked a hotel on the website and it does not appear on the app as one of my upcoming bookings. Even after I put in the confirmation # and my name and it locates the reservation. What’s the point of an account?

My experience with this app was easy. I had the name of the hotel in Florence Italy and it was very slick to book my stay.

When you click on the phone or on Customer Service in the menu, you get three options, all of which send you back to the App. No phone number.

Easy to navigate

I once tried to book a room for Las Vegas. When I went to book the room, it had a completely different price from the searched price. When I brought this to their attention, the told me it was not their fault and it was too bad. I even took screenshots of the event. So frustrating!

I have been booking hotel rooms with Hotels.com for work about a year now, everything was cool until the Redding fires, 3 times I paid for a hotel in which I could not be accommodated by the hotel due to emergency circumstances, understandable, but when I booked a different room at a different hotel they would not reimburse or even credit me for a different room, my work only pays for one room so I had to pay over $500 out of my own pocket in a months time, but hey I was a weekly/twice a week user and I will never use them again.

The app crashes often. Viewing hotels on the map is cumbersome. Terrible just like their customer service. Most of their phone support staff are not in the US, so the support quality is low. I often have to explain my issue multiple times, and they just repeat what they have said previously. Paying for a hotel is easy and painless, but trying to get customer support is a nightmare.

Have utilized Hotels.com for several years now. We have never had any problems with booking a hotel or any problems when arriving at our destination. Takes the stress out of traveling.

Tried 5 times to pay with Apple Pay. I use it all the time. It simply does not work with the app. My room was unavailable by the time I gave up and tried the manual credit card. So I had to find a new hotel.

I’ve use this app for Chicago, San Francisco, two small California towns in between and so far it continues to work very well. As a matter fact I’ve used it for San Francisco twice. Whether or not they’re the best deals I am not always sure but they are very good deals and I am happy.

One of the reasons I liked Hotels.COM was for locating neat places that had great service and past guess really liked. Today when booking a hotel I noticed the low price places were no longer with guest ratings. This is the first time I did not rate hotels.com with five stars

I always book our hotel stays through this app. It works well, especially when our family is on the road. I love being able to book a room while on our way, or if we need to breakup a long road trip. Keeps up with my rewards and makes traveling easier for me.

I received a call while I was in the middle of booking my reservation and redeeming a free night from my rewards. When I went back to the app I had to start the booking process over except this time I was not allowed to redeem my free night. 1. In the tab “manage your booking”- no pending bookings are reflected. 2. I didn’t get an email saying “hey, you didn’t finish booking your reservation “. 3. In the tab “Hotel.com Rewards”, it reflects that I still have all of my free nights. Also, hotels.com does not accommodate large families. Only allows you to select up to 3 children. Therefore the options presented aren’t joined rooms or multiple bed suites.

This app has helped me while traveling on the road to book a couple hours advance or even while setting in the parking lot of the hotel for the best deal. I am sure you will agree it’s a time savor and a deal maker.

Quick accurate easy

I like hotels.com but the website is a pain. Why do I have to keep combining gift cards instead of the balance remaining on my log in? Why do I keep getting error messages? Why does this app keep starting me over as I type? Their customer service is great though.

There should be a showing on where you want the room because every time I get a room I want it on the bottom but the woman in front says I can’t even though those rooms are free

Shows wrong dates in manage my booking

Mobile app does not sync bookings made through browsers. Upcoming bookings section is made useless.

Quick to use but needs to add more pictures for the room. The website has a lot of pictures but the app only carries one picture.

I booked a hotel using my free night. Hotel.com emailed confirming my night would be free but then did not honor this free night and I was charged by the hotel instead. Customer service then said there was nothing they could do. DO NOT USE

Attempted to input a $50 coupon about 17 times after spending over $900 at Ticketmaster. It took me through several loopholes finally gave up and booked a cheaper hotel. Should credit me for the 50 per night .....

This company does not provide the lowest prices for hotels, if you shop around for another minute you will find a lower price! If you want to waste money and have a terrible customer experience use this app. If you want a good experience and to save money, use any other service or call the hotel directly!

I use hotels.com for all my booking needs, rarely have to go outside oh this company for booking. If you book often it pays to be a loyal member. I like the free night after ten nights of staying too. You can even book a room for friends and family in your name and are able to collect the night towards your membership to get a free night after ten. This is my go too and I often travel to follow around my favorite band on tour. No complaints. One tip if your booking multiple rooms and out the other room in someone else’s name, that’s who the room will be under. I got confused once when a hotel didn’t have record of me booking two rooms under my name. No complaints though, love hotels.com great prices especially when you’re a regular.

Would be nice if they would improve the search features. We love staying at waterfront/beachfront hotels but the current app doesn’t have such filters.

I earned a free night and booked a hotel through hotel.com app and signed in to hotel.com rewards. I pressed redeem now I had 177 dollar credit that I earned. The app did not give me my credit because it was a hotel that did not offer pay now only pay at hotel. NOWHERE does it say this in the app ANYWHERE. At least tell customer this hotel not eligible. But nothing. This is misleading and disingenuous. I asked to speak to a hotel.com manager and he said “there’s nothing I can do”. No more hotels.com for me. Hotel.com has really bad bad customer service.

It’s so easy to book a room while I travel on Hotels.com. I don’t worry about having a room when I get to my destination. Love the app.

Great APP to find Hotels for your traveling needs. I work construction and I use Hotels.com all the time quick check in. Remember that you get what you pay for. I see so many reviews where people complain about a hotel but there’re staying in a 2 star hotel which is below average so expect below average hotel.

Trying to locate hotels, phone number for a hotel I’ve booked. Customer service phone number for Hotels.com. All is nearly impossible in this app. Being a customer for years, I find it extremely disappointing.

Love Hotels.com we use it when we need a place for our daughters’ events!

The app is functional quite good but it contains false information that generally is excluded from the price. For instance, it says “Excludes $4 daily resort fee” then later you find out that it is a daily fee PER PERSON, not correct info.

First of all, generally speaking hotels.com I can usually find the cheapest hotels, but they’re great hotels. Also, after 10 stays, you get one free as a member (which is free). So I get a $100 hotel stay for free after I’ve stayed ten nights somewhere, because on average I spend $100 bucks per night. So it’s not one night free any where, it takes the average you spent per night and gives you that as a credit for a free night... pretty fair. Plus their customer service is pretty awesome. I’ve had some hiccups before and they’ve always helped or compensated. It’s definitely my go to hotel app, and I highly suggest it.

Hotels.com works every time. Hotels.com is supported when necessary by live customer service. Hotels.com is convenient. Love the rewards program. Five stars all around.

Great app really helpful!

If you switch away from the app for just a second (say, to check your calendar and make sure you’ve got the dates and location right) it resets everything when you come back. So you have to start your search over from the beginning. Super annoying.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. Absolutely filthy the carpet was so d**** we didn’t dare not wear our sandals. It was disgusting and I would recommend you go anywhere but here. The noise of d**** people all night in the room next door, a wedding party. We checked out and cancelled the rest of our nites there with a big fight. After we checked into a nice clean comfy holiday inn. Find another hotel this is not a resort and trust me u don’t want to stay here.

They were very accommodating and nice to let us change hotels with no penalties at last minute. Great service !!! Gave us secret deal on another hotel, so winner all around.

We’ve been traveling a bit more in the last few years for club volleyball. Using the app has just made the trip planning that much easier. I plan to use it next season, too.

Works smoothly. Prices are frequently the lowest among several of the “multi-source” price search sites.

Just call the hotel you want to stay at, it's less expensive than the price hotels.com gives you. Also, the app increases the price of the hotels you search for, if you looked through the hotels and don't book immediately. Next time you look it's $10 more. I downloaded the app to see what "secret" prices they would offer. None. It's none. Just call the hotel and ask them and you'll probably get a better deal.

I never write reviews but the service I got from hotels.com was atrocious. DO NOT use them. They make promises they do not honor. I don’t know how they stay in business.

This app is fantastic it’s always up to date and all the prices are great. They have all different prices and all different types of places to stay it’s absolutely amazing to use this app it takes a lot out of searching for a hotel. I have used it so many times

When you have a booking in the app, It shows in the app until the check in day, it disappears the day of check in, It shows up again after the booking is completed. So check in day you want to see the address of your hotel, or verify the name, or look its phone number, you better use Google because these idiots take it off the app.

I just downloaded this app and then saw another one to see if this app really gives the best deals and nope saw the same hotel and it was like $30 cheaper on the other and the discount when you download this app with %5 off was only good for last year wish I don’t understand because why have it then. My advice is don’t be lazy and look because I would had payed $30 more if I didn’t look for less than one minute.

I have used Hotels.com for years now! I do like using the app. But I have had issues before. On hotels.com it states that hotels will take cash and debit card for the deposit. Well that’s a lie! They only take card even though you are willing to pay double the deposit. Super annoyed about it.

The first time I booked a hotel I was satisfied and received my nights. The second time I used a 10% off coupon that was offered and now am unable to collect nights for that booking bc I “saved” not even $50? In reality I could’ve booked through the hotels own website and saved a lot more. The rewards system is useless and they do anything to not give you literally the one free night. I’d much rather just pay the money I supposedly saved with a coupon and collect all my nights. Look at prices everywhere else before here bc the majority of the time you can book the exact same hotel cheaper somewhere else.

Hotels.com may have a great UI and present a full list of of hotels but good luck if you ever have to call. They have the worst customer service and are deliberately unhelpful. They have a good business model but concept of customer service.

We booked through hotels.com and paid for our room believing we were going to get the lowest price! This morning we got the bill from the hotel and it was $50 cheaper (Hotels.com charged $269 the actual hotel charged $219 upon receipt) when I called Hotels.com to question the charges the agent kept reading from a script and not even listening to me! I truly thought they were supposed find you the cheapest rate no matter when you booked! Very deceptive practices! I’m going to follow through with these receipts and report this! Call and book with your hotel instead it will be cheaper!!! Horrible customer service!

The app is really useful, especially when traveling but I’d like to know how many rewards points are on my account. The rewards screen seems to be just an advertisement for the program; there is no useful information for those already participating other than the terms.

I like hotels.com because they allow me cancel my reservations if I have to chance my plans. Also and the most better part I can collect free nights.

The bottom line is this, Hotels.com and Expedia just flat out do not care about their customers. Their owned by the same people. I've booked over 100 nights this year alone and don't want to again. I can never redeem my free night because that department keeps it locked and their closed on the weekend. I've tried to close both accounts but they won't let me. Either way I always have to pay. Don't even bother to talk to a supervisor because they'll never come to the phone. They'll just leave you holding on the phone. My suggestion go to a different app I am, they can keep.their gold status I'm tired of the aggravation and never getting anything resolved unless I pull out my credit card. Good luck Jay Hill

I’m in the military, and my rewards/free room expired while I was unable to use it.

I always use Hotels app when looking for new rooms. I had 7 days saved up using the app. After getting in an accident I was unable to travel for a year. Because of that I didn’t use this app for some time and I lost all my days I have saved up. I will only use this app if the AirBnbs are sold out.

I was looking for a room and I even went to the place but the office was packed. This app saved me time.

I’ve been using Hotels.com fine. Then I downloaded the app. A 5% coupon was offered and didn’t work so I called the number. After being on hold for fifteen minutes a new operator came on the line and I started at the beginning. After another five minute hold she came back on the line to say she couldn’t help me.

They tell you they will cancel your reservation and they don’t charging you for it.

The best about the deals with you is to have peace of mined when we arrive to a new city and country we have for sure a place to stay.

I have had wonderful experiences using Hotels.com. I started using it for my honeymoon to Greece, London, and Israel and found a wonderful accommodations in both countries. I have also had the opportunity to speak with customer service whenever I have had any issues and they have always helped me and been very accommodating.

This app was great until the update. The app shows the bookings in the summary view with the wrong date until you click on it. The icon shows the correct date but the wrong date is written.

This app version refuses to login to my account. I can login just fine using safari, but on the app, it just keeps refreshing the login page every time I try. Absolutely useless.

While booking a hotel, you can’t switch tasks to copy more than one textual data from another app, because each time you switch back to Hotels.com, there is a long refresh and the fields are reset. Back to pencil and paper. I wonder if the Hotels.com developers like to ride horse and buggy. Another thing is that when entering a gift card amount, I was unable to input a decimal point / period. I had to copy a period from some text within the app and paste it into the field. These must be fixed for the user experience to be polished enough for a power user.

User friendly with decent rates & honest ratings.

The app works great. However, having the ability to add the reservation to a calendar is a must. I shouldn’t have to cut and paste info into a calendar invite.

Found myself in a bit of an AirBNB bind in Carpenteria Ca and Hotels.com saved me from a shady situation... drove into a not so great neighborhood and got on my Hotels.com app and booked a Motel 6! I know... you’re thinking... “a Motel 6?” Anywhere with PEOPLE AND LIGHTS was a blessing!

Tried to update my CC within my account (yes, I signed in) and I couldn’t find any place that gave me the opportunity to do that.

Good app but to make great should include local numbers not just 1-800. Should also include Yelp reating to give an unbiased opinion. Also should include real guest pictures.

You can store your credit card here and also get rewards points towards future stays.

Not user friendly

Hotel I’m staying at had a handicap-able policy on forms of payment, not to mention being forced to pay full price for a fancy room I couldn’t afford because it was the only room available. In the morning, I asked the front desk what I could do to get a normal room and circumvent the aforementioned payment method policy. She referred me to hotels.com and now my dog and I don’t have to worry about finding a new place. And I saved another 10% by using the app, making it cheaper than the notorious roach motel/bed-bug farm around the corner.

I was emailed a coupon code for 10 percent off but then couldn't apply it.

Booked a hotel it’s confirmed by hotel but this hotels.com app doesn’t show my booking and so I call them only to get a clueless employer saying I am not booked. Don’t waste your time with this app. Deal directly with the hotel.

Don’t understand why all of my bookings don’t show and only way to figure this out is to call customer service. A FAQ section would be nice or online chat. App only works on my cell phone and will not work on my tablet.

Booked a few time through this app and get access to great prices

It worked great on my first booking. When I tried a second booking the app only allowed me to select dates that I had already used on the previous booking. Had to use the web instead of the phone app. Glitchy.

I have used this app for several years. Why not? I can see all the hotels in an area and choose the one for me. As I was searching for hotels just recently, I noticed they offered a coupon code. I used the code and saved about $2-3. After my stay, I noticed the booking didn’t go towards my hotel rewards. I called Hotels.com and they said that if you use a coupon code, you can’t collect the rewards. It is in the Terms and Conditions by the coupon but who reads all that stuff? I told the customer service agent that they really need to have a box pop up letting their customers know because I would have never used the coupon.

App is great to reserve a hotel, but I can never find a reservation without having to enter in my confirmation number. What's the point of that if I'm already logged in?

I use Hotels.com every time I book a hotel. I sometimes get an additional promo code that saves me additional money. I like that I can read hotel reviews and look at pics before deciding on where to stay. The pics and reviews are my witnesses to these places I’ve never traveled to.

I used Hotels.com to make a reservation for a hotel room in Bushkill PA. A week before we were set to go there I received a email telling me that I had canceled the reservation. I called them and they told me it was a software problem and my reservation was still good. I called the hotel and confirmed that the reservation was still good. They assured me that it was. The next night I received another email from Hotels.com saying the reservation was cancelled due to overbooking. I called again and was told that the hotel had overbooked and they were sorry for any inconvenience. They did nothing to fix the problem and I was left trying to find a hotel on short notice. Now I am stuck paying way more for the rooms. Save your time and money and just contact the hotel you want and cut the middle man out. I will never use Hotels.com again.

At checkout they refund our deposit they they ask for pay me for’’ bed sheet was not clean ‘’ what I paid 2000bt for ? They want to pay me for cleaning the bed sheet after my check out.

In the app said I pay the daily fee and I just arrived at the place and they are charging me for the daily fee and taxes that I supposed to pay early when I booked and when I tried to call the customer phone numbers don’t work. 😡

So convenient don’t have to hunt or worry about finding a great hotel and price. Like an idiot the last hotel I booked was by sight off of an exit. Wow did I over pay and ran all over town trying to find a cheaper rate. All I had to do was sit and let the app do all the hard work. A must have if you travel for fun or business.

I keep waiting for you to fix this bug but it hasn’t happened. It used to be a great app but it is unacceptable to have the dates the day before the actual booked date on the Manage Booking Page!

If you forget your password, they send you a link to set a new password. The only problem is, it ask for your old password to do the reset!

I paid over $130 for a hotel in Rosarito, Baja California Mexico, only to find out I was not guaranteed a room there 2 hours after check in and 2 hours on the phone with Hotels.Com. Which cost me Cellular Roaming since I’m coming from the US. After a 2 hour back and forth they told me I didn’t not have a room there EVEN THOUGH I received MULTIPLE CONFIRMATION EMAILS ABOUT MY RESERVATION. INCLUDING A 4 DAY TO GO NOTICE. The best they could do is relocated me 15 miles out of the way adding 1 hour commute to my weekend and a $50 cupón good for a year???? This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Will be talking to my bank about fraud.

I can’t seem to get all my bookings in the app. I have three bookings and can only get two to show up in my bookings. Every time I use the find my booking it pulls it up but deletes one of the ones that was already there. Frustrating.

Sooo, Daytona Raceweekend we booked a room for 319.00 using a prepaid Visa Card , when we attempted to check in the ratchet Wyndham, that has NO VALET, long lines and apparently no manager on site...informed us that they require a $100.00 , deposit , for incidentals,..to which we replied “no problem” , they then refused to accept the same Visa card that was fine to book with? Then they refused cash, they then suggested we put money on a prepaid credit card , which we promptly crossed the street , and quickly completed & returned in 15, minutes .. which they then refused to accept and rudely commented the card had no funds on it , and we produced the receipt... absorbing over 3 hours of our evening and they still refused to honor our reservation! And to this day Hotels.com has not refunded our money & neither has the Wyndham it is absolutely 100% thievery and both of them should be ashamed
