The app is fine except that every other time you use it it prompts you to leave a review. You have to decline 3 times before you can use the app again. The prompt for reviews shouldn’t be this often.

I had scheduled a ride the night before I needed it. It said there was a driver right by my house, eta 1 minute. Morning came and the car was gone. I was irritated, but scheduled another for right then. It said there was a driver on the way, but one never game, so I missed my event. I’d give it a zero star if I could

Convenient when it works. Hailing a cab through the app is almost useless as you’ll likely be passed by numerous available cabs before yours arrives. There is also a significant fee. Finally, app is best used for pair & pay to pay for ride, but the feature often doesn’t work. Frequently paired with ride, only to have to select different payment upon completion of trip. Sometimes double charged.

What does the death rattle of a dying industry sound like? Curb. Available in 20% of cabs, and in those it only works 20% of the time. Most of the time it presents you with an error message saying the app is not available. And when it does allow you to connect to the cab, the payment takes forever to process. Complete garbage. Giant waste of time.

Used Curb once, got screwed. Will not use again. I used the app for the first time, and all was well for a bit. Later that day, I get an email that my credit card wasn’t going through and I should pay with a different card. I looked at my credit card account and the charge was shown as pending. I let Curb know that it did go through, was pending, and I would call my bank if it didn't go through. Well, they ran the card again resulting in two charges, then proceeded to ask me for receipts, if I had “pressed pay” twice, etc. No...I explained the situation, WITH the email trail and still they were not reversing the second charge. Then they just ignored me. I had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge.

I use this regularly and in NYC it’s hands down the fastest way to get a ride and pay with an app. My one plea: let me enter the pairing number on my watch!!!! This feature would be golden
