So I loaded all of my information in only to find out that it is a free trial membership that expires in 3 months unless you pay $30 a year. It’s good but not that good and I don’t like being tricked. Will delete.

Needs minor tweaking but great to have all my rewards in one place. Helps a ton with expiration dates

Hard to read. The fonts are tiny and the text is light gray. Is there a way to make things bolder and darker?

Unfortunately, through no fault of their own apparently, United and Delta don’t participate. Otherwise greatly utility to keep track of my travel accounts. Thanks to the developer for providing a work around

This app is terrible and doesn't pull data correctly. Full of bugs plus I'm not comfortable giving them personal information just based on how elementary the app looks. Deleted.

I would say that both the Desktop version & Iphone App version is getting better day by day. I wish there was a way to move some a/c's away from Main Page on the App just like Desktop.

So far so good. I wanted an app where I could see all my loyalty points in one place as I move points around and book travel and this is exactly that. Much more convenient than logging into all those individual sites. The app also helps to inform you before points expire. Coolbeans

Exactly what I need to keep track of my miles. I wrote this review to let more people using it.

I switched Apple ID accounts and so I had to download the new app when the update came out on Mar 2. Now I have to pay for services (i.e. Update all accounts at once) that did not charge before. Updates that sneak in costs are the most INFURIATING.

This app and website is awesome for keeping you caught up on the road to being a rewards mogul.

A general notes section would help bridge the gap re the million extra details one may wish to track. Otherwise love the app. Super useful.

The app is perfectly fine and does everything that I need it to do. There isn't a product available that works as well as awardwallet and I'm so happy to have stumbled across it.

I use this app to track my rewards from over 10 programs. Does a great job.

Top app for heavy travelers, I travel 150-200 days per year and award wallet is the first F2P app that I paid for, the single card with all the numbers would be worth it by itself, but the auto login feature is where it really shines Small irritation: in the desktop app going into "Edit" and typing in the AwardWallet password can "reveal" the flight/hotel programs password, necessary when logging in to their app directly instead of auto login to their website. Mobile going in to "Edit" doesn't reveal the password, just can replace it.

The app is decent, and it offers a useful way to track loyalty program balances -- but it loses 2 points for its developers' being unable to work out the legal issues that prevent the app's compatibility with United Airlines and Delta Airlines (for live balance updates).

Excellent app for organizing your travel plans. It also regularly monitors & updates all your loyalty & frequent flyer accounts. All in one place for easy access Strongly recommend it.

Would be 5 stars if you could create manual trackers as you can on website. I use for tracking southwest credit. Works great.

I love AW and unlike 99% of apps the customer support is SUPURB. I use AW to keep Finacial info like account numbers and passwords in my phone's contact list. Today many apps constantly trying to gain access to your phone's contact list. Accidentally clicking "yes" once could lead to disaster. I tried password manager apps and found them too cumbersome. AW is constantly being upgraded and new features added Still hoping to see ability at add own categories and attachments (such as small text files and Jpgs) for reservation emails and membership card images.

Major airlines like United and Delta DON'T support this app and others like Choice Hotels don't update properly so with so many failures to connect why bother with this app.

If you even remotely care about tracking reward points and booking frequent flyer travel, then get this app. It is the best one available.

I love this app. It keeps track of my points in one place and warns me when they are about to expire. It also keeps track of upcoming reservations. I highly recommend it.

Effective, timely and easy to use. Plus they track certs and bookings and allow for multiple accounts.

Great way to organize and view all rewards programs and their expiration dates. What a bummer to lose reward points if you are not reminded when they expire. I lost tens of thousands of Hyatt points prior to Award Wallet but never again.

Really helpful to track my awardmiles

AwardWallet is the only program you should use to track your points and miles. All of the major features are free and the few that are not come with a small donation to upgrade -- well worth it. If you find a program not tracked simply contact them and they'll add it to a queue to add. Some programs like Southwest and Delta they are unable to track because these companies have explicitly requested AwardWallet not access their sites and have threatened legal action if they do -- don't blame AwardWallet, blame these airlines! Can't say enough great things about the mobile app and site overall!

Wife and I have been doing more traveling. This is a great way to keep track of all the rewards and memberships that cover everything from cars to hotels to airlines.

Delta is my single biggest rewards platform and not available automatically. The email workaround is not great. Why won’t delta let awardwallet have access? Will this change ever? Hard to support the app without it.

I honestly do not know where I’d be without this App. It monitors and consolidates most every mile/point my family earns into a single interface. While there are a couple of holdouts that have to be entered either manually, or through forwarding the statements via email, it is a very smooth interface. The team is knowledgeable and also offers some great insights into maximisation. Worth every penny.

I’ve been using for a few years now. Best app out there for keeping track of miles and points.

I wish this program worked well because it could be useful. The iOS app keeps asking me to setup my pin every time. Can't figure out why. The desktop version lost all my details while I was entering them because I think their server rebooted (because I couldn't get back in for 15 minutes). The support is non existent. I emailed them 24 hours ago and no response what to do about lost info.

Great app to keep all your miles and points in one place. Works with most programs. I highly recommend it. Pay for the upgrade. You won’t be disappointed!

Keeps track of your flights and lets you know when your airline or hotel points will expire.

1) First of all, AA and SW do not allow this app to track your points. If you have an issue with that it is with the AIRLINES not this app. 2) 99% of the functionality presented in this app is always available to you for free. The donation request is optional and only unlocks more advanced features (like point expiration tracker). If you have any substantial amount of miles with an airline and this app reminds you (just once in your lifetime) that they are about to expire then you just saved $500+ from flying out the window. Pretty sure that $10/yr to track this kind of thing is 100% worth it for those that have points worth tracking, for the rest of you out there, the donation aspect is OPTIONAL!!

I have 32 points/miles to keep track and using AwardWallet simplifies my record keeping into one location. I also like the email updates of upcoming expiring points/miles/free nights. Well worth the fee!

This app was pretty much exactly what I was looking for to track all my frequent flier miles across 8 airline I have rewards programs with however one huge bummer is it’s not compatible with United or Delta, which is where I have some of the most miles. Southwest is not supported either. I haven’t found another app that supports those airlines so for now this will do but it’s not the ideal experience for what I need.

I've been using this app for over a year now and it proved over and over how helpful it can be in tracking over 50 of my point awards accounts.

Looks like it could be nice app but it CONSTANTLY crashes. Can't use it.

Error message on iphone, iPad is ok but too many cards done work

If you have points in more than 1 account this is your only choice app.

I signed up for this thing to track my points, not my travel. Recently it has started sending me notifications about flights. Yet it doesn't update automatically when my plans change due to delays. For example, it just sent me a notification about a connecting flight that's about to take off. My first leg is delayed and hasn't taken off yet so I've already changed that second leg to a later fight. Thanks guys. Way to rub it in on an already annoyingly long travel day. There appears to be no way to disable this feature without entirely disabling all notifications. If they don't fix this soon I'll close my account and delete the app. The annoyances just aren't worth it.

Great way to keep all your accounts and conveniently updates values for you. Helps me know when to utilize expiring values.

I had high hopes for this app but I’m unable to load my United, Delta or SW info onto here. Is there anyway to get those rewards programs on here?

Just downloaded and no United, Southwest or Delta means this is basically useless in the US as you will still need to track a lot of reward programs manually. Great idea, a bummer the big companies shut it down.

I'm with others. The app is a great concept but no good to me if I need to manually email points info to myself. I assume these players don't want to lose traffic to their apps / sites. There has to be some solution to that...
