Failed to include the most basic info, like scores, brackets, schedule. The tournament starts tomorrow, and I dare to you to find the order of play. I haven’t found it yet. Literally, can’t find.

This app has gone downhill - they don’t even have the draws?

No link for draws or scores?? Is this some kind of joke? AWFUL. Use Flash Score.

Can not find a draw or a schedule. I have tried multiple times over the past week. It shouldn’t be this difficult. Possibly the worst app ever.

I just want to view the draws/ladders and see the match schedule, I guess this is to much to ask. Worthless

This may be the worst tennis app I’ve ever used. Qualies are underway - but good luck finding scores. Mostly useless info throughout the site. Please start over.

Matchbeats is absolute trash on mobile. And in general. C'mon Infosys how does this happen.

It seems like this app was developed by someone who is not a real tennis fan. Useful information is not provided. For example, qualifying draws not provided. Hard to find a complete list of live scores. Once the main draw starts, the draw sheets are impossible to read and you can’t get a visual of who might end up playing who in the round of 16, etc. I am always referring to the apps and websites for the other grand slams or 1000 series tournaments, but the AO app is not very good at all.

Completed match scores, live current match scores, statistics, and draws.....those things should be front and center of a good tennis tournament app. Not everyone wants to watch video or read articles and interviews all the time. I want to open this app and quickly check the scores and draws.

Very confusing foremat. Difficult to find anything. Menu not helpful. Why must there be music when I go into the App...very annoying.

Your latest update erased all my player favorites and they aren’t even showing up in the players list. No Serena or Venus Williams. Really. Please fix this.

The qualifying rounds’ results are no where to be seen, or very well hidden. Yikes, very frustrating. Hope they show the draws and results of the tournament!

As others have pointed out, it’s difficult to access scores, upcoming matches, etc. in previous years there used to be easy access to find these things through an icon on the home page....not anymore. Truly disappointing.

Where is the draw???? Not even for Qualifying?

No tournament draws. No order of play. No way to view completed matches. You can’t even view multiple live scores at the same time. Maybe they’ll fix this in time for the main draw, but qualies have already started, and I basically get no useful info from the app.

They’ve been playing qualies for 3 days now but the App still doesn’t have any draws!!

Very poor site. Difficult to navigate to scores, draws and match stats.

We use this app to access the draws, the order of play, and scores for current and completed matches. This app fails on all of those fronts. Disappointing.

I am trying to follow the qualifying and I cannot find the draws. Seems like a simple ask with a Grand Slam app. Maybe I’m dense, but the mere fact a tennis fan has to ask this question means the app is awkward.

I’m trying to look up Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic and they’re not even listed. It’s very difficult to use. I’ll probably delete it if I can’t figure it out.

Too complicated. Let’s simply show the draw, scheduled matches , live and completed matches. Very difficult to navigate

Where are the draws? Where are the scores? Where is the order of play? Useless.

Qualifiers have started and this app doesn’t even have a schedule of play for the day or draws!!! This is crap!!!

So, my first experience with this app was to go on it and look for the qualifying draw. After 15 minutes of pushing every button I still couldn’t find it. How can that be? Shouldn’t there just be a tab for the draws? Come on folks! Pls fix these. Thanks.

I’ve been searching for minutes looking for the scores of completed matches. That’s crazy for a tennis app

Very disappointing. Can’t find what I need to know

I sincerely wish that AusOpen would return to collaborating with IBM for this app. This bunch of coders seems no better than last year’s, sadly. Example - I just searched the Players list for these obscure folks named Halep and Federer. You guessed it - nowhere to be found. Schedule of Play? Also missing in action. I mean really - all you need to do is duplicate one of the structure of one of the remaining IBM apps. Is that so hard? Maybe it is...

I wanted to mark my favorite players. Nadal, Federer, Djoker and Murray were not on the list of players. WTH?

Need to include option to view overview of live scores and completed matches No option to see upcoming schedule Not ideal interface for viewing photos - part of the menu for images is concealed by app menu bar and viewable when you pinch to zoom out only.

Having issues with this app again (had major issues last year too). I can’t even find the tabs to look at the live scores or the schedule. Totally useless, again, for me.

How is it possible that I can not even find the draw of the qualifying tournament? This is insane. It describes the draw and the 128 player format but with no link to actually click on to look at the draw. Somebody should be fired.

Can’t get around or find anything

This is a terrible app — get it together — people want to know schedules of qualifying and live scores — Shameful that this is by far the worst app for any of the grand slams

Maybe it’s just difficult to find - but I wanted to see qualifying draws ... reults ... order of play ... live scores. I couldn’t find any of them. I deleted it immediately. I don’t need to follow the ‘stars’, I want meaty information.

Awful app, barely functional. There is no tab for showing scores, nowhere to view the draws or completed matches. Even the website is terrible—the live scores don’t update in real time. What happened this year?

Poorly designed, difficult to maneuver, hard to find completed matches for qualifying...seems to be targeting non tennis people!

Where are the scores?

No court numbers. If you’re looking for a match on a particular court you have to go through all the courts. No draws. No schedule of play. Can’t watch live scores on all the courts at one time. Easier to go to website and look things up. Review US Open and Wimbledon websites and regroup.

It would be nice to follow the qualifying rounds and eventually the main draws!! Where are the links / buttons to get these ?!?!
