Can’t make phone calls sometimes and kept saying the number is incorrect

The number linked to my account belongs to someone close to an hour away from me. So if you want to call me it’s not going to happen.

I was able couple phone calls with difficulty but not anymore and the app doesn’t give customer service to talk to and I cannot get my credit back

I have hated this app you could only talk 10 times I mean at least do it for free

As of September 20 17 we talk or also known as wephone is not working I think that the company is out of business asI understand the business owner is dead as of a few days ago so would recommend you need a different ITP!!

WeTalk or WePhone or We whatever they are all fake/ SCAM company!! they let the app work for couple of times and after you purchase the minutes to use they wont let it work and people who paid, like me 50+ dollars lost it FOREVER! No customer service or respond in email. #FAKE #SCAM #SCUMOFTHEEARTH

Don’t get, I put in $5 dollars to make international calls but the app doesn’t work. I even called my own phone number which didn’t work either.

I have used it to call a landline in Peru. The quality of the call is good in the lower rate.

I installed and used this app while I was out of the country. Very easy to call home, and very inexpensive. So much easier than trying to buy new SIM cards and all that mess.

l downloaded this app and spent money to buy calling minutes, but not able to call now. I searched online and find another app named Dingtone can help to exchange WePhone minutes to Dingtone for free. So I use Dingtone for calling and texting now.

1. A simple talk and text monthly plan. I’d pay 5-10 dollars a month if i knew i could get 250minutes or talk time. 2. Updated for the newest iPad Pro 2018 edition resolution so it fits my screen nicer on the 11inch.

Used to be my favorite app for making international calls. For the last 3 weeks neither WeTalk nor WePhone work. I have contacted the support email multiple times and have received no response besides their standard automated message. I have more than $50 for minutes with them and now they are lost. Very unprofessional, unfair, and wrong.

Obligan a la actualización si no, no se puede usar. Se pierde todo el crédito que se tenía, se borra todo el historial, y se obliga prácticamente ha actualizarlo o actualizarlo. No se puede tener contacto con servicio al cliente visiblemente como otras apps. Antes era mejor, ahora que mal que se pierda hasta el crédito anterior; y que mal que se borre el historial que es tan valioso en algunas ocasiones.

This app work for a couple of weeks. Paid $20 into it and now I cannot connect to any number in the US or Japan. The phone rings twice and then drops.

With this app you don’t have to worry about anyone locating your number or getting into your about because it’s not registered to you also very very affordable to the point it’s so much cheaper then a telephone company also I use my iPad as the phone hold it up to my ear like it the biggest smart phone made!!!!!!!!

I have bought $100 credit and I wanted a refund. They said I need to contact Apple Pay regarding it. However, when I checked my credits for calls in the app, $100 was gone and I didn’t get any refunds. I tried to contact/email their customer support but no luck. Never gonna use this app again!

This app should be the new version of WePhone. My account balance is that of WePhone's, which is great! I thought I was gonna lose all the money in WePhone, but now I got it back. This is what I really appreciate. And I tried to make a few phone calls in WeTalk, the sound quality is great, and there's little or no delay. There is only one problem: which is my number doesn't show in the receiver,s phone. I am pretty sure that I have turned on the "show caller ID" option, but it doesn't work. Besides that, this is a very great app.

I have found this a handy tool.

Used it for couple months for good quality. But no phone call can be made for almost one month. No explanation no customer service. Not good any more

This app works well as long as you keep it updated. It stopped working for a couple weeks till I found a new version. Then I deleted the old app and installed the new one. And it installed my old numbers and cash available. Nice backup for my cellular phone.
