I love the store and the app. It’s easy to keep track of what deals I have available and quickly order if I do t have time to stop-in.

I love how everyone was so welcome to me and was always asking for help they where so nice and was over all great service

I love being able to see all of my points and membership rewards!

Ulta has everything that involves sweet scents to making you look like a goddess❤️. I also like Ulta because it has skin care products,makeup,perfume and the list goes on and on😊.

It’s so easy to look for everything you want. It’s also very helpful to know what’s in stock and out of stock at your local ULTA store.

I just feel like I avoid this app unlike the Sephora app which is easier ...

The app has crashed twice and it’s not allowing me to use my reward points with my $100 order

The Ulta Beauty app is amazing! It let’s me know when my new makeup faves are running low or restocking. It also helps me find my most wanted beauty products near me. It has all the makeup you would find in a store and helps you figure out your look! I love Ulta Beauty!!!

I love Ulta but have notice they keep going up on there prices .. I have choose to subscribe to another MUC. Still love Ulta tho

Anytime I have a problem or a question ulta has always responded in a timely matter and makes sure my experience is great!

I decided to try shopping online for the first time for the holidays. I placed an order using a credit card I had and used in a while which automatically uploaded my old address from where are used to live with my now ex. I know I’m not gonna be able to get that package (I’m sure my ex will just take it) if it delivers there so immediately after I placed the order I called the service line to see if they can change the address or cancel the order. They couldn’t do either. So basically I just ordered $100 worth of product and they couldn’t help me at all. I guess merry Christmas to my ex. No thanks Ulta. I guess I’m sticking with Amazon.

i got a new phone and needed to log back in to my account and it won’t let me it says error. and it will not let me even shop!

It took me a bit to figure out all the bells and whistles for this app but, I love it! In 2012 when I first heard of Ulta I drove to the next state to be able shop since that was the closest Ulta. This makes finding things for myself and my family so easy, also it’s great for setting up Ulta salon appointments!

It’s not allowing me to add my Ulta Card to my Apple Wallet

I would love it if you had products that are environmentally friendly, vegan, cruelty-free, dye-free, fragrance-free clearly labeled on the app/website. Make it easier for the customer to know they’re using a completely safe product.

i keep trying to use the apps features and nothing will work!! I just got this app today too.

Internet is way too slow

Every time I've tried to purchase anything on the app it wipes all my points at checkout, without using them, and generates an error message and the points disappear. They reappear after a few hours but its a real inconvenience. Everything else about the app is perfect.

Thanks for ruining my only Christmas gift. My mom got me me a $100 for it to be freaking “invalid” and your customer service won’t help. Done with this store. Merry Christmas, a*** hats.

It would help if the app actually worked to provide details. So frustrating!!!

i've had the Ulta app for a few months now, everything was fine until i actually wanted to make a purchase as a guest, (since the app wouldn’t let me make an account). For some reason, same as when i tried to make an account, i couldn’t do my transaction, kept getting these pop ups saying error. I even called customer service to see if there was anything they could help me with. Nothing. They literally told me to just wait until the app was updated or fixed. And i've been very frustrated, since i wanted to buy stuff for the holidays but wont be able to. Really wish i could know if there were a way to fix it. (and yes, i've uninstalled the app and downloaded it)

The app keeps saying error. Every area you go to an error message pops up. If you can actually get it to work, you can at least buy something online pretty easily.

Nice app that works well but I would rather view desktop version on website because it’s the only way I can view more than one photo of the product.

When the app is working it’s GREAT but when it’s having technical problems it’s BAD! It logs me out my account it freezes etc. Definitely needs improvements.

A few months ago I received an add for free dry shampoo if I bought 3 or something similar I spent well over $100 and did not get my free dry shampoo. I had to call customer service and never got it resolved. Now last week Ulta has a daily special for stila lipstick. Made a trip to the store for the one day only sale first thing in the morning and sold out, immediately went online..sold out! Now two days later they have it! Really?? Seems like a hook just to get you. Anyway I’m done playing those games! I’m using my credit then done with Ulta!

Won’t recognize password. Logs me out each time and I then have to create another one each time. Fix please.

Love the app and is relatively easy to navigate however I wish it stored my salon history (including what I had done each visit) and offered appointment reminders. There is no form of appointment confirmation and I often have to cal the salon to confirm.

My granddaughter is all about make up she doesn’t walk out the door without it on so it’s always Ulta Ulta Nana so I love Ulta and so does my granddaughter we are very pleased. The makeup queen that she is.

I am currently a Diamond member with Ulta & I get emails telling me I get 10 times the points or 5 times the points with a certain purchase. Well if you forget to activate your points through the app before making your purchase they will not give you your earned points even tho they sent you and email saying you will receive those extra points! I Even emailed guest services and they still denied me. Not fair after all the money I spend here at Ulta!!

So much better than Sephora ,Ulta has the best products and the best sales.

I set up my online account, but can’t add my existing rewards. They couldn’t do it in the store either. I’m supposed to call customer service to link it. It should be easy. Otherwise, the app works fine.

Several attempts to pay and it won’t go through.

I love this point system! I love being able to use money on products you like instead of being able to choose gifts from a selection ULTA chose, like Sephora’s system

Makes shopping super convenient! 💋 I am able to check what store carries what I want before driving there 💋 Lets me know my point status 💋 also sends me alerts on good deals I can’t pass up rather than digging through my email. Only small con!! 😡😡😡 😡 Shipping is a hassle for overseas trying to set it up through the app for military addresses always had to do it over the computer 🖥

Never tried anything from Ulta Beauty!!!!!

I believe I submitted a review for this product previously. My biggest con is the fact that the 0.3 Fl Oz. (10 mL) are labeled as single use. These containers are 3 to 5 uses so I purchased 6 containers...yes, I love this product! I have jars that I was using for custom acrylic colors and had a few left over. Soooo, I scooped 5 containers of the mask into one of these 1 Oz. jars, pics are included. Now I don’t have to worry about my mask drying out or losing potency! This is a win win situation as I believe the more rave reviews this product receives, the higher the price will go. Get this mask now, I will be purchasing more today because I know it works!

Ulta is AWESOME

They have great deals, prices and customer service.

Not enough product photos. There is only one photo with a description of the item(s). I do not like that all products show up at first, and then when the item gets clicked it says the item is out of stock or unavailable... it would make more sense to not have the customer waste their time thinking the item is available or left guessing whether it will or will not be available. Also, the app freezes up every now and then.

Just downloaded this app and it won’t even let me sign in. I get an error every time I try to log in to my account. And whenever I try to reset my password, it says the request expired even if I click the link immediately to reset as soon as I get the email. To me, the app is useless if I can’t sign in to my account...I might as well just use the website at that point and not waste the space on my phone.

What can a girl say about such a wonderful and beautiful store. I love all the workers there they are all so very helpful and kind. We always get told about sales and that helps a lot. The knowledge of everything is also a plus. All in all I love my ulta❤️

I can’t find how to redeem rewards on line with order.

I am unable to edit my address or phone #,I called customer service and they weren’t allowed to edit either. Customer service told me I had to go to the store to have my address and phone updated.

Wow. I just tried to use this with an account that I had for a long time and your resets and updates are still messed up. I’m surprised. How does no one else notice this? An email address that hasn’t been used for years seems to be locked in stone as my username. I’m unable to get the website to accept a new one. When I view my account, I see my actual email address. However, the email address with a brand new password isn’t valid. How is this happening? You have a security issue with your service and it’s not even funny. I’m not able to use your app or your site at this point because your service refuses to do anything but barely a password reset. You have absolutely no authentication process and you cannot valid the old outdated email address that your IT has locked to the account, the one that has points in it. WtH.

I only shop at Ulta they have all my beauty needs

The ulta store is great I love the products and the rewards program cannot be beat. Now online I have issues when it crashes and won’t show products, it gives error messages, and am unable to view products online. It happens more times than I would like for it to happen. I just expected more from the app and it had been able to get the job done (I can eventually purchase my products) but the functionality is not that great.

Super Easy to Use!!!!

Half of the time it freezes on me. The search capability isn’t that great. You have to be specific for tartiest vs tarte. It would be good if it worked but it’s more frustrating to have to remember what you were ordering and go home and order it online or buy in the store and miss out on special discounts that are only if you buy online. In today’s age making customers buy online vs in store in order to get the same reward is archaic to say the least. Does Ulta really care where I purchase vs just letting me get the reward and creating customer satisfaction?

Love the store, but hate the fact that the Boston Street store, in Baltimore, is always low on stock.I asked for a sample because I really needed the product but they said they can’t give you a sample; that’s only done at Sephora. They probably should not have mentioned Sephora because that’s where I ended up where supply was plentiful. I’m not going back!!!

Love the atmosphere of this place, outstanding customer service, someone is always there and happy to help, always a pleasant experience when shopping here!!!

Very comfortable app and easy to use

As a beauty lover and makeup collector ( let's be honest, I'm addicted lol) Ulta is the best! As someone who is constantly looking for the perfect routine, ulta comes in handy. They stay current with new releases and give more incentive to shop than Sephora. The point system is literally the best and I never feel bad about making multiple purchases. The ration of high end and drugstore is perfect! I nolonger even shop at Sephora because most, if not all, of my favorite brands are already at Ulta! They continue to bring more brands and it makes it so easy to have a one stop shop experience. The app is amazing as well and makes things so easy! Seriously, you can't go wrong with Ulta and the credit card really does make things so much easier, though I guess you don't truly need it! I just a triple bonus for me with helping my credit, making purchases super quick, and racking up those points!! Ulta, you're the real MVP!!

ULTA app is so easy to use.

App works well, and is easy to use. Love getting notifications on sales & being able to see rewards balance. Improvement suggestions: App should not need a separate sign in for managing your credit card info; the credit card sign in section should keep you signed in; &/or there should be a separate app for credit card management.

Can y’all make an update for us, the consumers, to be able to fix our birthday to what it actually is if we accidentally put the wrong one when creating an Ulta account? Or is there anyway I can change mine to the correct date? I tried to fix it on the website but it didn’t work.

The app is fine but recently it logged me out and it had never done this before and it doesnt let me log back in neither reset my password. I called customer support and they had me make a new account and they were going merge all of my data from the previous account to the new one but now I dont see my favorites nor my online orders that im still waiting on. You need to fix this ASAP

I love the Fayetteville store, but there’s always something I come for and they are all out of and/or is damaged..... I spend a lot of money at this store, but maybe I should look at the one in Rogers.

Ordered a hair dryer that came with a free gift did t get the free gift because it wasn’t clicked and added to my bag. So why do I have to add something to my bag if it is free. If I was on the store I wouldn’t have to ask for the free gift. So buyers beware free on this sight doesn’t mean anything.

I really wish you would provide multiple pictures of some items. For example the inside of makeup bags/boxes. It’s hard to make a decision without knowing what the inside looks like.

It’s so easy to shop Ulta on line. My favorite app. Everything is right there all specials promos and coupons. My points are kept track of and at checkout the option to use or save to build more points. Delivery always fast and free. Plus there is no waiting in line at the store!

This app is so easy to use. I love how the points and alerts are easy to find. I’ve had difficulty sometimes logging in on the internet, so this app fixed all that!

Used the app and ordered a Black Friday (on Thursday) exclusive dryer because it came with a free straightener. When they didn’t send the straightener with my purchase I contacted customer service. I was told that I didn’t select the free item. I sent them a picture of the free straightener with purchase AUTO DEFAULT and they won’t respond anymore. Lots of glitches I’m sure due to high volume usage, but I’m pretty disappointed in this error and their customer service. Amazon just scored another customer.

Love the ulta app, but it’s hard to pull it up in the store without WiFi

I’m unable to shop literally at all. I just continue to receive an error message any time I select anything. Literally anything. Colossal waste of time.

Used to buy everything I could from Ulta. Until they customer service seriously took a turn for the worst. Used some points to buy sultry and they definitely made me fight for my points when I returned it. And somehow only $32.50 was refunded to me with cash and points. And sultry doesn’t cost that little. But thanks to Ulta being shady, I’ve discovered ordering directly from the brands is WAY cheaper, you still get samples, and they have better customer service. All in all... s**** ulta :)

My app doesn’t keep me signed in and when I try and sign in it says incorrect password I reset it all the time I wanna shop there it’s very upsetting I wanna book an appointment for the hair solan and nothing same thing ! VERY UPSETTING ! I’m DIMOND STATUS I SPEND ALOT OF MONEY THERE FIX IT PLEASE

I love the app, wish they had more pictures of the products and not just one. Also, I was trying to add two gift cards while checking out, but it seems like you can only add one. I had to use my debit card to finish checking out. They should fix that to where you can add more than one gift card.

Very easy to follow; track points, view sale ad, and see quick fast updates for sale items and special buys.

I really like the app; however, it does have a tendency to remove things you put in your cart then randomly appear later. The last order I had something was removed then put back in my cart. Other than that...I love it!

Big miss is the ability to scan those coupons you get in the mail but always forget to have when you’re at the store. Kohl’s has this feature - you should take a look at their app.

I want to use more than one gift card when making purchases online

First off ulta is one of my beloved most favorite makeup stores!...But recently i made a purchase and usually at the end of my purchase i get the chance to pick from either a fragrance sampler or skincare sampler but this time i didn’t have the ability to make that choice. Was it taken away? please bring it back cause i really do love the free samples in my order🥺🥺

When I’m selecting a brand when filtering, I want to be able to select multiple brands at once instead of having to start over again.

I love this app but booking can be super confusing and difficult at times. There are no descriptions of the various services anymore and it makes it confusing to choose the appropriate one 🙁

I LOVE Ulta but I was seriously so peeved today when when I was trying to get a head start on some of the Black Friday sales. The website and the app were totally overloaded and was not working. It’s a good thing I had somebody who could go get me my stuff before the store closest to me (40 minutes away) before everything was sold out. Pleaseeeee try to fix this before the next big sales!!

Your inventory system for your stores reported in the app is deceptive and awful. I spent 3 hours looking for a product in which your app stated it was 'in stock' at ALL the St Louis stores, it was available in ONE! Fix your inventory issues!

Well I know i would use this app, if it worked. Every time I do a search or try to tap anything, it says “oops something went wrong.” Well isn’t that nice. I know it’s not my phone as I have the newest iPhone and it’s updated. I would love to try again if it will work....

Terrible just like the website. Slow and full of bugs.

I love the ease of the app. One thing though is when you have offers for specific products and you activate it in the app you can’t just click it and go to the brands/items specific for the offer. It can make it hard to find the items in the offer especially if it is something I am excited to get.

I was a little disappointed when I forgot to put my free gift in basket after I placed my order they told me they could not add it. I would have to cancel order but they did give me a 20 dollar gift card even though the free gift was worth 60

Site a little confusing, couldn’t login to my account then I tried to make an account and it said congratulations your account is associated with something else I’ll probably just call and try to get it straight now that’s the only reason I rated it two STARZ just wasn’t the easiest to maneuver.

Site went down when 5pm hit. Too many people on it. Took 30 minutes to place order. Overload

Anytime I trying applying my rewards points while making a purchase on the app, the app shuts down and my points randomly disappear. I reached out to customer service and at first they said it is a technical difficulty, and then they said that my financial institution needs to approve the transaction. This is the 2nd time that the app had glitched on me and I have lost my rewards points.

It is a strange set up and hard to navigate

I just opened the app on my iPad and it no longer fills my full screen. You can see the arrows on the bottom right hand corner of the screen to either enlarge it or reduce it but you can’t enlarge for full screen, at least on my iPad. I hate it, I might as will just order on my phone because it’s hardly a difference.

The store on Cottle have great and friendly customer service. The employees that work there are very knowledgeable with all of products there. Another thing I like going there because it’s organized and like the when there are sales the items are available in the front of the store!! Great job

Went to check daily deals and I was kicked out of my account. Successfully logged back in, but it won’t show my points. I click “sign up for rewards” “already a member” type in my account number and it tells me I can’t use it because I’m already a member. There’s some sort of bug that needs to be fixed.

It’s so easy to navigate. Never has any glitches that I have experienced. I can find the products I love so fast. Ulta has done an amazing job on their app. I can either save things that I love or buy them as quickly as 1-2-3. Also gotta love the promotions, Thanks Ulta!

I’ve been with Ulta since they started and honestly Sephora treats its members much better. The Ulta app has many issues to where you’ll have to make purchases through other means and customer service is unable to help. In stores and online the customer service is horrendous and ultimately you can get any product on amazon for the same price or cheaper with no shipping and handling charges.

I have ordered from Ultra for years using my IPhone with no problems. For the past year it will not let me complete the order. I have called multiple times to correct what ever could be wrong and it is not my IPhone since I have no problems with anything else. Their 3 different responses was you will just have to go to the store. Well I live 3 hours away from the closest store. It seems a company this large could correct this problem.

They products are always quality and the title of the products always work how they are suppose too.

I think it’s an ok app. It need a lot of work and just navigating through it is hectic and confusing. Crazy!

I just wish I could see some of the actual products so I can see what it looks like and not just in the box or the outside of the makeup.

I love ulta it’s kinda much cheaper than Sephora, this is going to be my favorite place now the employees are so nice and sweet.

It would be great if you offered a pick up in store option since you rarely offer free shipping. Also, it would be great if you had a fee for free shipping for any order for 1 calendar year. I many times order from other apps simply because they offer these features, which saves me a lot of money!!

overall the ulta app is pretty good and user friendly. the only thing that I don’t like about it is that it doesn’t have multiple pictures of products like the desktop site does. it would be really useful if there were pictures of both the packaging and swatches of how the product is and different angles of the product. again I recommend this app.

this app is amazing! i love ulta rather than sephora because of ulta wide range from high end to drug store products. i also love there rewards program and ability for free shipping! i also love the fact that ulta sells Morphe which is my favorite brand for makeup and they have the Jaclyn Hill palette which i want so bad!

Do t like how my points disappear.

I added a $50 gift card that I got for Christmas a few days after Christmas. Today I went to purchase something on the app and the gift card is gone! I know I added it bc I remember picking out which picture to use for the gift card. DO NOT PUT YOUR GIFT CARDS ON THIS APP!!

Gives opportunity to add card to apple wallet, but doesn’t work. :-(

It is very easy to use. The only thing I don't like is every time there is an update I have to renter my username and password. Small price to pay I guess. I also don’t like the fact I never get my birthday gifts.

Every time I log onto the app and go to click on my credit card account my username is not saved, why even have the “remember me” button if it doesn’t work?

I found out about Ulta beauty through James Charles. Now yes I’m literally a huge fan of James, but this app.. it’s SPECTACULAR! I downloaded this app ONLY to order the James Charles Palette. Seeing all the different, and AWESOME items here, made me realize (and I may sound over dramatic,) but I NEED this app in my life! All of the products here I believe are not OVER or UNDER priced. And the time that my products get here, ugh it’s just amazing. So yes I rate this Ulta Beauty app 5 stars. 👍🏻

My local beauty store is an Ulta and I love shopping there! Because of this, my family and friends buy my gift cards here for many occasions. I added the gift cards to my Ulta app but it won’t let me add them to Apple Wallet. I would really love to have all of my cards in one place!

Ulta is the best every time I go to Ulta with my mom I tell my self I not going to buy anything but every time I go in there I always end up spending way too much money but it is also cheaper that Sephora witch I really do love Sephora but Ulta just has a much bigger selection and more of my favorite brands. SO GOING TO ULTA IS THE BEST WAY TO BUY MAKEUP. And there workers are so nice and helpful and I live right next to a Ulta so next time u go makeup shopping choose ULTA cause I just love ULTA so much.
