We are building a new home and doing a lot of shopping for home furnishing and decor, and this Overstock app has been our go-to throughout! Love it!

Overstock is a treasure trove! Everything is here, if you can’t find it, call the friendly Customer Care- they live and breathe to be helpful. Wow the inventory is huge, (my Customer Care said over 1 million items) you definitely should sign up for Club O. The benefits are waiting for YOU!

I ordered the French Country Beige Linen Bench By Braxton Studio and the bench is so uneven that not all of the legs are on the floor at the same time. The Bench also has dripped paint marks on both sides so I can’t even put the drip side against the wall! I would not order this again!!!!

We have been remodeling our house for over a year. I saw an overstock commercial and decided to give it a try!! I’m so very glad I did. I’ve placed several orders and have been very pleased with the customer service if I have any questions or problems!! They are very willing to help if we have a problem with our purchase. I was told I would have a 15% discount but could not find how to apply it even though it said it would be applied at check out but it was not?????? Hmmmmm.

I want you to stop sending me emails. And you have made it incredibly hard to figure out how to stop them. Every disappointed in this practice.

They never let you unsubscribe from emails. I’ve hit unsubscribe a hundred times... they still send like 20 emails a day

I forget to check Overstock when online shopping but when I do purchase from them I am pleasantly surprised st the quality. For many years I have been a customer. Through several changes in the company and it seems to be functional at its best.

Best Store ever!!!!!!! I’ve had to return a few items never a problem always an easy process. I’ve had a few things that didn’t survive the shipping well and Overstock makes it right always even though it was the shipping company’s problem. I’ve purchased a carat blue diamond ring, several wool rugs room sized , dinning room furniture and a host of other lovey things!!! Customer service people are extremely helpful . They answer all questions or find someone that can , even calling the vendors to help answer my questions.

I’ve become overloaded with emails. I’ve tried to unsubscribe, yet this site just keeps taking you to a new page to order something. Very very frustrating.

Overwhelming amount of spam mail, does not let you unsubscribe from your email, will never order from the site again!

I get too many emails. When you click on unsubscribe it takes you to shopping with no way visible to unsubscribe.

I thought I was getting the sheet set and it turned out to be the pillow case set. Not clear during ordering process .

Overstock had everything I needed. The service is very good. Had to return an item, No problem! My account was credited with in a a couple of days. I highly recommend 👍

Too bulky on ends. I keep tripping on it. Needs something under to keep in place. Also tried the stick on corners and nothing will stick to this kind of fabric. Spent too much money trying to figure it out.

Easy to navigate, a few items have some wrong info or pictures listed, but overall it is well designed.

These curtains are very pretty. The fabric feels kind of ‘slinky.’ So when I get them out of the package I wasn’t sure about them at all. Hence the 4 instead of 5. But they hang beautifully and I really like the look, so I can disregard that. They look nice in my extra bedroom.

We just moved into a new home, and Overstock is were I have been shopping to furnish our home.

The sink has a wonder size and appearance. Metal dishes or something is leaving scratches in the bottom of the sink which are NOT due to a cleaner. Otherwise the sink is great.

Difficult to update address info. Confirmation on my purchase receipt showed two different shipping addresses, one my billing address at P.O. Box, the other at physical address. Weird.

Received my sofa (sectional) and it was wet and sour on one piece. Seems almost like mold is on one corner. Once fastened together one price sits taller on one corner that the price that it’s connected to. I’ve been busy with moving the rest of my home, but will be in contact ASAP. We moved in Friday and this sofa was delivered Friday, so my husband just stuck it in our living room and continued getting us ready so we could sleep that night. VERY DISAPPOINTED! $2500 and I’m very upset.

This is the worse purchase ever! Poor molding on the snap together panels making it impossible to stabilize with the bars. I would return but easier to just trash!

I don’t understand the point of advertising a product of its not actually available. They apparently have an inventory problem because they’re selling items they don’t have in stock.

I downloaded the app with a promise of 10% off my first order. Turns out it’s a total BS lie. There is a disclaimer that excluded 99% of products from this discount which makes this offer a complete garbage scam, kinda like bed bath and beyond coupons. Needless to say I have deleted the app and will be running back to Amazon instead of ordering from this garbage site. Thanks for nothing scammers

Overstock used to have unbeatable prices 10-15 years ago when they started by selling surplus merchandise. Today, Overstock.com still has a great selection of quality products but, they really should do some price Comparisons before they go out of business themselves. The last few times I have wanted to compare a product between Overstock and another online retailer, Overstock wasn’t small price difference but I was shocked how blatantly overpriced they are on many things. Now with all the online retailers and international .com websites I don’t know how they can even reasonably expect anyone would come to us buying from them. Nice stuff, yes, absolutely! But not when the 3 other web stores and selling it for 25% - %40 less than your “below-wholesale prices”

My package was delivered yesterday and I was not expecting it until Friday the day I was gonna be out of town - well pleased with Overstock 😍

It blows my mind you can’t sort/filter for things like dimensions. If you need an air conditioner to fit in a narrow space, you have to literally open each available unit that’s for sale, in order to see how wide the unit is. Ridiculous and time-consuming. And, some items don’t have dimensions listed!?! They don’t know how people shop. I gave it two stars because at least they got a lot of variety and good prices. But guess what...so does every other competitor.

When I discovered Overstock online it was with rug purchases in 2014. All the purchases were for a home in Texas. Such awesome merchandise at such great affordable prices and selection. Everything purchased was exceptional and delivery notifications were on point. When I moved to Arizona 2017, I have continued to make all my purchases with Overstock to fill my needs. Beautiful and exceptional quality rugs, consoles, bookcases, side tables, bedding, shelving, kitchen gadgets and even flooring materials. Their return policy has been used several times and was. Easy and problem free. Thanks to an exceptional Company with great and reputable marketing outlets.

I’ve ordered small and major items at overstock. They are not the perfect store but customer service is great. I would recommend this online store.

This rig is luxurious! It’s thick and a deep rich brown with small flecks & highlights on the tips. I ordered 2 of these. One for my kitchen between the island and the sink where I do my food prep and 1 for the front entry way. These rugs are as thick as the advertised photo showing a hand in the carpet as displayed in the Overstock picture. Very soft and comfortable for my feet.

They have good prices and is very continent.

I have nothing but time. I went through the listings of approximately 200 random items on this app and came to the conclusion that although there were some great products; everything costs more on this app. As far as the items that I reviewed. Even the clearance items cost more than major retailers. Checked out the flash deals and still found that items cost more. Even the refurbished items cost more than some brand new products. All I’m saying is be careful what you buy.

When I login through the app I see higher prices compared to the website.

Ordered a seven piece outdoor dining set and everything was delivered except for my table top. No one at overstock can tell me where my table top is or how long it will take to get here. It did not show a separate tracking number. When you get your shipment, always make sure all pieces are there.

I just love it you can get a lot of stuff for a reasonable price and the stuff you get it’s good quality

This app changed my currency to another country then doesn’t show me how to change it back. The ONLY way I could do this was to text somebody for assistance who was unable to clearly explain how to do this. When I did EXACTLY what they had told me to do, the currency still did not change and eventually they just stopped responding. I don’t recommend this app as the hassle to simply shop is not worth it. Much better apps out there that are easier to use and have better stock where u can actually see how much the item is in the YOUR preferred currency rather than the currency THEY want you to shop in.

My first experience with Overstock was not a pleasant one. First of all lots of confusion ordering. Second was customer service 2 out 3 couldn’t understand want I was trying to convey. And last but not least my Coffee Table came in broken and I was actually happy because it was poor Quality $200 for something I would by at yard sale for $5.

I love how seamless it is to shop in one area & a completely different one & back, even, w/o having to start over in the first area. I’m amazed at how many things are available in any area, & especially, in every price range! Anytime I leave the site, I get an email, often w/a coupon, welcoming me back to whatever it was I was looking at! I love the prices & the incredible depth of items offered. If you can’t find it here, you won’t find it anywhere!

I'm no fan of online shopping, bit since I've been dealing with overstock I have not been disappointed.

I should be able to decide which currency I’m shopping in, whether I want to ship home or elsewhere that you ship to. The app uses my location to display in that country’s currency. For all you know, I may be shopping while on a business trip or on vacation...

We received bars stools and in less than 1 week one already is coming apart.

When I’m looking for a particular item, I always check Overstock first. There are soooo many great deals and I’m never disappointed in the quality!

I really like this lamp, it goes well with my retro corner. Please note that the drum it’s really big and if you have a small space this might not work. The only downside it’s the electrical cord it hangs on the bottom I will see what I can do about that. Otherwise it’s solid.

Overall it’s a user friendly app, but it is a little convoluted maneuvering back and forth when viewing and comparing specific items.

This site is the best . I love to shop local but i like different and not the run of the mill furnishings for my new home and this is the place!

They were very quick to respond answered my questions and resent the item that was damaged in shipping.

I really like the products on Overstock.com. However everytime I try to order an item and use Apple Pay the purchase transaction fails due to the delivery address. Apparently it doesn't like DC (District of Columbia) as a state for the delivery address. I called both Apple and Overstock.com neither can figure out the problem.

The latest update has killed my ability to log into my account. Each time I log in I get a server error. I have to go to my Mac and log in via a web browser 😡

Can’t get ahold of anyone for routine questions when website goes down which is extremely frustrating and their website goes down often. Only number you get a live person is for returns and that’s it.

I made a single and first purchase in this store and they sent me a broken box, they left it outside my house raining and one of the pieces was broken, they said they would send a new one and after 5 days they said they did not have the piece after telling me that If I assembled the good pieces that the broken one had sent, they would offer me an absurd sum of money at the price of what I had paid so that I would keep the product, with what they offered I could not buy another table .. is my worst experience buying on the internet 😡

I’ve been buying things from Overstock for over 5 years now. They have never failed me weather it’s returning an item, exchanging an item or simply replacing an item. There customer service agents are how (I wish) every company should be run. If they’re sold out of an item I just click on the get updates when this item is back in stock. I would, and have, recommended this company to everyone I know & a few that I didn’t.

A coworker suggested that I take a look at overstock.com. Or download the app on my phone. I chose to download the app and it is super easy to navigate. Going through a transition in my life where I have to buy a lot of new furniture and overstock mated affordable and fun to purchase. I did my homework on other sites other apps and overstock.com have the best prices!

I’m such a fan of Overstock it’s ridiculous! But I just returned a heater in case everyone thinks I have no discernment, and gave it a very negative review. This app is great though. I love being able to just flip into Overstock to check my orders, shipments, prices, and have a sneaky shopping session whenever I want. No need to deal with a browser, just straight to where I want to be.

I really like Overstock but the app isn’t friendly. While searching, you can’t edit the text of the search. If you want to modify it at all, you have to start over, unlike Amazon. Five stars ⭐️ if you fix the search function.

Overstock is one the best junk mail, I have ever received, it was right on time, where I wanted things, Overstock gave me these things without pressure, Small monthly payment, where I am able to focus on other financial obligations.

You can’t beat spending $20.00 a year for free shipping, unlike other sites that charge 4xs as much. The quality of nearly every item purchased over many years has been superior to comparison sites. I love this site I always find what I’m searching for and some 😜. LOVE the lotto scratch card I’ve saved big and it’s really fun. Delivery is mostly ahead of expected time and everything always come perfectly packaged. Overstock is always my first option when shopping online.

I purchased a beautiful table with Overstock. 3 days later when I was tracking the shipping I went back to find out the table was now $150 less. I communicated with them via chat on their website and they refunded me the difference back onto my credit card. Now that’s customer service!! 👌🏼🙂

Stupid website

Been away for a bit but “0” is as good as amazon app. There are a lot of things I can’t find on Amazon that I can find on “0”. When my mom had a s***** I could not find what I needed to send to the nurses that take care of her on Walmart or Amazon but Overstock had the right bed and mattress and sheets and blankets for the comfort of overnight nursing stays and I only buy sleep wear for my mom here along with other health needs.So Overstock was great when my mom got real sick and even before. Got a lot of furniture from here when I moved last Christmas and before that. They sent me the most beautiful roses at Christmas time that stayed beautiful for a long time. When they opened I had to send a picture of them to Facebook and I could not help saying to Walmart online and Amazon to step it up. That was so nice of Overstock. I will never forget those dozen white roses. My place looked so good with them on the coffee table I got from Overstock the year before.

Every time I log in to my account I get dropped, hope the bugs get worked out soon

Anytime I check the status of my order, when I go back to my orders page, the app crashes and closes out.

But when I said I would merge in my bank with them , they said they never took the funds ? The Better Business Bureau and Attorney General will be involved and not only that , but the courts them self . You may think , because you are a company you will get away with this scam you guys pull , but watch as your names slide across the screen on the news and the call was recorded when you guys said “you have to wire transfer money , to place any orders with us”. Also get a education , you hired “Agents” that are nasty and wanna hang up on your face . Not my fault , you guys go ahead and scam people . They wanted my to wire transfer money , because if something happened I couldn’t go ahead and make a complaint or file anything , which means you lost your money if anything occurs over the shipment period . It’s a joke , don’t get scammed try a different site , overscamstock.com should be the sites names . Be careful everyone !!

First, I love Overstock, however, the app could use some minor tweaks. The biggest being adding the ability to swipe out of a product vs having to hit the arrow icon to go back. Since the back icon is so close to the menu, lots of times that comes up instead going back. Swiping out of a product would prevent this.

Account details don’t display in appropriate detail. For example, Club O details are not recorded in the app (and apparently operate separately from account) so no way to provide change of address for Club O section of the account. I wish they would allow a selection of stated delivery date for security reasons - wanting to be home for all deliveries because we have package thefts. Keeps me ordering through amazon prime when otherwise I’d love to order more from Overstock.

I began using Overstock a couple hrs. ago when I came upon a chair I purchased for our cottage bedroom. I loved it and still do and paid a lot less than at the store where I initially found it. Shipping was quick, quality.. just what I expected and price? Better than ever. I have purchased several items from towels, sheets ( fantastic), robe( nice), kitchen accessories like a knife set ( love), rugs, and furniture. This is now my “go to” site for lots of purchases. I’ve passed my experience on to family and friends! They can’t believe it. They too have switched from where they were going to OVERSTOCK. The customer service is tops as well!!

I really love this application with it accessibility the store in my phone when I need to look for something I do need. I give the online app a 6 star rating. In the other hand, 🤦🏻‍♀️ The designers lack variety in their decor as if there is one stereotype in mind. I hope not. There should be broader perspectives such as patriotism, religions and street value(Wall calligraphy) to name few. My suggestion to is to go back to the drawing board.

When the computer goes to sleep and you open back up the app everything you were just doing disappears! You have to start the search all over again. Not very functional and very inconvenient.

Not only is the unsubscribe button hard to find (and I’m a former employee, this is done intentionally), they have put my email back on their spam list multiple times. Over the 2 years I worked there they averaged over 2 emails a day, and haven’t slowed down. Hopefully whoever buys them fixes the issue

I used to shop with them years ago so i thought they still had a good reputation. There ads are very misleading if not an outright lie in their product descriptions. When i tried to return the 12 item i purchased that was complete false advertising with BOTH the picture and description of the product, they wanted to charge me 11.69 to return their false product back to them. Found a hand-knotted oriental rug of pure New Zealand wool on sale. It measures 6’ X 9’ and the retail price was $4,256.00. I bought it at Overstock.com for just over $400.00! It looks great in my apartment! Was skeptical ordering it, believing it’s too good of a price to be true? Overstock stands by their descriptions and I saved thousands of dollars by ordering online!

They advertise up to 24 no interest if you get a credit card with them but then turn around and tell you your purchase didn’t qualify for deferred interest even though you spent the minimum amount. $499 for 6months, 1000 for 12months and then some other c*** for all the other months. Why advertise the credit card with the promotion but then not honor it. Straight fraud.

Often times when I use this app, pictures do not load after I do a search. I often times have to tap on the space with the picture should be in order to get the details on that item and see a picture, and even then, sometimes the picture does not show.

This app is convenient because you can go directly to the site. I do have an issue with the market place sellers. Everything ordered comes from a different seller and they take forever to ship. Also their description of item is not concise. I ordered blush trio which I thought was overpriced but liked it-there was four of the pallets, but did not mention in description. They stated on order receipt “item cannot be returned). I don’t need four and don’t know anyone who would use it.

I love the Overstock app. I can add things to my cart and continue shopping. When I get ready to check out I can see what’s in my chart and compare same items I have put in it to see which one I like better. Great company with great customer service. I recommend it to everyone😊

I’m TRYING to order while on vacation in the Caribbean to ship to the US and pay USD...it’s got prices listed in euros and I cannot change it. I’m off the coast of Honduras and even the wires part isn’t correct, as that isn’t the currency they use here.

I love the quality and the idea, but the sizing and design quite bulky for my apparently small b**** little dogs. I think your app is buggy.

Ordered furniture for a beach house. They didn’t ship all of the parts and then stalled instead of fixing it. And the sofa which was “in stock” wasn’t going to ship for 3 weeks and take 4-6 weeks. But didn’t bother to tell me until a called a week later.

I ordered an Apple Computer and an accompanying warranty. Got confirmation from them about my order then the next day sent me an email saying that per MY request, they cancelled my order and refunded me my money. Problem is: I NEVER CANCELLED and no one contacted me to verify whether or not I cancelled. I contacted their support via text who gave me a little more info (loss prevention cancelled your order). But why send ME an email saying that I cancelled it? Also, I said why didn’t anyone contact me? Answer: They didn’t have a phone number associated with your account. Ok, but you emailed me to tell me you cancelled, that was my preferred method of contact, why not use that? Lesson learned, don’t trust this app. Something illegitimate is going on.

Good app, products have decent number of filters but wha I don’t like about the app is that once I set up my filters and shortlist the items to go through, if I close the app and go back, everything disappears and I have to start all over again. I don’t always have the time to go through the selections in one go.

Loved this app but recently if I load a search and let my screen go black, when I unlock my phone the app is closed out & search is no longer generated in the app. Very frustrating!

I really like that’s you have an app because I’m bedridden for the majority of each day and night so I’m having to use my iPhone and iPad for absolutely everything that I do which includes purchasing from a handful of stores! I did find it extremely frustrating when I was looking for particular items to purchase and I found your sort and filter to be limited to narrow down as close as possible to the exact items that I wanted therefore I was too frustrated last night trying to narrow down the options for items that I wanted to purchase but ended up not being able to get what I wanted in my price range. I thought overstock.com was especially reasonable for everyone regardless of their yearly income and that’s why I deleted your app from my iPhone and iPad in July of last year because my diagnosis is not only rare but most doctors have never heard of it and even if they have they have difficulty managing our pain because at least in the United States every doctor and hospitals use the scale 1-10 to rate their patients pain and I along with a closed group on Facebook for only people who have been diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome are accepted in that group and we wish that our pain level was a 10 but friends that I’ve made and communicate via messenger, text message and on rare occasions by phone because they are bedridden too and our pain is an infinite number and not only does crps has no cure but it spreads to other parts of the body and I wasn’t diagnosed correctly until 9 months after my right foot gave out when I stood up and for 3 weeks I was unable to feel or move anything in my foot. After 3 weeks I began to get some feeling and movement back and it was intolerable then but it was only a preview of 2 years this March 20th and my crps has spread much more quickly than anybody else in the group. I’m literally in the same physical condition that 1 of my friends through the group took her 16 years to be bedridden for the most of every single day and night. So, that’s why I’m easily frustrated with your online store because I’m literally just existing and because there’s few doctors who are familiar with my diagnosis there’s 2 options for me and the first one involved surgery to implant leads up my spine and a battery that was implanted in my left buttock and it’s required to do a 2-3 day trial but my pain doctor let me do it for 7 days and if there’s not a minimum of 50% relief then you’re not getting approved for the surgery and I had 85%+ relief the week before Christmas of 2017 and I was doing absolutely everything to have a confirmed surgery date and it was on February 2nd last year and immediately after waking up after my surgery I used a walker to go to the bathroom and I regressed to a pain level that was a million times worse than I ever experienced and the Stimulator did absolutely nothing whatsoever to give me any relief and 2 months later testing showed that it had spread to my ankle, thoracic and lumbar areas and I was in a deeper depression that I wasn’t able to speak with my neurosurgeon until mid-April to discuss removing everything and I am his only patient he ever had to remove the Stimulator and I wasn’t aware of another Stimulator until 7 weeks after my removal surgery and my pain doctor called a colleague who also was a pain doctor and she not only had so much more information about crps and also has patients who have that diagnosis and she told my dad and I about a different Stimulator that’s only made by St. Jude’s ad and works completely differently than the one that didn’t help me and that particular Stimulator is made by so many different companies but there’s only one surgeon in Wilmington as well as the entire state of Delaware and he’s in the same group that my original neurosurgeon is in but this particular neurosurgeon is the only one who the pain doctor my dad and I met with and she has a extremely wonderful professional wonderful relationship with him and he’s also the most busy out of the practice he’s a part of and I was absolutely surprised when one of 7 people who work only for him called me at the beginning of last month and scheduled an appointment for me on January 23rd which was wonderfully surprising because I was expecting at least 6 month wait time and my hope was restored and after my appointment my parents and I will get all of the information about what’s required to have the surgery to implant this Stimulator and I am not hoping but I’m confident that when I get the surgery done that I’ll begin physical therapy to learn how to walk again and I’m confident after the appointment with the doctor who was well informed about crps and told me about that particular Stimulator and I have a great opportunity to return to my physical and emotional condition before this happened or at least as closely as possible to regain much of my independence back and be able to come off the pain medicine for good and I’m grateful to even have an opportunity to be able to get the surgery done to implant the number of leads that is allowed by the FDA or if there’s a limited number of leads then I’ll be able to have one contacted to the specific nerve/nerves that will enable me to eventually walk without any assistance and have my pain nonexistent or at least a level that is not going to restrict me from walking, driving and so much more! I apologize for this novella which was only intended for me to let you know my opinion is about your app/online store and I apologize for giving you information about my physical condition because I am positive that whomever receives this review will want to leave work for at least one week to recover from the amount of time that they are never going to get back and I am deeply sorry for taking up your time that’s probably not allowing you to help others who kept their comments brief and easier to help anybody else who has a particular problem with an easy solution! Can’t print return label

Can set country on internet but not through app. Very irritating.

Ordered rug, delivered in wrong size. Returned rug and I was shipped another rug for correct size. Again delivered in wrong size. Customer service did not accommodate outside of just refunding ordering again. I do not trust this company. Horrible first time shopping experience and will never shop with overstock again.

I can find everything I need on The Big O from home to office, travel, to my grandkids birthdays. Over stock makes it so easy for “us” older folks to shop. Life is easy shopping with Over Stock!
