The app works fine when I can sign in but for whatever reason the app won’t take my password and locks my account. Then I have to sign in from an internet browser where I can sign in fine with the same password that the app rejected. This has happened several times.

Sometimes I don’t have time to go to the Old Navy store. The app makes it so easy and convenient!

I love having apps to help me manage and pay my bills fast and easy. At first I was able to do this with the old navy app but for the last several months I have not been able to log on to manage my credit card! Total BS!!! I have no trouble logging online but I get “Error: unfortunately we were unable to process your request at this time, please try again later. (500)” I’ve been getting this message for MONTHS!!!! How has this not been fixed???

I used to use the old navy app and it worked fine. Within the last few months I can never add items to my cart. Something always ‘went wrong’. Can’t shop at old navy if nothing goes in the cart.

Enjoying getting tops savings, discounts, rewards, and + 10% discount only on my GAP credit card. Gap is top great customer service. So happy I decided to apply for the credit card will never regret the moment I applied for it. A+++++

So many ways to shop for great fitting clothes. In store, online and pick up, or online and ship to door. Always great promos, and the Holiday deals are crazy!

I like old navy and their clothes but the app freezes a lot and when it reloads you lose the page you were on or the item you were trying to add to your cart. It doesn’t happen every time I am on the app but it is frequent enough to make me not want to deal with it.

Easy to navigate and love going to each store so easily.

I am a card holder mainly for the coupons! I also LOVE **love** how Old Navy saves your coupons for you on the app. Because lets be real, who carries all those coupons around in their purse in a ziplock bag other than my mother!

In general I like the app. It’s easy to navigate and find what I’m looking for. I wish there were more features such as setting up a return. To have to go to the website is a pain when I use the app most of the time.

I made an order on Black Friday and it was canceled for some security reason (which no one can tell me). When I called to fix sorry the items are no longer available!! What a waste of time!!

There was a hidden screen to add the expiration date and security code. Needed multiple entries before I was able to purchase the items. But I got a good price and sizes were all available

What else is there for me to say. Oh I would like to see more in the plus size department in the woman’s section. But that has nothing to do with how I like the app. So I guess I did have something else to say.

I always find glitches while editing bag at checkout changing quality and today I added scarf said unable to at top and it was in my cart but it just had that circle moving like it was loading. but I do love the new set up

Just got the app today. It wouldn’t even let me create an account or log in to my Old Navy card account. So, I’ll be deleting it as it is useless to me.

My daughter loves old navy! We are frequent customers. Always happy with our purchases. Delivery is always quick. The website needs work. When you go to place an order it will not let you proceed to check out. Most of the time we have to call to place an order. Please let us use promotion codes with our old navy cash. We earned the cash and should be able to use the codes that everyone else has opportunity to use.

I love the app and I love to shop online but if you have specials in store only you should put an in-store feature where you can scan prices or look for something in specific. Good job so far!!

Computer was giving me problems two days in a row, which resulted in missing some items-sold out. Jumped on app and boom! Done in less than 2mins!

Easy to navigate and it seems much faster than most apps.

Still gave 5 stars only thing I see wrong with it.
