I have always loved working on crafts. From painting ceramics to making ornaments out of old cd’s. A little pricey sometimes, but...let’s face it...Every craft store is like that now. Michael’s is still number one in my book!!

Super store, clean wonderful staff in and out or you can casual shop, Have a question just say hello and they are right the Favorite Store.

Went to two different stores today Could not get the app to change stores. Yes it is turned on. Could find no way to change stores manually What a joke. Turned location on and off rebooted phone opened and closed app several times still says I’m shopping at first store Kind of makes store map useless

Just love shopping for my grandkids they can make some memories with there gifts

The best crafts store around! The employees are amazing... if you cannot find another skein to match your project...they will find one! They are always smiling and very helpful!

Michael’s needs an app version that takes advantage of a tablet’s bigger screen.

The app makes shopping so much more fun. I can search online & prepare my purchase before I arrive at the store.

I love shopping at Michael’s and I do use the app but the app is very slow to load.

I love that you can just find some crafts and that you can search things that you might need and order it or get them at you local craft store but I was wondering if you could make it so their is a list option where you can make a list of the things you need

It’s hard to search to see if products are available in store

It is the best place to shop but some of the items seem over priced There is every thing you could possibly want there

I love looking at the project ideas tab online. Each year I find Christmas projects to do with my 4 boys and with my first grade class.

Love this store. Everything I need for my project is always here at a razonable price. Ah I can always use my coupon.

It is the softest yarn I have ever felt in 40+ years! It’s a little tricky for beginners especially if you need to take out a mistake! But I still love it!!!!

Just drove 20 miles *again* to find items marked as in stock are not available. Either keep the stock updated or remove the feature altogether.

The barcode the coupons page and the like button oh well organized

We recently went on line searching for a specific yarn for a gift that I was making. It showed that several stores had this in stock so we traveled over 100 miles to purchase this. Unfortunately we only found out it was incorrect. This was very disappointing and costly. I hope you can get your on line quantities to be correct

Like this app. Love that you can search and it brings back results all the way to what shelf it’s sitting on at your local Michael’s. It’s alway up. I can find my coupons easily and learn about currents sales.

It’s not saving things that I put on my list.

Not user friendly. Could not access coupon code while in the app to check out. Went out of the app to find code. Back to app to apply code and check out, now my shopping cart is difficult to find. When I do find it, it’s empty. All the while trying to keep the code memorized because I know this process shouldn’t be this difficult. If I don’t make my purchase somewhere else, I will just go into the store.

I’m thoroughly enjoying all the cells. I’m also glad that Michaels started the use of competitors coupons. I go to AC Moore all the time, I may as well make Michael’s A one stop shop since I can use AC Moore ‘s coupons at your store!

I often use the coupons to stock up on the more expensive fine art supplies like boxed sets of Golden Acrylics, watercolor, markers, and Arches watercolor paper blocks. The staff is always knowledgeable and I enjoy the different rotation of seasonal items at the store!

Pisses me off that I can’t get through looking at more than one object before you have a screen that pops up asking me to rate the app. No means no! But here you go since it won’t stop

The app does not fit iPad screen, same size as on phone.

Love the Rust-Oleum spray paint in the color ‘ Robins Egg’.

App and shopping are not fluid. App showed code for discount but when shopping (which takes you out of the app to the web) told the code was not valid. Finally got a different code to work but there was a 10% difference, not in my favor, seems bait and switch(ish) to me.

Called The Berlin Connecticut location and spoke to April in the frame department. I was looking for a particular frame that’s hard to find. She was extremely helpful and pleasant, one of the best phone experiences I’ve had in retail in quite a while!

Coupons work great. But search engine is minimally effective

I can't use this app because it keeps saying my password is wrong and when it sends me an email to reset it, I click the link and it says the link has expired to change my password. This occurs over and over and I can never get logged in! I deleted it and now use Shopular instead.

😪😪😪😭App is not designed for iPad at all . Also to use anything you hit a location required wall , it won’t even give you the option of just entering a zip code . 👎👎👎👎👎👎

When you go to add an item to your shopping list it keeps giving error messages. Also, you cant just make a random list. Other than that, love the app! Really liking the new feature of prices AND what aisle they are on. Very helpful.

App won't allow setting my home store and seems to think there are no stores in my area when I try to search (there are 3 stores in my area).

I LOVE the app but I was wondering if you can purchase from the app. But love the app and so convenience

I searched for an item, and when the app told me it was in stock at my local store I headed on over. The employees had to look in the back, but they found what I needed, and I got my cupcake carrier for a reasonable prices (thanks to the great coupons on the app).

It’s a great app but currently I can’t seem to access My List, I’ve tried on both my phone and my iPad. Whenever I click on that tab, I get an alert that says “No Results Found”. I know I have several things on my list but can’t get access to them since the new update.

New release not working properly. Lots of hanging or error messages. Please fix. Worked great before. Can't even log in or view coupons now.

App crashes at start up since last update.

In order to access the coupons one must log in every time. In the past this was. It necessary. Consequently I get frustrated attempting to login with back in store WiFi.

Nice to see stock status in nearby stores ( limit is 100 miles rather than 200 miles) but can’t figure out how to switch from in store availability to online purchase.

I use this app constantly! I make paper flowers so I’m constantly looking for deals on cardstock paper. Michaels is a great source for this and I love to check the app to see what deals they have going on. I also love that I can see what is in stock at a particular store. It’s awesome that you can pull up all the coupons digitally and just have them on your phone.

As soon as you sign in and want coupons, it asks you to “pick a store” - and no matter what city/state/zip code you enter it says “Sorry, could not find a store” and you have no access to coupons.

I can't use the app while I'm shopping because it turns off my music and podcasts. I also cannot do any online shopping on this in my bed when I'm listening to podcast as well. This app is super annoying. But it does provide the coupon

4/5 stars because I think this app is great. Buuut.. Ever since iOS 11, this app crashes on launch every time. No other app in my phone has this problem.

I was shopping on the safari browser app, I wanted to read reviews but they were very unorganized just text but no line of separation and all in the same font size and amount of boldness. I went to the app to see if the reviews were more organized but if you click on an ad then select your store, you are required to “shop online” for that item, going back into the safari browser. I think it would be awesome to stay in the app to shop for these deals and have a better view of customers reviews on the products.

I love this app, for the brightness changes when I open my rewards barcode then I press done and goes back to my brightness setting. My problem is the update took away "my list" I can't save anything because it says "alert no results found" please fix this!!!

Change it back PLEASE! There are so many things that are wrong! "My Store's" name might be right, but when I click the drop down to see the info, it always gives me the info for a completely different store in a completely different state. The ability to get coupons from My Store is non-existent. It either gives me and error or says I need to first pick My Store or nothing happens. And it always always always has the wrong inventory information compared to the actual physical store. I might as well just delete it

The auto brightness isn't useful. It's not a necessary feature. The special effects when scrolling gives me a headache. Sometimes less is more. I do appreciate the coupons being at the top right corner, as well as the 'weekly ad" page. Update: auto brightness still hasn't been fixed
