Before I got the app I was offered a guarantee on the desk with the app, the option didn’t appear. Very confusing trying to order a desk and a desk chair without wheels. Limited choices.

My husband and I are renovating our home. We completely updated the finishes from a yellow toned to beautiful brown and greige. As you can imagine we were in need of a lot of new furnishings. I found this website so useful. Everything I received was quality and matched the pictures. Very helpful images as well to help conceptualize furniture styles and arrangements.

I have LOVED using this site to help decorate my home. We are doing a total house reno so each room needed to be thought through. Creating project boards really helped me to organize my ideas and stay on budget. They would even send me notifications when an item I wanted came back in stock AT THE SALE PRICE! I feel like I not only have unique pieces for our home but I saved quite a bit of money too!

I love Jose and Main.❤️ I have been a customer for many years. I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed. That’s not to say I have bought something that didn’t work for me. But the return process was a snap. 👍

Product not here yet so cannot comment on that yet. I was unable o apply coupon code. It said it was a valid coupon from Joss and Main. Expiring at end of May for 20% off. I finally gave up and ordered anyway but was disappointed inthat

I really love Joss and Main. I usually stop here first when looking for anything new for my house. The only problem I have is sometimes I can’t access customer reviews for a product I’m interested in.

I am well pleased with each item I order from Joss & Main! The construction is well made and sturdy. The product is as it’s advertised. There are not any surprises when I open the boxes; therefore, I am well pleased with each purchase.

I don’t know what changed but I can no longer view customers reviews of items or pictures they may submit. I used to be able to view. Not sure what changed.

Reviews and pictures do not come up in Thai version of the app. Tried deleting and reinstalling, still no reviews. I’m shopping Memorial Day Sales and have to look at Wayfair app for reviews.

To view products from sponsored Facebook ad, it requires app download. Download the app and it doesn’t take you to the product you are clicking on. Try to search for product in search tool and it won’t let you do anything. Try to force close the app so you can try again and it won’t close! Needless to say, I uninstalled after less than 2 minutes.

You can’t beat the quality and price.

I received a card from you with a code for 10% off on your site, but when I checked out the code would not go through. I kept getting an error message. I went ahead with the purchase, but I was very frustrated.

I have had to return three different rugs for various reasons. Mostly I couldn’t make up my mind about size and colors. This store has been so accommodating. I have finally finished my bathroom and closet. And I’m thrilled with the look of it. I have new blinds, closet organizers, closet rug and glasses for the kitchen, love it, love, kiss it, hug it!

So, we bought a new house and J&M are helping to make it a home. Just a week ago, I placed a huge order after our concrete for the patio was poured. Had a few damaged items but they’ve sorted those out for us, no problems at all. Very easy to deal with customer service/support and everything that arrived was as expected, sizes, colors, materials. Very pleased with my patio now, in fact, just ordered a few more things......

I ordered these curtains for my dining room. When they came I thought they were going to be too thin, but after I hung them I love them! They are extra wide so they bunch up nicely. The price was incredible. I came back and ordered them for 3 more Windows! It’s hard to find curtains this long. I love that they come in different lengths. It was so easy to order and they came very quickly. I love how easy it is to navigate the website.

I preferred the way the App used to look. I feel like trying to find what your looking for, takes more steps now then before. Also a lot of products sold on the site, are not actually “discounted” their the same prices the original manufacturer is asking. Seems deceptive. The point of using “Joss & Main” is to get a better deal or lower price. When in actuality, if you do your research, your getting the product for the same cost if you would have gone directly to the source.

Love your site. However I forgot my password and despite efforts to update it, I have been unsuccessful. To place my order I had to use the one time link and continue shopping. I still have not been able to update the password.

So far everything I have ordered is just what I expected. Looks good, quality is good and I love this site

Your checkout experience is seriously flawed! Apple Pay is not integrated correctly in your checkout process. I know this because it works with other merchants and there is a handful where it doesn’t...and they are merchants new to Apple Pay. I then added my own credit card and then you sold something in my cart! Plus you kept saying I needed to add a payment option twice after I already added my own cc after the failed attempts with Apple Pay. It was a $1,000 transaction!! And you can’t even take my name for the review b/c it is taken!!

I wanted to return a large rug because colors were not right. I called to send it back and was told to could order another rug and she would arrange a pick up of the return item at the same time as they deliver the new one. Great service!

I kept trying to buy curtains and the app wouldn’t let me. The curtains would be added to my cart and I would try to check out but couldn’t pick a shipping address, then couldn’t click on the promotions button, and I kept trying to buy the curtains and I wouldn’t work! So frustrating. Turns out the curtains were out of stock but the app doesn’t remove them from your cart automatically, and lets you add the item to your cart when it’s out of stock.

I got a coffee table a rack to hold pots and pans a bathroom 3 level shelf and a cabinet. All were perfect the bathroom shelf had a little dent in it nothing big as a guy I could of lived with it but my wife could not lol she called not only did they send a new one immediately they told us we can keep the other one and we gave it to our neighbor we also got a discount on the next Order. Here’s were it gets crazy it the new one came within 2 days. I’m very happy and confident using them again.

I love Joss & Main! Lots of pieces at affordable prices in a wide range of styles. My only complaint is that, when previewing upholstery color, there is a bug (at least for the last few updates) where the color change is one “behind” whatever you’re selecting. So if I press the red, then blue, then white, the colors appear on the couch as no change, the red, then blue. This has made purchasing a sofa a bit difficult. I have a screenshot showing one color selected with another color displayed on the sofa if it’s helpful to developers.

My only problem with this app is how much I spend. Lol

They offer 8 thousand items to chose from. Prices are inline with great pieces of best quality. Their Pro membership has the best benefits if your a company looking for quality offering the best prices. Customer service is superior, no matter why you are reaching out to them, they come through with EZ solutions, for you to chose, what works best for you. I highly recommend this company and their customers “Always Right” attitude.

Love the items but the app is horrendous. Never works accurately. Won’t open the sales. Changes prices from the time you see it to time you actually click on it. I’ve debated deleting the app but I like looking at items when it actually works. I’d give 5 Star if they were able to fix it

I can’t use card awards. Why?

I was looking for a small accent table to complement existing bedroom furniture and was able to locate one very quickly. It was on sale with free shipping, which added to a very positive shopping experience. I paid using Apple Pay, which is super easy. Haven’t received the order, so cannot yet comment on the product.

Why is it that the two web sites pull automatically from one to the other but only recognize the higher price for the advertised item? I go to Joss & Main add 2 different items to my cart. Then get out of that app and join Wayfair. I add an item and the system changes one of the items prices to something JUST CRAZY! At that moment I hadn’t noticed the change but while we were in route to our vehicle I noticed the total was way over what it should have been! That’s when I see the price on the furniture had increased by $40. I go back in and see the price difference is on the tv stand. It is being offered at 2 different prices! I canceled the entire order. I think it is canceled, the system is also doing something crazy. I ordered a quantity of 4 for 1 item and when the cancellation went through it only canceled 1 item instead of cancelling the line item qty 4. This system could definitely use som updating or fine tuning! This has been an unnecessary experience for all involved.i have reordered these items now I wish I would have waited until the credit was applied. Just a frustrating shopping event with WayFair All together!

I am so impressed with Joss & Main. Not only do they have great prices and selection of items but they truly care about their customers satisfaction. I ordered 2 end tables a few months ago. When I received them, one of the tables was unsteady and had a flawed appearance on the door front. I called to see about returning and cost of delivery. Without any hesitation the representative said they would take care of it by replacing both items free of charge and per the contract with the manufacturer, I could keep the tables and either use them in another room or donate them. I’ve never had such excellent service and because of that I will continue to order from joss and main knowing that my satisfaction is their priority. Thank you Joss and Main! This app is so user friendly. When you enter a specific search you get that search!! Unlike their parent co Wayfair which gives you 4385 choices having absolutely nothing to do with the item you requested.

Since the last update, whenever I’m scrolling in a sale, it will automatically takes me back up to the top of the page. It happens in every time I’m in there. Not sure if anyone is having the same issue. I love this app though. The scroll issue is very annoying though.

I’ve found this app more than problematic, as it is impossible to browse items because the app continually reloads the page, which brings me back to the top of the list of items and/or crashes the app altogether. It has been especially bad since the latest app update. Until there is a new update that fixes this issue, I will put my Joss & Main app shopping on the shelf, so to speak. Incidentally, the Wayfair app has been acting similarly irritable since its most recent update, as well.

Found furniture here at lower price than anywhere else!

After browsing for a few items, I got really frustrated with how slowly the preview images loaded. I want to be able to browse quickly and not just sit there staring at my phone waiting for images to load. Decided to delete the app and try a different company.

I order a couple shams the 4th and tracking my order it say I Widel Get them by the 9th never got them I call Fedex and they say sticker was create but item was never ship , I call josh and main an they tell me that they don’t know what happens and gush was very sorry and say he could send me A replacement, order was upgrade to be here the 15th with no cost to me , Wich was fine cause I need it by then , well I didn’t got them againg , an I got a charge for 19.99 for upgrading the shipping , when I call an ask what happens they tell me that my order was in transit an was in Missouri I’m in NV , he try to blame it on Fedex that they didn’t let it upgrade , why not if it was a brand new order , I ask to talk to a manager an this guys tell me that they did credit the 19 back but I have not got it yet and that’s the shame will get to me by the 20th and that order didn’t get upgrade even they say it was !! I ask for number to do a complaint and of course he say is his number that complains have to go with him , pretty rude , I never buy from this kind of site , now I see why !!!

App gets stuck when I like an item

Been all over. In every furniture store in my county trying to find exactly what I want. Should just looked online and picked it out!

On site it said there was a promo code “extra25” to use. I went to place my order and it would not accept the code. I then called and the employee told me that the promo code ended 3 days ago. If that was the case then why was it still there for me to access? As frustrated as I was with this, I went ahead and placed my order since I had spent a few hours shopping to pick out barstools. After this, I believe that I will remove the apps for Josh and Main and their other entities.

I took off one star because I can’t figure out how to get to my saved list!

In being reminded that I looked at a bar stool for a short time it prompted me to take a second look with other options. I found the perfect stool. Easy breezy to place my order.

I like shopping on the app. Sometimes the app would freeze though when I was done looking at a specific item and I’d have to start my search over.

It doesn’t let me browse through all the products in a specific category. It always brings me to the top of the page. It’s frustrating.

I’m trying to look at furniture and am having a text conversation and each time I go to text and then come back to the app, it returns me to the menu. I want to pick up with what I was looking at- not have to start all over again each time I get a text or check another app.

I love joss and main and their products. But this app is awful. Pages constantly won’t load. Example - trying to look at multiple rugs today - it would load a photo but not the details or any information. This happened on at least 3 rugs I tried to look at. Pages are constantly blank. I can hardly shop because nothing in the app works.

For the most part their products are top quality. I always go to their website first when shopping for household items. Their customer service is superior to most other websites.

I recently scoured the internet to find a storage ottoman for my two-story entryway. I wanted somewhere I could sit to put on my shoes that looked more appealing than the standard wooden-bench-with-storage baskets-underneath mudroom solution. Please note that the corner area between the staircase and the primary hallway - where most people would place a narrow console table - made finding an attractive, functional, and non-traffic impeding storage bench challenging. When I first stumbled upon a semicircular storage ottoman, I knew I wanted one for my entryway. I just didn’t want the upholstery material to be velvet or p/leather and I definitely didn’t want it to be in a neutral color: I wanted it to “pop” against the light gray walls. The trouble was that this unique shaped item is about as common as a white tiger. In terms of those I could find online, at least half were over-the-top ornate with prices well over 1k. Fortunately, I decided to revise my Google search term, found the perfect piece on another competitor’s site, selected the “Compare prices” option, and found it for less on Joss and Main. Now I have an attractive, highly rated, and very well-priced turquoise blue “half moon” storage ottoman (with nailhead trim!) on its way to me!!

I have brought a few quilts and I must say they are really beautiful,I have a full size bed and I always get the king size it makes the bed look more attractive you don’t need the hassle of putting a bed skirt !! Lol 🤓Thank you for your affordable merchandise it really helps ,if you have a budget .

Last year, us old folks, added a first grader, and our son without much preparation. This year, we are hooked on making room and wanting to get back some of the charm. So we bought the Spague Hooks for coats with baskets for keys, and the Double Hooks for the little backpacks. We also picked up a Star Hook for the added luxury of keeping the dog’s travel bag in a safe place. You have to move fast and stay organized with all of this flurry of activity around here now! App takes you to the top of page every time you try to scroll down and browse.

When I try to scroll through each sale, the app keeps bumping me back to the top. I only get to see the first 5 or so items before it bumps me back to the top. Every time.

I use this app to add on to my boards for Joss & Main/Wayfair. I’d purchase on Wayfair though because it’s cheaper, same items but different names/brand names. Wayfair’s app constantly crashes on iPad and hasn’t been fixed.

I love joss and main but the app needs a lot of work. It constantly has bugs that shut down the app automatically. It's very frustrating and difficult to purchase if its constantly shutting down. Just dowloaded most recent update and same thing occurring.....please fix this...your going to lose customer interest.

I feel cheated. I spent hours looking and after I placed them in my cart the price went up my basket was 47.00 when I went to pay it was 63.00 same with lamps the were 94.00 each and when I went to pay you increased to 104.00 each. If it were for the time I spent there is NO way I would buy them ... very disappointed in your integrity. Shocked that I am still purchasing after that slap in the face but I have looked forever!!! Nasty and a low blow on your part. Dishonest!

Very slow website. Takes forever to view items in detail. Sometimes I get tired of waiting and shop other sites.
