When did it change that you can not use more than one gift card on an online/app purchase?!!!!!

Don't expect the hypocrites to honor coupon

The 40% coupon is virtually useless. The clerks will find an excuse why it can't be used. And don't expect to speak to a manager. This chain has the worst customer service of any I have ever been in and seems like they really don't want your business.

Really??

I shop at HL a fair bit, but I don't always know when I'll end up there. In the past, because I don't have a smart phone, it meant remember to print the coupon to have it on hand every week -- just in case -- or try to come back later after I printed it. Since the last update, I haven't missed a one because the app automatically downloads the latest coupon and holds on to it. It's there waiting for me when I check out whether I'm near wi fi or not. I can not express how grateful I am for the feature, but it's kinda dangerous though. Since I know I'm automatically armed with the latest coupon, I no longer have a reason NOT to go shopping - Haha.

Mediocre at best

I wanted to see if they carried some items I was looking for in their stores. The only search option is to search the online store. Selecting that option takes you out of the app and redirects you into Safari. Not at all impressed.

Creative memory book materials and coupons

Most of the times when you attempt to use the 40% off coupon the clerk will find an excuse for why it can't be used. Every one of their stores I have been in has poor customer service and their attitude is we don't really care about getting your business.

Love hobby lobby, but....

I used to love this app. For the past week or so thought it will not let me shop online. I cannot add anything to my cart. I had to go home and use my computer or my tablet. They both worked fine so I assume it is something with this app. Please fix. Thanks so much.

How does this have almost 4 stars???

I LOVE Hobby Lobby, but this app is worthless! I prefer shopping on an app VS. my web browser because it’s so much faster and more convenient. That’s why companies offer apps in the first place, right? Not Hobby Lobby! Download their app and you will find easy access to.... A coupon, a weekly ad, and a store finder. WOW! Soooo helpful! (I do ope you’re picking up on my sarcasm.) But when you click their “Shop” button on the app, what does it do? It opens up your old, lagging friend, Web Browser! Why on Earth, Hobby Lobby- Yes, I am asking you, directly- would you spend the time creating an app that keeps your customers from doing the most basic and common thing you need us to do- SHOP?! Why would I ever want an app for a business thats sole purpose is to sell things to me, but that app only has the ability to redirect me to another form of shopping? I can’t even begin to understand it! Such an incredible, well known company like this can’t even get with the times and make their customers shopping experience faster and easier, so that they can spend more money at a speedier pace via in-app shopping?! Your entire corporate headquarters has completely dropped the ball on this one, and you should be embarrassed that you have an app that does so little. I had this app two years ago and was stunned to find no in-app shopping capabilities. Fast forward to now and I downloaded it again, thinking, “certainly they’ve taken note of their competitors and have fixed this mess.” Nope! What about people who want to shop with you when you’re closed on Sunday’s? Or stay at home moms who like to easily browse and add to their cart over the span of a few days? Or your customers who don’t like getting out, prefer online shopping to in-store, or those without a means of transportation, or those without a computer? I desperately hope you see this and make some changes so that your customer base can have an easier, faster, less stressful shopping experience.
