I have purchased many items via Groupon and overall have been very satisfied with the products, service and the shipping.

I used many eating places from Groupon I used as a home cleaning from Groupon. I have purchased jewelry floor mats over the last few years love them all. I even purchased addition Groupon that were used again m. I have 1 product I have not been able to be figure how to use???

So far everything I have ordered is perfect! The only problem I have is items arrive without an invoice, do not know how to return, if size is not good. And I wish they would improve their site, when I try to order more if same item, the sizes and colors are not available!

From fun activities and classes for the kids to bedding and Christmas cards, I always save $$ when I check Groupon first.

A great money saver but be very careful to use them before they expire. No matter what Groupon says, I have had almost no luck using my Groupons after they expire. And sometime have lost all my money if a place goes out of business. If you are careful you can get some great deal especially if you wait until they have special sales but I have been burned so many times it’s not even funny. I am really disappointed in their business ethic.

2018, Groupon no longer has a phone number you can call and speak to a representative, the phone number refers you to going online, on a computer to text or “live chat” with a representative?????? (it doesn't even come up as an option on your phone) Groupon used to have some good deals, but but let’s be honest it’s always been hit or miss on QUALITY! But they have taken online ordering to a whole new level of FRUSTRATION, due to lack of any quality control what so ever and a “you’ll have to talk to the 3rd party about your return” because Groupon doesn’t do returns on this specific item (because they know it’s garbage too!!) as totally ruined the entire purpose of this site. Absentee landlords are running this business who won’t even take your call or allow you to return something after you bought it?? I am deleting this app! Groupon is everything EVIL and frustrating about online shopping! Poor quality, slow shipping, NO customer phone support?!? And NO returns?!? No thanks Groupon you can keep your c***** “deals”

Only complaint is I ordered something and 3 mins later I wanted to cancel it and I couldn’t! Amazon you can cancel if it hasn’t been shipped yet and obviously,3 mins later it wasn’t shipped and needed to cancel so that makes me not want to buy a lot of stuff

In Groupons defense I could of dug a little deeper into their terms and conditions but I miss read the fine print and wasn’t able to get a refund for a purchase because it was out side of three days. Won’t be using them ever again and advising all others to do the same.

I love that you can trade in if you change your mind or that they will trade in if you have one expired. I use them a lot!

Great items majority of the time but there are other things that cost way more than they are worth for the quality. Overall very useful.

I did a chat with 2 different agents & because I couldn’t key fast enough the issue didn’t get resolved either time & I was disconnected. They need to have more patience & allow more time to respond especially for some of us senior folks who don’t have the “speedy” keyboarding skills of our youth!

I’ve gone on vacations numerous times and always find fantastic deals for what so many are paying regular price for. Always check Groupon first and read the fine print because some deals have certain exclusions of course. Thanks Groupon!!!!

I really enjoy the great discounts/savings offered. The only problem that I have had is with the provider standing behind their product or having a difficult time scheduling an appointment for a service. The reason for the four star is Groupon doesn’t get involved with mediating to help customers resolve any problem they may have with the provider. I have found them to defer to the customer to work any issues out with the provider eve though the customer has already tried and failed.

I sent for shoes on August 17 and I received them on August 24 and I kept sending for return label and it took you over a week to answer me but I still couldn’t get a return label so I just let it go and give the shoes to someone else I don’t have money to give all you need to do is sent a return label with every order they can use it or trash

Lots of great products at prices that are usually very favorable. So favorable that if you don’t grab them, they run out of sizes or styles if not out of the product itself. Restaurant offers are great also, but almost all are at places a long way off. Not much offered in my town (Newport), which tends to live in the pre-digital age.

Good to purchase activities but I lost 5 packages in a row the past couple months in buying goods from Groupon. The iPhone app is not intuitively designed in getting help from customer service back and forth. My problem was not solved in the end anyway. I still stop using Groupon buying stuff in the future and may still use it to buy service or activities.

I bought a groupon, and now it’s not showing up in my groupons I purchased to use. There’s no way to contact Groupon, so they pretty much scammed me out of my money. I would stay away.

I have been using Groupon for few years now and I am very pleased with deals. Groupon also has this great mobile app that makes buying and redeeming deals quite easy. The deals are competitive and product / service quality is fair for price. I almost do my car oil change through Groupon deal. What’s more most of the product deals have hassle-free free return. I hope this arrives to my friends home for me since my address is a P.O. Box because of where I live. I don’t understand why shipping to P.O. nixes is a problem. I work on an Indian reservation with no mail delivery other than driving to the post office to get my mail. What is your PROBLEM!!

I adore Groupon! Have used it for everything from dinner (a lot) to entertainment (bowling, concerts, movies, even an awesome helicopter tour) to travel deals and two remote starts. Oil changes, personalized gifts, etc. I've never once had a problem with one. Love it!!

It’s been a couple of years now since I’ve joined Groupon and it’s really worth taking a look at the deals for me, my family and friends.

I was so bummed that I missed an event due to not able to find parking! So I checked my email and Groupon has a trade in policy that I can use, I just thought I lost money. Thank you Groupon a forever customer.

I love Groupon. I have used it from salon appointments, home goods, gifts, eating out, local activities and especially traveling! It has saved me thousands over the 7+ years I’ve been a Groupon-Er! I cannot recxomend enough, if you like saving money at no extra cost (and who doesn’t) this is for you. No tricks just real savings and deals - plus it gives you an idea of everything local you can do!!!

Non-existent “Customer Service”. Sent me the wrong item. Did Live Chat-all they could offer was a Return. Kept explaining how to do a Return, as if I was mentally deficient. If I wanted the correct item, I have to re-purchase the item. Since the sale is over, it will cost me MORE money to correct THEIR mistake. Contacted Live Chat twice and emailed them twice. Finally got a $6 credit so I could reorder the item I wanted. Only way I got this was by explaining that “Bait and Switch” Is illegal in the US. Believe Customer Service is overseers. Still have to return unwanted item. It’s a nightmare.

It helps me and my family to enjoy new restaurants which we love and save money on pretty much everything we do. We always check Groupon out before going to a restaurant or purchasing something. It is amazing 😉

Usually has some really nice stuff. Have used the app quite often. Found some really good food on the app, Great choices. A very helpful site, great ideas for gifts. Appeal is good pricing when available. Need to expand sports clothing lines and manufacturers. Great place to look and shop.
