In order to log in you need premium, and stories just won’t show up.

I downloaded the app to read nice content and I was told I had to upgrade to FictionPress pro. I paid the .99 cents and it won’t work at all. I can’t even contact support from the app.

Five stars to unlock the pro FREE version? You shouldn’t have to beg for reviews. I downloaded it and the app was literally a paperweight, forcing me to buy (which I didn’t) the full version just to log in, create an account or do anything.. you really should not have to beg people to purchase your product and many, like me, want to toy with a product before we decide to purchase. I’ll check out the pro free version but overall I give it two stars. So even after the five star rating, I couldn’t do anything. I think that’s just ridiculous. I had wanted to upload a story I’ve been working on but I’ll take it elsewhere now.

As the title says, do not buy the upgrade for this app when it first asks you or at all. The app is nonfunctional. I’ve tried uninstalling the app, restarting my phone, restarting the app, switching from WiFi to Mobile data... none of this worked. This is either a scam app or they aren’t bothering to fix the issue. Multiple people have had this problem. Avoid this app like the plague!!!!!

It keeps me busy and it’s great to use when you want to read.

I just bought the pro version. Literally nothing works. It’s not my phone, it’s the app. This is ridiculous. Either fix it or give me my .99cents back. 🤷🏻‍♀️😪 Tried “App support” But it said I wasn’t allowed to view the page.

I bought the pro version without checking out the app first since I really wanted to try it out, when I tapped the other tabs I saw that there was data errors every where and I couldn’t even find a single story, login. I tried reinstalling and I just lost my purchase. I would appreciate it if y’all somehow fixed this problem for me.

Can we please have an update on this app? It’s been over 2 yrs since the last update and the app isn’t functioning properly. You can’t browse stories or read them anymore. Please update! 🙏🏻

I just want pro free tbh. It’s a good app, but I’d maybe rate it four.

It’s broken and unusable.

I can’t use any feature of the app now on my iPhone or iPad :( I get an error on every screen

It keeps popping the same message every time I try to login: “Data loading failed. Please try again”. And it’s not just the login I’m having trouble with; it gives an error message whenever I try to do anything. Why even offer this app when it’s not working?

I downloaded this app so that I could manage my stories, upload new ones, and read stories I’ve saved to my account to read later. I had to purchase the full version to do so, and at $.99 that was no big deal. However, the app won’t let me log in: I tap on the login button, and before it even gives me a screen to enter my login info it just tells me “data loading failed.” I’ve tried contacting the developers about the problem, but I haven’t even heard anything back. I’ve done all the usual things to try and fix it on my end (force-quitting, restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app), but the problem persists.
