The app is great and it’s almost a seamless experience. Unfortunately when I go to finalize my order from the cart from the app it asks for another log in and it doesn’t recognize my log in. Outside of that everything works great

Terrible, will not sync correctly

Hello. Perhaps it’s operator error but the filtering functionality consistently doesn’t work. I am familiar with how it works but it rarely works for me on this app.

For two days, my move has not been calculated

A lot of times it doesn’t sync and I don’t get my move credit. I send email about issue and nobody ever responds to me.

Thought everything was 25 % off but ping 400 max gave no discount in cart.

App is buggy and needs some smoothing and doesnt always work well.

Why can’t I use my score card online. There has been an item I would like to get for a gift it’s only available online. This card is only good for in store purchases. I can’t get the item shipped to a store either.... VERY AGGRAVATING

Very easy to use

Every time I try use app, it never recognizes my username and/or password. Pathetic

Smaller online retailers such as Bonobos, Faherty brands, huckberry etc offer much better online experience. Home Depot, Nordstrom and target are great Apps you can actually purchase from, unlike Frustrations with DSG. When viewing digital tab you can’t even scroll back to the left without going back to the menu.

This app is only good for your Scorecard. Once you get that, save it to your Wallet, and delete the app. Way too many glitches, too many pages freezing, and doesn’t save any info (email, address, points, scorecard number) You’re better off using your web browser for a MUCH faster and easier experience

Hello it’s cadence here and I think dicks is a very good well thought out store they are always keeping you updated and know how to help you with your problems with something you found at the store. I will defiantly be coming back many more times .

I have become a regular shopper of Dicks mostly for apparel and Golf equipment. I like this store a lot! Always great in store experiences with a tremendous staff. All my on line purchases have gone off with out a hitch. I will be a customer for life.

Just got a decent price on an item so I wanted to sign up and track points and maybe shop there again, but for some reason there is an entirely different additional sign on that uses a different username and insists that I don’t know the password I just gave it. Even their own customer service couldn’t figure it out after several tries. Deleted.

Best prices! I recommend it to everyone I know.

I had a whole bunch in my cart, and one minute next all my stuff got removed and I had to look for them all over again and this repeated 3 times already

From a customer that used to spend $5-$10k a year at your store I was disappointed when Dicks took their political stand on guns. I will never go back.

Apps are to be used for convenience but this app moves super slow and the cart doesn’t update accurately. Thank god I like the Nike merchandise.

Can not view hunting and shooting products in app tells me to go to web site. Same thing when I search specific rifle, I can see the listing but not specifics

I have been a rewards member for years. Never had a problem before. Now when I go into my Dicks app it ask me to login for my scorecard points and tracker. When I put forgot username it takes me to another screen to enter my email and it says we don’t recognize it. Which is hard to believe since I get plenty of emails daily from dicks and golf galaxy. So I tried to register again and it says you are already registered. Battling this for weeks and still cannot get to figure out the problem.

Hi, I visited your store today and purchased a lot of things. Then I went to another store that forgot to remove the ink tag which I didn’t realize until I re-entered your store and the alarm went off. Your cashier kindly removed it for me after I showed proof of payment, saving me a trip back to the other store. Very nice girl!

Just logged in to my account and found that most of my points had expired. No reason to shop at Dicks this Christmas...

I connected my tracker to get more points and it never wants to sync. Ugh.

I would have rated higher except that I am finding it difficult to navigate to previous orders/purchases. If this option was easily available then I think everyone would benefit.

Way too slow.

It doesn’t let me put Oklahoma City when I try signing up for my scorecard. It shows an error saying “This field does not support numbers or special characters” when all I type is “Oklahoma City”.

Very easy to use!

I admit it’s been a while since I used my credit card because I was using cash! The Dicks credit card company reduced my total card limit by half! Which caused my credit rating to go down! No notice or notifications! Just did it! It’s bad enough the card rates are ridiculously high! But to take a good customers and do this to them is unacceptable!

I have been trying to make a purchase for about an hour now and the app just says at “Processing”. My Cc information has already been entered.

I shop constantly at Dicks selection is great the staff is a great help prices reasonable.

Love the app and better than most stores but the one thing I wish should be added is the ability to share. I want to show a product to someone and I can’t send them a link to it.

Spent 10 min trying to register & got “server error”

This app would get 5 stars if it worked all the time.... I’ve lost out on a lot points because the app doesn’t work all the time...
