Can’t see Valero gas prices with the new update. Looks like I’ll be going to shell now.

I live in between two stores and the employees that I have asked know anything about the app. I Keep getting the message that I can’t “check in”. Hopefully this is a quick fix

Would like a Wallet pass for my rewards. Would make things more convenient.

App bombs out first time I open it on a daily basis. Set it up so you can add your Circle K card to ur Apple wallet

Noncomplex, simple, literally everything you need to find etc., is only a few taps and tabs away. I highly recommend this app to everyone.

What could I say but open 24 hrs., food hot or cold, great price on sodas pop, gas for the car, it’s great to have a store near by.

I used the Nice n Easy App for years, Circle K purchased them, and replaced that app with this lame thing. I'll try it for a while but I'm probably going to send it back to the cloud to die. Update; I'm even less impressed, this app hasn't been updated to show the Nice n Easy that I use to stop at on the way to work isn't in the company fold anymore. The fact is it will be a Cliff's before Spring as a NEW structure. I can't check on the 2 store I use, 50+ miles away until I go there, they are not in the area I'm in. So much for checking on possible stops on a trip. After I can check the 2 away location I will make my next update.

Signed up today because my Valero app said to download this app as Valero is changing to Circle K. No problems with sign up BUT my barcode has the available states to use it and Texas isn’t one of them. What’s the point of downloading this when I can’t even use it in my state? Maybe I’m just confused in which case I will come back and change my rating.

Have problems with getting my rewards off the app

This app is GREAT!! When I’m in a rush to get out the door in the morning, it never fails, I don’t remember to get my card until it’s too late. With this app I don’t have to worry about it!!! I just tap on the icon and let the cashier scan my card off my phone!! Best app I’ve downloaded yet!!! Thank u!!!!!!

Add the option to put the rewards card on the Apple Wallet so it’s not necessary to open the app to access the card, sometimes when in an area with no service the rewards card won’t load.

Advertisements all around store gets you to download the app with thoughts of saving a few dollars but when you get to the register none of the specials will work. All cashier can do is shrug her shoulders and say she don’t know why it’s not working.

This AP is wonderful with rewards that you can ACTUALLY USE!!! 😁

Great service every morning...

I liked the old key tag on the keychain, this new app always says invalid when scanned and know one can resolve it.

Use to be a good a decent app then one day I open it just sits at a white screen and pops up saying can’t run on a rooted device which my iPhone isn’t even jailbroken they need to get this c*** fixed

I have attempted to use the app to purchase advertised deals but the area will not highlight to use

Just signing up today and had the usual popup asking about notifications. I said No, as I usually do. After signing up I went to settings, checked notifications, and lo and behold Yes to notifications was checked! So annoying at the least and really dishonest at the worst. At least I can have the location services in use only when using the app, which a previous user suggested they offer as a choice. Thank you, previous user! Starting to seriously wonder if saving a few bucks with apps like this is worth the privacy compromises, however.

Every time I try to de my circle k app the store on 301 in Wilson will not accept the coupons. This is false advertising. I’ve tried several times to use the $1.00 off coupon for Marlboro and it wont register. This is even after the clerk scans the barcode and also tries to enter the #. Either get it right or don’t advertise it.

Save money while spending it and scanning rewards card. You are getting 2% cash back on your purchase.

No deals no advantage to use this app. Used to have deals when it was a key tag no upgraded to no frill no deal no advantage app that just takes up space and memory on my phone. Sends me notifications that I am close to a store but who cares

Need a few better deals. More free things would get people into the store it does me I know that even if its a water once in a while. 2 pack of gum. Somthing different each month. Maybe a free candy bar or a free pop. Cheaper things. But I believe you would get more business. Every body likes free. That's my opinion. Thanks

You’re supposed to get 10 pts per gallon of fuel. BS! I use my card and still don’t get my points. So I went into the store, pre paid and scanned my circle k card. I still did NOT receive my points. Might as well drive 1/4 mile away and pay 1 cent less if I’m not getting my points.

No info on gas prices. Should have made app as good as the old Valero app. That was a helpful app. Deleted this worthless app.

The app is great but needs to be a switch account and not a log out. What I’m saying is There should be at leased two people that can sign in with the other signed in but not logged in.

I only downloaded this to get savings on marlboro cigs as was advertised in store on a small flyer... the flyer's 2nd instruction is to "opt in" for tobacco products which is nowhere to be found... total BS... stay away

I signed up online and then downloaded the app and as soon as you click start to link your account to the mobile app it keeps exiting out of the app. I've yet to be able to link my account and card. Super annoying!

As an employee I see and experience all of what people are saying but if you use a little common sense and understand that the change of EVERYTHING causes problems issues and delays then you may think a little differently about the degrading remarks be posted..... THEY ARE FIXING ALL ISSUES AS THEY HAPPEN AS FAST AS THEY CAN TO ENSURE QUALITY SERVICE

One star is too much. They require you create a sign in user and password to shop with them. They just lost our $6000 dollar a year fuel expenditure. Too bad. Why would a business do this? Plenty of other places to shop.

Don’t say “see fuel prices for stores near you” and then not give any fuel prices at all. Deleting.
