Don't restrict languages to certain regions. It makes no sense to only allow English in America and German in Germany when you could just have a list to choose from. I'm in America and would like to browse in German. It's a big assumption that your users are all gonna be comfortable with the national language of the country they're in. I'd also like it if you didn't seperate the "women's" and "men's" fashion so strictly. I want to be able to look at the men's clothes too without digging into my settings. Even just a selection button on the homescreen would be nice, or making it a search filter instead. I haven't even registered yet and I'm already turned off the app.

Heard about the ASOS.com site. Haven’t tried it before. Checked the app out. Didn’t find anything interesting. Just bought a small item for someone else. Would’ve been better to spot more usable stuff on it

so I guess I won't be buying anything from them.

I have been a member for the past two years now. I saw something new where for the same dress asos is starting to put pictures of different size models. I just had to some how leave a feed back and say it is truly an amazing idea i can’t wait until all of the dresses and clothes have the same kind of feature. It gives a much better idea of what to buy to the customers. Lets face it most of us are not size 2 models. Im so sick of looking everywhere and trying to compare myself with an unrealistic image.

They can be preeeetty hit or miss sometimes, but when they’re on, they’re ON. Plus, free return shipping and fair prices.

App is well designed and functions well. The only issue is having to sign in every time I access the app when my “session has timed out”. The ONLY other apps I have that requires signing in each time are banking apps (which is understandable). Please fix this. This is overkill and annoying for a retail app.

When shopping through the website I often find items that I like but wished they were a different color. I then have to search for the name of the item to see if you offer it in the colors I want. That’s for clothing as well as shoes. It’d be easier and less time consuming if the same style items had a drop down with color options.

I really love ASOS. I love how the app is easy to use and how no matter what you are looking for there is always something for you. I was looking for a prom dress and shoes and I found some really cute stuff and also a fair price for both of them. I love how you can favor a picture and save it for later reference and how it updates frequently when something is back in stock. But my overall favorite part of ASOS is the free shipping! Yass I love it! My products are coming from the UK all the way to the continent of Africa with free shipping. Amazing! Really great store and really great app! Definitely would recommend it to you.

ASOS has so many things to buy!! And they have stuff that is cheap for the people on a low budget and stuff on the more expensive side if u want to treat yo self! I love the clothes there all unique. I just love this app.

First time ASOS shopper and this app is eh! My pet peeve is that when you want to shop “curve” or “tall” you have to go through women and you can’t specify under a specific category. Everything is thrown in together. Like if i want to find a bodysuit in curve I have to scroll though a ton of non relevant things. And then the whole sighing in thing is ridiculous. Why should i have to sign in just to browse. It’s my phone who the h*** else is shopping on it?!?!!

I like the fashion, however, they only offer discounts to students. I have ordered before, but never receive a discount. Everyone wants to save money, esp I ally around the holidays.

This is literally where I’ve done nearly al of my clothing shopping for the last 2 years. And they continue to improve on the design and function of their online store (now adding suggested sizes based on the indicated reasons on returned items, and boards to categorize saved items and etc.). I can’t begin to talk about what a steal the premier delivery option is. And people are ALWAYS complimenting my outfits — ALWAYS!! I can’t gush enough.

I love ASOS! I can shop online via my laptop and when I’m on my phone all my items are transferred to app with no issues! App is user friendly and checkout is a breeze.

My first order came on time . And the fit was great , brought a hoodie and jacket from the men’s plus .

Layout of the app is great - clean. Easy to navigate, and great photos. However, i really dislike that you can’t see reviews on the app, and think that the search/filter options could be much more specific. For example, I went on the app looking for formalwear and was disappointed to find that I could not filter by length or occasion, which would have made my life much easier. Overall, a pretty seamless app though!

I only shop ASOS, there’s no other place for me PERIOD!

They will block you after so many years of using them and no body answer you back as to why they block you from there site or from buying anything from then. Don’t waste your time or money

‘Ok’ fast fashion clothing. Trash customer service. Every time I’ve purchased there’s been some hiccup where customer service just exacerbates the issue.

I order 10 size shoes, but they constantly keep sending me 9. Looks like they have math issues, I don’t understand it...

Bad service, bad shipping. Everything no longer food with this site except for the clothes sometimes . I paid for shipping on time and was told there’s a 72 hours before I get it then I had to contact y’all because the tracking number you posted did not work. And then I was told it arrive on 17 of dec. so it takes TWO WEEKS now for me to get my items I was hoping to wear a few days ago

I just started using the app and can’t believe how easy it is to use. All the items have videos to show you how the item looks in motion and even gives you the sizes the models use.

I had an issue with a $233 customs charge... yes $233!!! I was poorly informed about this charge and didn’t even receive a bill until I had returned all of the items because they didn’t work. So I am left with with a bill and nothing to show for it. Am I happy about this? No. Is this why I am giving ASOS 1 star? No. They receive one star because when I was chatting with a customer “care” representative about this issue I asked her if she could do anything to help and she told me no. Then as I was typing back a response she ended our chat. She was able to see I was typing a response and ended our chat. Ridiculous.

Love ASOS but the app is full of bugs. Literally took me 15 minutes to check out because it wouldn’t let me save an address. Nobody has time for that.

i ordered something from this app 3 months ago !! and still haven't received it, my estimated delivery timing was supposed to be 2 months back !! i payed a lot of money and put a lot of trust into this app but haven't gotten anything good in return, ive tried to contact them many times where none of them would reply to any of my messages on any social media apps like messenger or their emails and the strange part is almost every app has a 24/7 live chat when this app that is very know and has a huge rating doesn't have that so anyway i had to stay up till 1 am here in my country to contact one of their team and i did ‘ luke ‘ was very cold to me he didn’t apologize for the delay and he ignored most of my messages and was very passive about it !! he even told me to check with my neighbors !! really? why would i put all my information then?? so i can get atleast a call or a message to confirm that i got my item, i have never used an app where someone told me to check with my neighbors i am so disappointed in this app and i want my money back

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH ASOS!! I have been with them for years until they left me to dry. Their support members are rude and lack compassion. I have a funeral to go to & ordered items off of the site. Now due to their lack of help I have nothing to wear with my flight leaving in a few days. DISHUSTING!!!!!! PLEASE GO ELSE WEAR

Quick and easy to use

I’ve ordered from ASOS three separate occasions. First time: sent my order one week late, and with the wrong items. Second time: recieved package decided to return 5 of the items I ordered. Only received return amount for one. ** they have no way of contacting them directly only by robot automated chat or email that never gets a reply. Third time: My last time I will order ever again. Recieved package 2 weeks late. (I live in Los Angeles) they sent me a email saying that it was delayed because of flight issues. (This is a lie it took them another 2 weeks) they sent me only 1 of 2 items I ordered, saying that one of the items was out of stock. Customer service is an absolute joke might as well be throwing you money into a wishing well and praying something comes out of it. Save your time, money, and sanity. Order from somewhere else this company is a joke.

I’ve been using the app for a few years now, and never have run into this sort of problem. Each time I go through my saved items, and select one that’s from the bottom of the list, then go back out to the list, it seems to run into a crash and loses some of the items that were on my list. But each time I close out the app, and return to it, the items are back on the list. It’s frustrating closing the app and having to reopen it, just so I can see the items I have saved altogether back on my list. I’ve noticed that the images sometimes get mixed up with the product name or description. It makes for an inconvenient app experience when there always seems to be some bug or glitch with the app.

Love the clothes—the “not a robot test” is time consuming and frankly frustrating. I’ve left the site twice with items I would have bought but don’t have 5 mins for lengthy tests! Seriously K.I.S.S... keep it simple!

My girlfriend told me about this app since she wanted to change my look and I’ve yet to be disappointed. And super fast shipping aswell 10/10 can’t go wrong. Also the videos they have is perfect.

I was unhappy because my favorite shoes were out of stock. Also I didn’t understand the sizes. For every shoe there is another table? I have EUR size 38.5. It was hard for me to understand. Other than that I love your shoes and clothes! And everything else was great and easy: ordering, searching, shipping. Thank you

I’m currently obsessed with Teddy Coats and ASOS has a fantastic selections! Just not easy to get my size since they go so quickly. Otherwise love this website!

I’ve ordered from here a few times and basically the merch is a good value and stylish, but shipping takes forever and is very difficult to track. (Seriously-Don’t order from here if you need anything to arrive in the US in under 3-4 weeks). My last order is still missing, it was shipped over two weeks ago and is currently MIA. Also, if you need to return or exchange anything, you won’t see a dime of a refund until your item is received back and processed, which takes at least 6-8 weeks (and many emails).

Delivery is awful. They don’t let you to choose where you want to pick your purchase from (from what spot). You write your address and they send your product to the farthest self-service parcel terminal. RUDE.

First time using the app and my credit card gets hacked and was used for fraud in the UK and on top of that my package never came and they’re saying I provided an insufficient Address, I’ve ordered hundreds of items and received them all at that address also they won’t even resend me the product saying I need to order it over again and they haven’t even given me my refund for the items I didn’t receive yet!! It’s taking them a month just to process a refund!! In my experience save your time and money and don’t shop with this crooked company completely Trash

I really love ASOS been a customer since 2013 I’ve been hooked since!

I am currently disputing with my bank an order of over $400 that i didn’t not receive. This is the second time ASOS could not seem to handle an order of 5+ items. I ordered 11 sweaters that i planned to wear for the winter and only received 2. I was told that after they reviewed my account, they decided not to replace OR refund and my account was blocked. Wait, that’s illegal?? You have to do one or the other. This is terrifying that a business is allowed to operate this way.

i’ve have been ordering from asos for years and i’ve never been disappointed with the clothes or the service. always my first stop when shopping online.

Amazing App! Love asos

I ordered a shoes with US 7.5 and they shipped me size US 6. It is clear in the label and they accusing or telling me that It was my fault since they are following euro size! Even I explained the size I ordered was 7.5 US yet they insisting that it was my mistake. I send all the pictures on file took screen shot yet still they blameling me, that it was my mistake. So This will be the last time I will order from this company!!! Hope I could rate 0 for slow response And there is no way to contact thru phone. My first and last with this company. Now I will ship it back will update how fast they will settle my refund!!!!

I've been an Asos customer for years and have yet to have any sort of customer service issues until this summer where I had three orders of shoes I purchased and all three were either wrong size or color. I needed them before I went out of town. I received no empathy or some sort of compensation/discount for my huge inconvenience 3 times. The app I love. The app itself is amazing. It the customer service that’s kind of wack.

They are never on date with your shipping I Order something I can’t even track my package and they don’t even have a right date for your package to come in like for example I order something and it says it coming December 4 but 2 days past never got my package this is not a reliable shipping and handling .they have good clothes but other than that smh.

The app is not user friendly in setting up address and personal information. It took about 40 minutes. It kept changing my information.

It’s a worst company in the world I order a jacket and sliders from asos 32 dollar for the sliders And 104 for the jacket And i pay not just for the order I pay for the order and customer more 27 dollars When we come to the day that i need to get my order They send me a message that one of my products is sold out So they send me only the sliders without asking me So i need to pay for the sliders 58 dollars When I asking for refund They told me that they not control About the customer money And they can’t do nothing So it’s a company that not control about nothing Not about the products Not about the money customer And not about customers care They just know how to take your money Asos you’re the most worst company in the world

Why does the app log in have to be so difficult? Am I logging into classified website? Keeps making me select squares with crosswalks, lights, etc. Then, process repeats. Please fix this

Literally after spending 10 minutes selecting traffic lights and bicycles from blurry pictures of u*** streets, i couldn’t handle it anymore, so i deleted the app. Sorry..
