This is my go to app when i want to purchase something nice but for a cheap price they have everything you need. Oh did I mention it was cheap

Ya he comprado varios productos de preferencia semilla de plantas la cual llega en perfectas condiciones pasa el tiempo de disputa la planta llega adulta resulta que florece de color incorrecto ordenado y el vendedor te ignora .Y me ha pasado mas de una vez . Vendedores como Alice Magic ordene bulbos de gladiolos y florecen de color incorrecto .Semilla que ordene a diferentes vendedores no eran similar .Estas semillas son importantes para mi por que en Puerto Rico no las hay y representa para mis amistades de interes pero no los puedo recomendar investiguen todos mis comentarios para vean mi disgusto.

Everything I’ve ordered thus far has been as shown/described, and most have shipped very quickly and arrived sooner than expected given where they are coming from! I was skeptical at first, but I’m very pleasantly surprised! App is super easy to use too.

This review is just about the app, not the shop. It’s designed for some mad sales kinda “Wow! I buy this and that too...” but sometimes you can’t find what you do really need. So you’ve gotta go to the website and search there. Interface is messy and illogical and you have to wade through loads of worthless “coupons” and absolutely fake “sales”. But buying process itself is user friendly, comfortable and fast.

As long as you have the time to wait on the items to be delivered to you, this is an awesome app! Shipping is slower than Christmas, so be prepared.

This is the only place for exotic DIY audio! So many specialized electrons for my projects that don’t exist in the American market. Lots of items that you can get for cheaper, why pay more?

As a former WISH customer , I find this app Ali express to be most enjoyable, low prices, fast shipping, accurate description, not to say that Wish wasn’t as good but what did me in as far as Wish is concerned is the constant pop up ads that flooded both my emails and invaded my cell phone, it often threw me out of my private websites but they also interrupted my cell phone conversations... I tried everything to get rid of them to no avail, I even threatened them that I would not spend another dime on Wish but NOTHING WORKED ...so I had to get rid of google play for a week before they stopped... unsubscribing from their website does not work!!! They stressed me beyond repair.... I now shop at Ali Express hoping strongly that I won’t have the same fate.... so far so good, great shopping....

I like this app, website, better than eBay, yup, I said it. Very comfortable and trusty so far.

I have made more purchases than I care to count (I’m a little obsessed with this app). I was hesitant at first, and kind of tested the waters, but once I found out how reliable the products were and that they reliably came in approx 2-4 weeks, I started buying more and more. I’m hooked. I have received everything I have ordered, and the longest I had to wait for a product was 6 weeks. All products come with tracking. I have only gotten a couple of defective products and the one product was re-sent and worked fine, and the second was also re-sent but it was defective, so the seller refunded my money. Both were very friendly exchanges between myself & seller, so it was not a bad experience. My best advice is to read the reviews and look at the buyer submitted pictures prior to purchase, and everything should go smooth. I can say I really don’t mind the ship time, considering how much money I save!

There is nothing you can’t find on this app with a better price. There customer and reward service is on point also. Thank you aliexpress

Title said it all. I have to check each listing scroll down and look at each seller instead of just being able to see their rating or badge in the search results. Major time waste.

This app is the 1 go to I check everyday without fail. Regardless of where the product ships from, it is extremely faster than Wish!! I have switched recently, due to their security policies, and lack of anti theft provisions! Their products are all guaranteed if it is questionable and tracking always available. I order all my gifts, and anything for holidays early enough to get them in time. Define get this app if your questioning about it. You will not be disappointed!!

I would rate this app a 0 if I could. It’s so annoying and stressful. Never buying from this app again.

I do enjoy my shopping experience with this APP pretty much like the competitor Amazon. Most notably are the nice discounts I get with the mobile APP over the web platform. It updates well and gives me great description about items selected. I do recommend it to anyone for the great shopping experience I derive from it.

It should be possible to confirm I received several items at a time, not start from the top every time.Also first item should be first to show. Last item last to show. It takes too much time to confirm I received a shipment.Also, no where to complain, if product is damaged it is the loss of the buyer. On average it works out, but as your prices are getting higher you will probably loose your most lucrative customers. Sometimes a company gets too big and there is no attention to detail. Best of luck.

When I first started using this app it worked perfectly fine but after awhile it started being coo coo. For some reason it wouldn’t accept my card and it would say payment unsuccessful, when I used that same card to order items before. I even contacted customer support but got no fees back. Soooo, idk if this is only happening to me but I give this app a no.

So far the service and products have been outstanding. First produce arrived 7 days early and in perfect condition.

This is one of my favorites places for shopping. Not big problems at all with sellers. They are willing to help and understanding. Products are good some excellent at the price of selling. Everything works fine and fits. You only have to verify your size and the charting they recommend. The thing is you have to wait almost a month to get your merchandise. So no hurry, always will come for sure.

Okie I use this app to buy my wigs. But I’ve noticed in the review section that I’ve seen the same hair pics from reviewers on other websites and other stores on here so it makes me mad when sellers steal other people photos just to get buyers. Some sellers tell me to give them five stars even if the product is BAD just so they can give me a discount. I wish the app would take stuff like this more seriously. I see it all the time.

This site has practically anything you need at great prices. However, sometimes it does take a while to arrive because of customs, etc.

I was really excited to download this app because they have amazing things and I never have any problem with website. Even so the app gave be trouble every time !! How am I gonna buy or use this app?! Every time I wanted to save an item I’d have to sign in, every time I tried to sign in AND register it would say my accounts where blocked it didn’t work sign in to renew or whatever and then it took me to a blank page when I wanted to change my password. I tried everything... I was so upset I didn’t use it in a month or two went back to it same thing even more annoying. So I will stick to the website no app for me Sadly :(

I stop using WISH because it takes 2 months or more to get an item. Looks like AliExpress is just as bad. The prices are pretty decent but why most we wait so long?!

Have been using AliExpress for years, and you won’t find better deals anywhere whether it is for a single small item, or 200 of the same items for an event!

I would rate AliExpress 5 stars, because I loved using it WHILE IT WORKED. I changed my password, because like a lot of people do, I forgot the one I had used since my app kept me logged in most days. I reset my password, and ever since then, they locked me out of my account. When I try to log on, it tells me to log onto a computer due to an “abnormal account”. When I log onto a computer, I follow the steps to which seems like they will send you a code to your phone to verify your account. The screen just loads and loads and I never receive a code. This has been going on for several days. Since I have about 7 things ordered and on the way right now, I would love to be able to track my packages. Which, you can’t do without logging in. So I tried to get to the “help center” on the app, turns out, you have to be logged in to do that. I googled email address and contact info for AliExpress, they’re all fake. I googled phone numbers, they are all in Chinese. There is one number where you leave a voicemail but of course no one returns your call. I created a new account. WHICH HAS ALSO BEEN LOCKED, I have no idea why. While this new account was working for about 20 min, I tried to get to the “live chat” which states is 24/7........that also does not work! So not only can I not track my already ordered packages, I had about 63 items in my cart to order at different dates, and I don’t have any access to them, but I can’t even create a new account to continue using the app. Seems like a scam to me. Not sure why there is NO ONE to unlock my account but there is someone who can lock my account. Very frustrating!!!

Some products have a fantastic price. Others are the same as amazon or Walmart. You need to not mind two week shipping or more. Products I’ve ordered have been good quality!

This app is worse than wish. At least you receive your ordered items with wish. I’ve ordered twice from AliExpress ( a few years apart mind you) and both times did not receive anything at all. Then the seller has to agree to refund you. It turns into a huge mess.

Once you get this app you’ll never go back.

I ordered 7 items and I waited up to two days for the orders to be processed and finally I canceled all my orders and they tell me I have to wait 3-20 days for my refund which by reading the reviews I’m pretty sure I’m only going to get half of it.

I have had this app for years and I love it. I actually prefer the app to the website because the app has some quicker features in regards to checkout and selecting individual items for purchase. I honestly recommend AliExpress at least 4 or 5 times a week to someone - even strangers, not in a creepy way but more of a nosy/fanatical “I love this app/store” you should too sort of way. I think people really appreciate my enthusiasm and my unsolicited salesmanship.

I just love my AliExpress app.

I bought a pocket and tried paying on AliExpress through mobile the pocket did not show up as payment method. Don’t tell me “oh some buyer don’t accept pocket as payment” because I went on desktop and I was able to apply payment. But the item price on desktop was more than price on mobile. AliExpress will not let me pay with card because of “security reasons” so I was forced to purchase a pocket and now I cannot pay order through mobile because the Ali Pocket is NOT showing up as any of the payment methods!

Items are expensive and you are never sure what quality you will get. And while it claims its service is “global” shipping fees are ridiculous

I love the clothing, accessories and shoe options - they’re so much more stylish and affordable than the garbage found in U.S. stores plus I wear a particular style of Japanese and of Scandinavian clothing that I can find on AE but not in the U.S. I’m ordering my wedding dress, and have ordered my wedding tiara, my dog’s tuxedo, my wedding jewelry and my reception and day after brunch outfits from AE and they’re perfect!!! All of my favorite shoes, costume jewelry, a lot of my art supplies and on and on come from AE. And if I have any problems, like an item arriving broken or not at all, AliExpress customer service takes care of the situation very quickly. And the app consistently works well. Everything I’ve gotten is true to size (you HAVE to look at their size charts) I order clothes, jewelry, toys for the baby. I get everything and not once have I had something that was what it’s supposed to be. Most of my shopping so far has been fast I think maybe one thing took 3 weeks.

After some time of using old version of app it began reminding about updates and start crashing app or returnings back to home of the app periodically.

AliExpress is one of my favorite apps. I do electronics and coding work, and I wouldn’t be able to get all the parts I do without them.

I have no complaints so far. I’ve received every item I’ve ordered, not only on time but usually early! Which is always a plus! Everything is incredibly priced, usually even cheaper than amazon & ebay and it’s the same thing.

I’ve had this app for so long and just started using it, I’ve been missing out. I also like how fast they update this app. It wasn’t working yesterday and by this morning it was addressed! No complaints!!

I mean the app was awesome while it was useful. The most recent update messed up with my device and I can only see half of the screen that was there prior to the update. I guess I will just have to use the website until the display issues are resolved.

Very useful finding product 1/3 of the cost at your local store. Sellers are real and usually help out with troubleshooting mishaps.

I would say the app is pretty good with the wide selection and all BUT whenever I use it with another device the app gets suspicious too easily and doesn’t allow access

Was a Wish user until the raised all their shipping prices. AliExpress has a wider variety, cheap shipping and comes quicker than Wish. I deleted all other apps and am exclusively an AliExpress buyer!

About once a month I go threw this app and add a ton of little items to my cart. I get items between just 50 and 90 CENTS! I check out to pay with almost 20+ items in my cart and my total is only 10$. Beyond the insanely cheap things you can find absolutely anything on this site and you won’t find a better price any were else. Quality might as well be garenteed because if you get something that broken, cheaply made. Or just plain not what you ordered? They respond back so quickly and kindly. Refunds are almost always an option and if it not they are quick to send out a new product to you with no questions asked, just simply send a photo to verify your claim! I am obsessed to say the least! By far my favorite app for shopping, deals, and gifts.

App hast been working

I’m not too big on online shopping but when I do I only trust 3 types of websites : Amazon (I work for the company), AliExpress (reasonable prices for EVERYTHING), & the original website (for specific brands). I’ve ordered from this WEBSITE so many times but that’s my one problem, I have to use the WEBSITE !! So here’s the thing, My app is basically paralyzed, I’ve restarted my phone, deleted & redownloaded the app but nothings helping. I can search things but that’s it, I can type in exactly what I’m looking for, but the results don’t show up. I can click any of the coupons but they won’t pop up, I can’t access the “My Account” icon/banner because it won’t let me log into my account. I can scroll up & down the home page but anytime I try to select an item it won’t open and the app will force close. Please help, I just want to buy my bundles.

I haven't had any issues with the app until I updated the app. Now I can't clock anything without the app closing. So annoying.

The app itself, will not let me click on anything, or search anything. App has crashed on me. Iv turned my phone off and restarted it to get it going... but nothing. Iv deleted the app, to see if that would change anything and still nothing! I have a newer iPhone so I know it’s not that. The Dev team need to drop an update. This is extremely annoying!

I use this app regularly, have made couple hundreds of orders since I have it, but this is not what I want to write review for, but about the latest update. I cannot use the app, no buttons are working..and if I try to press another button, it freezes completely, and then crashes. Now I'm not sure if I will use it that much..what if I need to receive today something ? I just don't want to deal with extra crap, I think everyone's life has enough of it, don't need app crap.

This update includes freezes: now when you start the app you can't open anything, pressing the buttons doesn't do anything. Please, enjoy your coupons!

After the latest update app became is not usable on iPhone X. The app does not respond to tapping on the screen. Version 6.16.0, please check and fix it.

With the latest update the search bar no longer works. Can’t click on anything and then the app crashes. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it but the problem persists. In other words the app is completely useless right now

So I saw a video online of this app and thought it was a neat app! I download it once and the search function is... not working? And the “My Account” tab wasn’t letting me tap on it. So I delete the app and redownload it just to find it doesn’t work again. I’m not sure if it’s my phone or the app but I hope I’m not the only one with this issue. For now it’s a 1 star, but I really would’ve not given any stars because there’s nothing for me to rate yet.

Everything was great until the August update. With the latest update tapping on anything does nothing. Until this is fixed I can't use the app at all.

I wanted to buy something from aliexpress so i downloaded the app. The thing is nothing will open. All i can do is tap the bottom options and that’s it (except my account, where i want to go). I want to know why :/.

Upgraded to v6.16.0 earlier today and found it to have a major bug on my iPhoneX. Whilst the app can start and browse items, it would be unresponsive to finger presses under search and accounts. No problem on my iPad. Otherwise the app has been very good and convenient in past versions. Look forward to a bug fixed version soon.

i can click on one thing a thousand times and nothing happens idk why. i thought it was the phone so i deleted and reinstalled the app, i restarted my phone, and i still can’t use the app. i can’t even access “my account” so i can create myself one. it doesn’t respond to anything.

I use this for everything. I’ve bought stuff on Ali express for my wedding, birthdays, bachelorette parties, bridal showers etc. Even stuff for myself. A purse, packing accessories. When I think of something I want- I check Ali express first. You can’t get better deals. Sometimes the shipping takes a while so you have to plan ahead. I haven’t had any issues using this app. Everything I paid for I have received. One time I was sent the wrong color robe and the seller was quick to respond and send me the right robe at no extra cost and I didn’t have to return the other one! I highly recommend this app.

I ordered an arm rest two moths ago and still have not received it, I was suppose to get a refund but the company is horrible at reply back...there is no convenient way to get in contact with customer service to help if you haven’t received your item, it takes 3 to 20 business days just to get a refund

It’s a great site to check for things you scarcely need. Price is amazing if you have time to shop around. Find stuff there all the time. The only catch is shipping time can range from a few days to 45 days. But you paid what you get and pray for the best.

They have a great selection no doubt, and free shipping. However out of 4 orders I have place, I truly have only received 2. That only a 50% chance that you will receive your item. They customer service integration from Ali with the seller is anything but effective. I've requested refunds and have been unsuccessful. I will not be placing another order through this app!!!

AliExpress is not selling you the items so depending on who you buy it from it could be bad but I haven’t had a problem. This app is a lot better than wish with refunding things so...

Allow users to create unlimited wishlists. I am up to be neck at 10 wishlists and I need to have everything organized and separated! I have already deleted 3 wishlists and everything is mounted it’s it so difficult to look scroll through all the wishlists to find a product I want to buy that I had saved. I’m overall pleased with the service of Ali Express. They stand behind their products and they make there application easy and user friendly. The vendors are able to reply instantly. When I’ve had a problem with a vendor Ali stood behind there policies and responded appropriately with a reasonable solution and money back guarantee. The only suggestion I have is a coupon should apply to the over all price of your total and not based upon each vendors coupon offer.

They offer many great coupons, yet when you complete the purchase your order is instantly canceled because you tried to use their offered coupon. Customer service said s it’s a known glitch but no plans to fix it. Sounds like bait and switch to increase profits.

It is very easy to use especially the navigation, search, dispute management and filtering options seemed great. I wish if there was an option for filtering the mostly bought items for a specific country.

Overall I love this app because I get a lot of things that I can not find anywhere else for an extremely decent price and I don’t have to wait forever for it to come in the mail. Everything is inexpensive and high quality. The main difference between this app and other shopping apps is the shipping is a lot faster on mostly everything you buy! I get stuff within a week, sometimes 2 and on occasion it takes your average 4 - 6 weeks which is normal shipping time coming from the other side of the world.

They told they’d refund it and were sorry for the wait and that my package never arrived, they guaranteed it and everything but never gave me my 30 bucks back. It’s been over two months that I haven’t received the wallpapers and they don’t want to give me my money back until it arrives, if it ever arrives! It’s been over two months and they have no real customer service except for a live chat that only says “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” and there are no supervisors. I want my $150 dollars back.

This is not like amazon or ebay. These sellers and aliexpress do not take responsibility for anything and they would never reimburse you for their own mistakes. This is a typical thief business practice app. Definitely stay away. These Chinese suppliers charge you for fast delivery and still send it with a normal mail service! They send you damaged products and expect you to return it if you are not happy and pay for return service it means you are likely to pay more than what the damaged product cost you to return it. Horrible app, no wonder why it can never be an alternative to amazon or ebay. They need to learn business ethics before doing business.

Can’t sign in tried forgot password and it keeps wanting to verify then nothing happens. Got to another screen and got it to send email to reset but let’s me put in code then nothing!!!! I bought two items beginning of May and before finalizing my purchase it didn’t have my city so the app put my county and now my package was returned back to the seller in China and the seller is continuously arguing with about not returning my money back because it’s my fault for the address but the app didn’t have my city until after I placed the purchase there was my city. I honestly just want my money back for something I’m not gonna be receiving. Stupid seller wanna argue about not refunding me. Placed a dispute and seller denied my refund and doesn’t wanna re-ship my product unless I pay an extra $30 for shipping. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK HONESTLY IM TIRED OF ARGUING WIH MMTH THE SELLER!! Is there a number I can call or something rather than freaking talking to someone who isn’t helping me out. Aliexpress only refunded me half even after pleading with 4 different chat cs reps who promised they'll help me after I've spent HUNDREDS of dollars with Aliexpress. Very disappointed. I really enjoy AliExpress in general, not just as a mobile app. You can always find interesting and useful items, as well as unique clothing. Asian clothing is often a lot different from western styles so it’s really inspiring! In general with AliExpress and similar places, you have to look at the measurements of items to get the right size; asian sizes are smaller. I usually wear an extra small or even kid’s sizes, and I’m usually an asian medium! So don’t worry if you end up wearing an asian 2XL or something lol. Also, pay attention to store ratings and reviews and you should be fine. I’ve only had two issues in the several years I’ve used AliExpress, and one was just that a hem was sewn unevenly and the other was that I ordered a deer antler hair clip and I was sent a moose antler hair clip. That was kind of funny though, and it was less than a dollar. I’d be mad if I had spent 15 dollars or something. It helps a lot if everyone is active in reviewing, so please review for both positive and negative experiences! Shipping is often free, but it does take about a month on average to ship. Personally, that’s fine for me because I’m cheap, haha. Anyway, the app especially is fantastic. I’ve used the suggestion box multiple times, and I’ve seen several of my suggestions implemented a few days later. For instance, I asked for an easier way to delete unavailable items from wishlists; you used to have to do one at a time. They fixed it a few days later so that you could select 20 items at once and either delete or move them. So the app team is great and they really listen. I’m just waiting to be able to make more wishlists, but that would have to be sitewide so I understand that the app team probably has no control over that! Overall, AliExpress is fun and reliable. You can go down an hours long rabbit hole of interesting products, and the app is great to use. If you have ideas for improving the app, the app team seems to listen and do their best to implement it, so please give them your ideas!

Ali express has a good reputation in online selling. Good app for tracking delivery items, not like some popular websites that has a poor tracker in small items. Cheaper shipping cost and items which is still quality made.

Although I have an email, two in fact on both it says that your account is temporarily locked from unseal activity that is not true and I did it on both acts after 14 yikes or more of me just trying to get it to work and when I do try and fix it you know what it dose? It says account is abnormal?!? All I’m trying to do is buy a pair of shoes!? Totally not worth the ratings if it won’t even allow me to create an account

If you open a dispute that is valid they will give you your money back and or new product. I highly recommend reading other reviews before using this app. I also wouldn’t recommend buying anything on this app that you will be out a large amount if it doesn’t arrive or it arrives damaged. It’s truly a gamble. So if losing $20-$30 is no big deal to you then just stay within that amount. But that’s not my situation. I’m not interested in throwing away or losing even a nickel. I work too hard for it. But, today (05/05/18) after filing a claim on 04/04/18 for an item I ordered 02/02/18 that I never received I was advised by Ali-Express that they are “unable to get the seller to respond” to my claim. This means I have to figure out how to get my money back the best way I can. I ordered a professional nail drill for $88 on 02/02/18. Although I was sent a supposed tracking number it was never valid. I’m just VERY glad I used PayPal. Ali-Express says they protect the buyers but thats BS. They earn their money from the sellers and that’s who they protect. So, if you’re comfortable gambling with your money this app is for you because the odds of losing your money are about the same..... 50/50.

I was originally an Amazon shopper but I think AliExpress has them beat. Variety is enormous and available through App which is fast for an App. Their vendors are reliable and you don’t miss being on a larger device to shop. Really amazing. Everything that I’ve ordered comes as depicted in both picture and description. Extremely pleased.

I buy so much stuff off of here. It’s so cheap. It takes a while to get but, everything I’ve received has been high quality especially for the prices. If you don’t receive an item you can always contact the seller or, they will contact you. It’s very easy to use. Definitely worth the wait.

The app for some reason won’t load anything and says it couldn’t find an internet connection. Even though I’m either connected to WiFi or using data. I can get AliExpress to work in my browser. So it’s definitely not my internet.

This app works great. Like the viewing area that is displayed on my iPhone 6s. The go back function is a little different when you select to view the item. Maybe not different... sometimes stubborn. One serious improvement that is needed is a black list though!!! I have only got burnt by sellers 2-3 times and I would LOVE a blacklist for those suppliers. There is so many different suppliers to choose from, that sell the same or similar items, I don’t want to purchase from a seller that has burnt me in the past. The sellers would have more accountability. I did try to use the sellers ratings to dictate purchasing. But some of the best services I have received was from “lower rated” stores. Long story short, great app but, ADD A BLACKLIST.

Love the app. Easily navigate through millions of items and sellers to quickly find what you are looking for... but wish they had a way to block bad sellers. I have had two or three time that a seller has swindled me. Wish I could “black list” them so that I can avoid it happening twice with the same seller. You can always check who the seller is on each purchase, but it would be easier to just block them altogether.

Beautiful application with easy to understand features and just as good as the webpage. The programmers did a wonderful job it’s even better than some of the major and famous US online stores. However there is one thing that could be hanged if possible.. in the searching tool when sorting the items searched for by price it does not include shipping cost to the total price . Therefor the cheapest one might not be the cheapest when u include shipping .. it that could change it will safe me a lot of time

I have been using this app, and been ordering from one specific seller. Most of the time the tracking system doesn’t work. And this time I was notified of a delivery, that never came. Because “every purchase has buyers protection” I wasn’t worried. Unfortunately after weeks disputing and rejecting proposals that were designed to make me wait until almost the last minute, all the evidence I provided about the dispute with the shipping company, and my files lost package search was “inseficient”! I now sit here having paid $70 for 2 products I never recieved!! I will delete this app, and will never order from them again!!! Bogus! They will steal your money!
