Did not like it at all

MH has been a stabilizing influence on my understanding of scripture. His explanations and passions for God's Words have enriched my own understandings of my Father, Brother and Holy Spirit. He is another brother I'm looking forward to hugging in Heaven to thank him for the time he spent sharing his understanding of Gods love letter to us all.

I have to complete volume of his work and it's one of my favorite commentaries on the bible. 5 stars

Awesome app. Awesome concise and shortened commentary. Awesome all around!!! Convenient as well. I don't have to buy the book like my parents have. They have had Matthew Commentary Books since I was a child back in the early 90s. One day I needed a break down of the scripture and I would google matthew Henry commentary and decided to see if they had an app. I'm ecstatic they do and it's something I will continue to use but it's just something about books that I love and one day I will have both lol. Great job!!!!

I really like this commentary even better now that's it's downloaded on my tablet now I can research the scriptures so much faster.

I can truly say, this is great material but It's still a SHAME the ability to Increase the font size on both apps have not been added. Audio would be an added blessing. Joshua

Excellent resource for Believers

The condensed version of this entire commentary is great! Straight and to the point and very easy to understand! This is my most used bible app for getting insight on difficult passage! I highly recommend spending the $0.99 on this great resource!

I have the original commentary also, but I find myself using the concise version more and more. It is easy to navigate and brings much insight into the scriptures.

I have long used MH's commentaries w/ bible studies. His insight is still keen today. This is abridged, but this is a very good version. I appreciate using it to prepare me for a chapter as well as for helping me more fully understand difficult passages. MH does not skip or gloss over any passage, he explains them all. Unabridged version are online, but this is amazingly helpful.

Timeless classic!

Very solid. Can find nothing to dislike. Easy skimming. Having this on my mobile is like Having a fast draw on the move...

So useful and informational just as you are accustomed to with this book. Love it! Excellent resource.

A great resource for Bible study, always giving a deeper glimpse of the events, people and history of the Bible character or event.

An awesome read although and easy to use. Have it in my Olive Tree KJV Bible Study app as well. This app allows ya to highlight and add notes. 🙂

How delighted I was to find this book. Here is a thoughtful and thought-provoking commentary, something to help one digest the Scriptures in a useful, palatable way. But I especially love this dear man's faith, which shines brightly even from decades past, and lights the way of understanding into the very heart of God.

my #1 reference for in-depth commentary of any biblical verse. MHC has a quick look up tool , "to the verse queried" in contextual passage bracketed by prev and next chapters

Highly recommend this for anyone serious about bible study.
