Need to update KRS link. No longer going to text of law

Within the last two weeks, I have been unable to utilize the app due to being redirected to the Kentucky general assembly page. I love the app but I need it to be reliable.

I used this app daily and it was great, now I find it completely useless. Please update so it is user friendly like it was before

The KRS link no longer works for any of the items. App needs updating.

Doesn’t work anymore. For some reason when you try and open a charge it takes you to a website.

This was a good app. Used everyday in my work. Something has happened and it just half works now. This was a 5 star app, now it’s only 2. Please fix the app!

Was working awesome until a few days ago. Appears that the issue is not with the app but the links to the individual KRS when opened. Seems as though the website has been changed.

App was very helpful until it recently changed and took me to a web browser. Please change it back to the way it was. It was great for every officer to revert back to this app.

I use this app all the time. I’ve had it for quite a while now. Suddenly it stopped working properly and you can no longer look at the statues please fix quickly. For some reason it takes you to a website where you have to look up the KRS. And when you go to view it it won’t open. Go back to the way it was please! I gave it five stars for the way it used to be, right now the way it works is not worth one star.

I don’t know what happened but, now when you open a charge it sends you to a website. This needs to be fixed because it is no longer a beneficial tool.

Used this app everyday, but something MAJOR switched as of 2019. Please switch it back to the old way. THE NEW APP DOES NOT WORK!!!!

I use this app ALL THE TIME...as I’m sure other police officers do as well! Whatever has been done to the app in the last week or so - needs to be corrected! It is not user friendly anymore - AT ALL! It now takes you to the website, which then prompts you to search based on a word or phrase etc. etc. Very disappointed in the direction this app has taken, as it isn’t user friendly for the ones of us who use it the most!

After clicking on the button to show the KRS, it takes you to a website and is not functioning how it used to.

This was such a reliable tool. Not so much right now.

I have used this app for years with fantastic results. Now when you click the link to view the K.R.S. You are redirected to a sight that focuses primarily on K.A.R. My once go - to app for needing information in a hurry has since been made useless by this change. Honestly it’s just lazy on the part of the designers. Very disappointing.

It’s broken. When you click on the code to see the elements, it takes you to the KY courts page or something.

This app went from the most useful app I had to the most useless.. in giving it another week to get fixed and I’m deleting it..

Very good and useful. Must have internet connection to see elements of the crime. Some crimes are not in the App such as KRS 514.160 Theft of Identity.

Links go straight to the general assembly website. Awesome app if it’s updated regularly.

This app WAS awesome. Quick reference to KRS, now it sends you to the state website and you have to search for charges and elements.

The app still allows us to search the KRS but if you try to read the definition it won’t open instead redirects you to a worm hole of a state website! Please fix this

Fixed the app and now it’s great again. Very pleased with it being fixed.

I use this every shift. It’s great! But now something is wrong when you want to look up a code. PLEASE! Fix This!

For some reason all of a sudden it no longer works. It send me to a website. Very inconvenient! The website makes it extremely difficult to search, and half the time doesn't work. Bring the charges back! Keep it simple!

I used this app all the time and now it takes you to a web site where it is very inconvenient to find the statues. Needs to go back to the way it was before.

The links provided under the criminal charges are sending me to a website instead of the charge information.

None of the links to KRS work with the new Ky General Assembly website.

This app use to be convenient for looking up KRS by the charge. Now it sends you to a website that I have not been able to get working. The app is useless!!!!!!

The links take me to the Kentucky general assembly page and no longer has the definitions or explanations of the charges. Please fix the app, this app has saved me so many times and is a great tool when working properly.

App is still broken when it comes to opening KRS (it takes you to the legislature website homepage rather than pulling up the particular KRS for the violation code). Developer link says it’s fixed but it’s not and there is no update available to fix it at present.

Since KRS has updated their website none of the links work anymore it now takes you to the new website and asks you to search for whatever KRS you’re looking for, for all the UOR codes. Can we expect a fix anytime soon ?!!

There are several charges on the app that take you to the Kentucky General Assembly website when you click on them. You then have to do a search through the website to try and find what the statue says on the charges you are looking up. The App definitely needs an update before anyone else thinks about buying this app.

The app suddenly stopped working. It has been this way for far too long. I would give it five stars if it was working the way it used to. You can no longer see the text of the KRS. It just takes you to a website.

This app has become useless for in the field officers. Used to be great in finding charges and descriptions but now it’s nearly impossible and takes you to a website. Very disappointed in the changes and is not user friendly at this point. Go back to the way it was. Geezzz also found it nearly impossible to leave a review as well. Enter a nickname wth.

Can't use the app while Hotspotting from my 4S. I have to disable my hotspot so that I can use this app.

I use this app every night while working the roads as a Deputy Sheriff.

This is used by lots of LEOs, myself included, and we need updates as soon as possible after violation code changes.

I have been using this app for quite some time now. I use it every night. Also I love that it links directly to the state website that displays the current KRS. The favorites section is great. Buy it, you wont regret it. Must have app for all KY LEO's.

Before the update it was very helpful. Still great app for looking up codes and violations but the elements are no longer listed. It takes you to the web page which is hard to use. Not as fast and easy as it was before. If it wasn't for the update then it would be 5 stars.

Great App for Kentucky Law Enforcement. I use it often. Description, UOR's, and KRS needs to be updated after July/August.

If you are the police in Kentucky this app is a must. I use it every day. The blue book will be in your trunk I promise you.

It's a great app for police, but please make it support iPhone 5 resolution and then it would be 5 stars!

The app is great, more often updates on the laws and what offenses are arrestable would make it even better..

I wish it would stop losing my favorites. I also wish it were easier to search for the UOR you need. For example, trying to find the DUI code is tricky. You have to know that it's abbreviated "oper mtr veh u/ influ..." or you won't find it. Overall a great solution.

The app is great when it is working properly. It constantly will force close while in use.

I had this app for a while, but recently it got changed where it won't display elements of the crime. Horrible now. Do not buy it, just use Krs book instead.

Very useful for LE in KY!

There needs to be an update so you can use the app while on the phone. The app locks up and you can not search a KRS while talking on the phone.

Well it's not allowing me to see the elements again. It keeps saying "Error 400: Bad Request."

I would say this app saves on average 10 mins a traffic stop, I do not even keep a K.R.S book in my cruiser anymore, and the different ways of searching uors is great very user friendly and the favorite tab is the best... Thanks for this I dunno how I made it thru the years with my blue book. Now just design an app for cont subs that tells the sch and class with a pill identifier in it

Don't buy the app. It recently has changed and is basically no good. You cannot look and read the elements of the charge which is the most important part.

Why does the description of the charge take you to the website instead of going to just the description. Then you have to search for it on the website.

Love this app. Awesome tool for LEOs! But it does need to be updated to reflect the new laws and new wordings that took effect 07/29/2017....
