Why isn’t the app working? It has been getting worse but now if I search for an email it freezes and stops working. Please fix it.

I am becoming more and more disappointed with xfinity every time I use the app. Every time I put the app in the background and bring it back on top it has to completely reload all the emails. Even when I first open the app it is soooo slow to load email. Good thing I haven’t been keep a record of everything I dislike about it.

Please put us out of our misery and scrap this whole app and start over. Just downloaded today’s “update” and everything immediately froze. I’m writing this review as I load the app again. Every time your frozen app causes me to delete it and come back to this page, you are going to get a bad review. Time to start complaining to the heads of this terrible company....

I actually work for the Company. I was using an iPhone 4(old school) & could never download the apps in the past..due to my OS being 7.4 & it requiring 8.0 or higher. I FINALLY upgraded to an iPhone 6s yesterday......downloaded this as well as many other xfinity apps & this thing works like a charm! My home landline phone is automatically connected & I can make home phone calls straight from the app which is PRICELESS!!!! You can also assign up to like 6 virtual numbers which is great for old cell phones that might be currently inactive. I’m going to dive deeper into this app, but so far I’m loving it! ❤️

Absolutely the worst app I have ever used. It has always been clunky and frustrating, especially the lousy search functionality. Now, after the latest update (that is supposed to speed up syncing mail) the app crashes every single time I try to search. The app has gone from bad to completely useless.

This app freezes constantly. App usually needs to be removed and reloaded to correct freezing issue. Frustrating at the very least.

I constantly have to delete and reinstall this app as my emails don’t load and my folders are not up to date. Annoying!!

Installed this simply to see call history for a Comcast landline I had installed for my elderly father 3K miles from my home. Unfortunately the default mode of the app upon installation is to forward the landline’s calls to my iPhone (but with no ability answer!) There was no way to turn off call fwd’ing despite the app’s help system which showing methods and UI’s that don’t exist in the app. Called support, twice. The 1st person gave up and said the ticket would be escalated (6 hrs later, calls still coming to my phone. Both support reps were no better than trainees. They could not venture beyond what they were reading from a script. After an hour on the 2nd call I asked for a manager to assist. Only then did I get someone who said he could fix it on his end. I give this 1 star out of five. Check out the version history. The many releases are proof enough that this is a poorly engineered app, rushed to market without professional testing and quality assurance. Avoid it.

Every day or every other day the app freezes and has to be deleted and reinstalled. So frustrating!! I’ve been asking for help for months with no response. Comcast please get this fixed!!

The old app worked fine. Since it was upgraded the app freezes on my phone and iPad. I hate it
