Paid for ad free they sneak the ads in. Every device including tv siezed up when this vpn is open on my phone. Do not touch with proverbial 10 foot pole.

It doesn’t get around a firewall if ur not using WiFi. Drains ur data when not connected to WiFi. My school doesn’t give u WiFi therefore this app does not work and drains data

I’m giving the app 2 stars for speed and reliability. But i did attempt logging into an account yesterday while on a secure network using this VPN only to receive a notification that someone requested a password reset for that account. Someone is watching/stealing traffic off of the server. What else are you people stealing?

I tried this app after reading the reviews because people often never say to turn off your data when creating reviews like these, I used the app speed net to test how much speed this gives you and it’s 43-42 download speed mbs Again 43-42 upload speed, no package loss. I’m a highschooler and it worked passed my school WiFi, now I can use the internet, x-vpn does the same thing, Technically I was able to use this vpn Undetected in a game Whose.net shows this vpn doesn’t use: Proxy Does not anonymize your data so your IP address and says ip is easy detected Sometimes use your data, first time I check was 5mb, I don’t remember when I check last time but it then gone through 72mb. The only reason why ya are complaining about data is because the WiFi shuts off your internet but doesn’t disconnected because it detected vpn, just go to settings and Reenable wifi and select that WiFi you were trying to use, obviously you should’ve seen LTE/3g were the WiFi icon appears

i’ve read others w same issue. app opens to purchase premium screen and if you use touch id, even to unlock your phone it goes straight through and confirms a purchase. there is no help support and seemingly no way to cancel.

I have been trying to cancel as I have another vpn that I am using and prefer. However there is no option to cancel. Very distressing as it would be easy to cancel my other vpn.

It’s a huge data hog and the app doesn’t always work efficiently. Most of the time it is slow to respond when trying to turn it o or off. At the moment every time I try and open it and it starts and just disappears. Can’t change the servers but luckily I can manually turn it on through the phone’s settings. It’s cheap enough to forgive the slowness of its UI but now I cAnt even get into it. Not going for a second year.

This is the first vpn app that can run all day on my iPhone even when my phone is in sleep mode

I thought this was a hot spot. My internet went out and we don’t have cable. My daughter has driven me crazy since yesterday and I figured if I downloaded a hotspot I could let her watch her normal shows on Netflix until my new modem arrives next week. I have no idea how to set this up or even if it works as a hotspot at all. I found this app free searching in the App Store under “hotspots”. I thought it was legit so I purchased the premium package at $35.99 and now I’ve given up after nearly 2hrs trying to configure the app. If I can’t be refunded I at least need clarification on what this is and DETAILED instructions on how to use the app, as a hotspot, in case my internet goes out again. I downloaded this on my iPhone but think I should’ve done so on my iPad which my daughter uses daily. Please come to my rescue; my very sad and restless 3-yr old and the rest of our household would greatly appreciate it. I would love so much to make another review praising the turnout of my dire situation!

I don’t care about how much data it burns through so long as I can access Google in China. I purchased the premium version and it claims to connect up to 5 devices under the same subscription plan. However when I downloaded the app on my iPad, I could not get it to recognize the subscription plan I purchased on my iPhone, and there is no direction on how to add additional devices! PLEASE HELP!

DO NOT USE THIS VPN. I downloaded this VPN before I went on my trip to China and I was shocked at how amazingly fast it was. I had limited data of 3GB before I left. And over the course of the three weeks I was gone, I started getting messages of how much data I was using. When I saw that I had already used 1 full GB of data in less than 5 days, I panicked and thought it was my social media that kept downloading data onto my phone. So I decided to turn off my data when I went outside, which made it so that my parents couldn’t contact me. I would use the hotel’s WiFi with the VPN on so I could check everything. By 2 weeks ish, I realized that I had already passed my data limit BY A LOT. I had used 8.2 GB OF DATA!! Desperate, I couldn’t believe that my social media could have used this much. And when I checked, VPN 360 had used 5.4 GB OF DATA 😡😡 so I actually only used 2.8 GB. And most of the time, I used WiFi with everything. Therefore, it’s clear to me that even though you use WiFi, this VPN will not work unless you use let it use data. That is why it is so fast. Don’t use this VPN 🙅🏻‍♀️

It is good. Mostly it can be connected. However, sometimes it cannnot be launched. Same situation occurs both on my IOS device and Android device. I am not sure if there is anything wrong with the app or the system. It seems that it is not that well compatible to both operation system...

The only complaint is that for some reason I have to restart it numerous times every day and I don’t know why

i needed a way to connect to social media on my trip to china. since the firewall the chinese government set up prevented me from using many apps and websites. i did some research and found this app, since i used it so much i got a 1 month free trial of the premium version! the normal version is fine but sometimes i had to restart my phone to get certain apps to work, i didn’t have this problem with the premium version :)

I highly recommend this VPN, very very good.

I got this vpn for a two month trip to China. As you may know China has a firewall that blocks most outside apps: Snapchat, google, instagram, etc. This vpn is slow and almost never connects. I thought it was the fact that it was the free version, however even with premium i only get a connection 1 out of 20 times. Do not use this app. I recommend Yoga VPN as a way better alternative. It also lets you watch Netflix.

The first time I tried it on Netflix it worked. I could WATCH my shows. But I just tried it again today and the US Netflix appeared but it said there was a problem with the network. It wouldn’t play any show I wanted to see.

The vpn for whatever reason says connect but no internet services work, even the ones that works whiles disconnected from the vpn. I’m using the free mode. Also, only the “auto-mode” actually works. App works for 30-120 minutes but then breaks the internet, (situation above). Using it to use youtube, google, facebook, etc... in china.

But this app deserves it!

Here in the middle east, vpn is a necessity for video calls. this app was my recommended one until i dont know when but it just stopped working and always shows network error. Tried reseting my phone, reseting the app, reinstall. I dont know what else to do. Not sure if it is because of the location or the app but itself but im really stressed of looking for a new vpn app that was similar or perhaps better than this. If you have any suggestion on how to fix this, pls let me know. 😔

This app WAS really great and was fast but now it doesn't start up anymore. It just gets stuck with the startup screen and thats it. Im currently running the iOS 10.3.3. Really frustrating

I chose this app because I use the desktop version in Opera, and I'm glad to say that it works just as well on my phone, with one exception. Every now and again, it disconnects after a few minutes of use. It only happens occasionally, and it usually works fine if I turn it back on again. Other than that, this is a teriffic app. 9.98/10

This app i tried it for a week trial, before that i canceled it. Only for looking it works. It worked. But after that I paid for one month. And it took my usd 11 something. But App still asking me if I wanna go premium. Just paid for nothing. Cant believe companies do something like this. I have tried to connect to my TV in the USA from Netherlands selecting both locations. It does not connect but gives me a code 1630 .cancelling the payment having had no service is not an option.I bought because the reviews were good. No help line available.

This VPN does the job, but I had many connection issues with it and oftentimes could only access the internet after I disconnected from it. The app is extremely unclear about cancelling the free trial. They claim that once you subscribe you can turn off a "auto-renewal" option, but you would have to pay money first for that to work. To cancel your subscription you have to go to your iPhone's settings, under "iTunes and App Store." Tap on your Apple ID, Select "view Apple ID", and you can cancel the subscription from there. The app should have a direct option to cancel your subscription, or at least clear instructions.

I've been using VPN 360 on my iPhone5 and 6 and it used to work. This is no longer true. It recently stopped working for me on the iPhone5 and 6. I starts up and I'm stuck at the start screen. Please fix this.

After I paid to use the premium service the app stopped working and now just freezes on the loading screen. This app is a scam. I tried reinstalling the app many times and it still is busted.

They do not indicate that they only cover a few countries. In may case, after buying the subscription I realized they do no reach Spain. I tied to cancel it, but nobody answered me.

Really, any VPN app is good nowadays but I ended up stumbling on this one and just stuck with it. It only has the USA with its free version. It works how it’s supposed to. I got a month free premium just for using it for about a month so that was delightful.

This is cool there is an unlimited free trial but paying monthly(11.99) is actually with it this is probably the best vpn I’ve had compared to hotspotshield

Ok, so I thought this was a great app in the first couple of months, but after a while it just stopped working... I’ve gone through three other VPN apps and all of those have had the exact same problem within a couple of weeks. This one has definitely worked the longest, I’ve had it for a couple months, but now it just doesn’t work anymore... Also, I don’t understand why there are multiple connection options, because at least two of them don’t work correctly, and one disconnects every thirty minutes or so... However, this app does show potential and I hope that this review is seen by the developers, because I’ve given up looking for another VPN app that works.

It’s a suitable application

I’ve tried multiple vpn’s and this one works by far the best. The free service is fantastic and I had such good luck with that I upgraded to the premium service. I would highly recommend this product.

This app is the real deal. I tested it on several reputable sites that test your Internet connection and I was mask every time. No ads. No upsell‘s. Just a good VPN that works. For those of you who experience it disconnecting regularly, easy fix: Open up the app, go to settings, go to connections, and select “stay connected”. Even if you turn the app off, your VPN will stay constantly connected until you powerdown your phone completely. Then all you need to do is go to the app and reopen it and reconnect and you’re good to go.

It worked great yesterday, for one day. Today, I see a second VPN360 connection in my settings menu and no option to delete it, like I had yesterday. That was the best vpn I have had. But it doesn’t work in Iran in these 2 days. 😔

It doesn’t work any more and now when I open the app it just freezes in the start up and just shows the icon of vpn 360 in the blue screen!! I really loved this app but now I don’t know what to do... plz fix it.

After updating to latest ios, the vpn app no konger loads and gets stuck on the loading blue screen. Before the latest ios update it was working flawlessly though. I uninstalled and reinstalled but it still wont work. Same thing happened to a friends’ phone. Same result.

worked perfectly for first two weeks allowing me access to instagram,snapchat, and netflix. now i cannot use any social media’s or entertainment apps while using the vpn; which was the whole reason i got the app. again worked great the first two weeks and than stopped working.

Hi Please make it free for Iran ip. Because here we are suffering from filtering. They have filtered many social media like facebook, twitter, telegram, pinterest... and only some anti filter programs can open these applications for us. Thank you

After trying it I try to cancel subskryption.I opened 2tickets for support, no answer.now they charging me 11.99 per month and I can’t stop it.I guess apple support this robbery.dontbuy it.

I used this app to get around my employers blocks on certain websites and apps. Worked great up until two weeks ago. Now I get an error message that says Cannot connect to server. This makes me sad as other free vpns do not work as well as this one had.
