Just like others, the app dumps when I try to open it. I had used it for two years and then you updated. I commented a few months ago, after the afore-mentioned update and you told me you only have a small staff. Please try harder because you were a really good source for news on everything iPad. Now, I cannot open the app.

I have this app for about a year and after the last update it doesn’t work anymore it opens then go to my homepage with all my apps. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong, I have deleted it and reinstalled but with the same problem! I just re loaded the app and it still doesn’t open!

This is the best ever resource for learning iPad, and it translates to iPhone.

I can’t even get into the app. I get as far as the title page and two seconds later it closes. I haven’t even received notifications lately. I went to the support page and couldn’t easily leave a notification, so I chose this route. This app is certainly worth a five rating when it works.

Why in hell would create a news article in Tips Pro entitled “10 Files Tips”, A beginner’s guide to the files app and when you decide to educate yourself by printing it, you get the error message “File Type Not Supported”. You would think someone in the Throne Room would think before releasing...

Keeps me up to date on all the changes and updates. Best of all is all of the info on simplifying how t get things done.

I purchased your pro version and tried everything to get it to load and it will not.

I can not open the app. I tap on it to open it and it starts to open then it closes.

I was using the free version a few weeks ago, now it doesn’t open at all with IOS 12.1.1. Reinstalled it multiple times with no change, then in a moment of weakness bought the Pro version. Same problem. I’ve logged tickets, and I figure everyone is out on vacation. Refund please!

I love this app! As I state in the title, there are frequent updates that keep the information current and accurate. You are better off paying the small charge for the full version over the free version. You won’t regret it.

These tips are great for new users and help the owner get full use of this great device.

The free version of “Tips & Tricks” was far superior and reliable than this junk code I paid good money for. Am running iOS 11.0.3 on a NEW iPad Air Pro, on a Fiber Network of 100 MB and this is the ONLY app in the ENTIRE App Store that I am disgusted with. 1) EVERY TIME I get a notification, and go to open it, I receive an error message “Post Not Found”.?.. 2) Frequently, when I try to share what news I manage to open on the app, the app crashes? 3) MANY times the app just locks up and is unresponsive. Even have uninstalled and reinstalled, with no improvement. I would expect better from a app that requires “a fee” to eliminate the ads. Even the FREE version ran better than this.

After the most recent update, the app will no longer open on my 2018 iPad. I’ve done the usual remedies, restarting the ipad and redownloading the app. No luck. Now, what was a great app is totally useless.

Not much useful information here. And now the app doesn’t even open. I’ve paid for Pro and get nothing! And the developer just says la small number of iPad users are experiencing this problem” without sending any supposed Work-around. It’s been dead for months. All I get is notifications but when I open the app the splash screen loads and then it crashes (closes).

I got this app years ago, when I got my first iPad. I liked it so much that I gifted it to everyone I knew who got an iPad. It was a terrific intro. And, all these years later, I still use it whenever I need help. I like the information it gives me, too. My only complaint is that I often get an alert from it, and, when I try to get there, it is no longer available. That needs fixing, to be sue!

I learn something new every day in a very few minutes! This app is essential! And - be sure to allow notifications. They will give you a heads up if you should read on for a few minutes!

There is so much to know about the iOS software that it is difficult to know all the tricks. Tips is great at informing me of a lot of things about my iPhone and iPad that I would otherwise be clueless about. I'm not a techie.

I simply would not be able to extract all these great tools that are forever increasing in number. this is not just a great tool, but is an essential tool.

As of December 28, 2018, this still doesn't work. You say that there's a workaround, but I don't see it. When it works, this is a very useful app that I used to consult frequently.

The newest version, for iOS 12 crashes right out of the box. I'm running 12.1 public beta on a first generation IPad Air. This is a go to app I open every day for the last several years. All I can say from this operator side, is that it was working the morning before I updated, and crashing immediately after. Very good info app. I hope this gets sorted soon.

Love this app – have found more and more up-to-date information I have sort of a novice user and their Ables need to really pick up on different things to do with the iPad and cell phone and really keep up-to-date. Wonderful. jchabbyb

I used to look at this on a daily basis but now I cannot. I still get notifications about new items but when I tap on the notification it attempts to open the app and then bails out and goes to the iPad home screen. Loaded the non-paid version and it still does the same thing. I love this app, but sorely distressed at this point as there is lots of good information on a daily basis.

This is an excellent app. I have learned lots of new tricks and found out about other great apps that make my life better

Since the update, the app opens and stays minimized. You can’t browse or interact with the application. Please fix..... Ernesto
