Nice clean interface, awesome price for business plan.....only issue I had? When I send a doc to sign, the other signer HAS to download the app too. Couldn’t find another way around it. That’s a deal breaker. After customers mentioned the issue, I tried it myself with my wife, and couldn’t find a way to sign without the app. I should have the app, obviously. But my customers shouldn’t be forced to install software for 1 signature. Plenty of other platforms out there that don’t require the guest to download it. Please fix, or let me know what I’m doing wrong. Could easily be a 5 star app.

The Signnow App is a truly dysfunctional app obviously designed by someone who has no concept of what the actual goals are that businesses might need in terms of producing a piece of software to provide a solution for online document signatures. Although the full web based solution works ok, the app seems to be designed to get a signee from data entry point to data entry point as fast as possible. In fact, the signee never even knows if a particular data entry ( at least in the case of initials ) was has been successfully made! The data entry box just “shakes” with no actual entry shown, then moves on to the next entry point ( do they even realize that a standard practice to show an invalid entry is to “shake” the entry box? ). It’s only after going through this path on a document is the realization reached that entries have been made without being shown until the end is reached. I should add…the entry points are magnified to minimize the actual underlying document, and a jump is made to the next entry point skipping any text in the document itself. Do they even understand the whole point of the signature and initials process is to GET PEOPLE TO READ THE DOCUMENT? If you just provide skipping from one magnified entry point to the next you are actually SKIPPING OVER THE DOCUMENT YOU WANT THE SIGNEE TO READ! This is a seriously flawed piece of software…and I would advise anyone using signnow to direct their customers to only use the web based solution on a laptop or desktop computer. So I see that customer service responded...but did they even address the issues I mentioned? Do they even understand that the point of the software is to get people to READ a document and AGREE to the terms? If they fail on the first part...the second part really doesn’t matter...THAT is what needs to be fixed!

Are you joking? A monthly subscription? About a million other free options available. I’ve been using this for years. Will be promptly deleting it now.

I purchased a subscription for a year and now is asking me to purchase again !I even did but can not get to use the app!Keeps telling me that i used 5 free documents !Sent a email to support never got the answer or help!Worthless !

This app was difficult to use and not intuitively designed. The phone support was non existent.

I was trying to send a PDF document with my signature on it to my email address and I see nothing in my inbox!!!!

I only needed to change a date value in an existing pdf. This app wants me to sign in just to do that??? DELETED.

I tried sending my document through the email option on the app and both times it did not work. They were important documents so this was quite frustrating.

Is there a way you can put the search bar in the Navigation menu, instead at the top where you refresh? For bigger companies that have a lot of documents in there, it gets difficult to use the search bar where it currently is at.

This app was so hard to use on my iPhone 8 plus that I canceled the session, deleted the app and went to my computer instead. It was difficult to see anything and moving around to a particular field was trying my patience.

Have been using this service since 2013. One of my favorite PDF electronic signature apps, with the ability to create templates for recurring documents. I am a paying customer, since the CudaSign days, and this is my go-to app for signature capture forms.

This is a great app for signing documents and adding text to them. The interface is completely intuitive and the signature even looks good despite being scribbled onto an iPad screen.

Not excited that my clients have to download the app. Also, I haven’t figured a way to add multiple pages for 1 email document.

Perfect and easy to use

I have tried the others including Adobe, this is the best! Easy to setup, easy to learn, and not expensive.

I cant begin to tell how important this app is if you are in business. You see I usually never write a review, but I felt if you are in business and in need to save and write on a pdf file. I can tell you this is it. You can’t go wrong, I promise you. Use it I think for about 3 to 5 years are more. I can’t do without it.

Would like there to be a way to save regularly used email addresses in the app.

On the go and forgot your health history at home? Need to send back a bank form asap except you are out on the town? Your employee needs your signature? Your kids teacher needs you to sign the permission slip? NO PROBLEM!!! I've done it all! Literally forgot a health history form, pulled one from their website and filled it out. Signed bank documents, distributor applications, permission slips and more.. this app is PERFECT

App does not work on my iphone XR. Everytime i try to import a document it takes 5 mins of trying to download the document before saying "unable to import document". I've tried importing from dropbox and my email. I also tried exporting from dropbox and google docs and I can't get the document to load.

I've been using this app for years. This app is really convenient. Instead of having to print out a form, add a check mark or some simple text and a signature, then scan it back in and email it to someone, you can just do that all on the road, from your phone, with only a few taps on this app. No desktop computer, printer, paper, pen, or scanner are required. This app is simple to understand and use. I wish I could get it as an app for my desktop Mac too. It makes my life easier. I like that when you tap on the document you can choose to add the current date (very handy for signing documents), a check mark, signature, or any other text you want. I wish though that it could save different signatures, not just one, for different versions of my name or for when my husband has to sign as well.

Not a lot of bells and whistles, but for 90% of all the simple document execution that you need to do, this works great.

Use it

I’m not one to ever, ever leave a rating on an app. However, I felt compelled to for this app because of how much easier it has my telecommuting capabilities on my iPad. No longer do I have to pull up my laptop or wait until I’m at my desktop to digitally sign a document with my hand written signature. This program allows me to do that whether I’m in my recliner or in walmart parking lot. Its that fast and simple. The only thing I wish weren’t an issue is the limited amounts of signatures on the free version. That is really the only limiting factor for me. Everything else is great.

They had some bad builds and the payment portal wasn’t working, but now everything is working so I switched review from a 1 Star to a 5 Star. It’s easier and better than adobe signing programs. Glad they fixed their stuff!

If I could rate this app in the negatives I would. I have had the Sign Now formerly Cuda Sign for years with no issues. I paid for the year in full for Sign Now in Sept 2017. My subscription will expire in Sept 2018. I have reached out NUMEROUS times only to be told to try to “re buy” the subscription again and it should fix the problem. I’m not purchasing the subscription again because I have already done so. Clearly this company is in the business of taking consumers money and not resolving any issues. They respond days later only to not resolve anything. Guess my next step is disputing the credit card charge and blasting them on BBB. Scam artist!!! I am a business owner myself and would NEVER try my customers this way

I had an unexpected signature come due Friday after business hours and did not have access to a printer (ink out) - this ap does what it claims it will do: save document allow you to sign (and add current date, initials, and texts and check mark if needed) then save and email to desired recipient. SO EASY!! I'm going to sell my printer!!!! This is the new scanner.

I have to sign documents every month and it’s so convenient to use this application. It’s stores my signature so with a couple tabs I can sign many forms with my name. I can also sign multiple times on the same document and have multiple inserts in other places like initials.

Works great, it gives me the ability to create invoices on the go by saving a template in my pictures and converting to a pdf. When needed. It also can Convert anything to a pdf. If you save it to SignNow which is super helpful. You also can archive when you are done with and keep current projects open until you’re done and archive them... lots of super cool features

Took a bit to figure out how to use the editing feature and how to draft up an agreement. Tutoring on how to use it is pretty much nonexistent on the website and app, but once I figured it out through trial and error, it’s been a wonderful tool for my business.

I’m using the app for the first time after someone sent me a doc to sign. After I went through the whole doc, And tapped the check mark, I was taken to the sign up screen. The email field was readonly, and I was able to fill in a password using 1Password. However, the Sign Up button refused to be enabled. I tried manually typing in a password instead, still no go. After going back to see if I could save my progress, but when I tapped X button, I got a message saying I’ll lose all my work. This app can’t even get such a basic crucial flow right.

Used to be able to create multiple page documents from the camera and send them for signatures, but the developer has confirmed they only do one page camera documents now. They provided a nice copy/paste reply to this review that doesn't address the issue, so that's something.

This app has saved my professional life, allowing me to get digital signatures of clients to confirm service delivery, individualize each form (number of hrs, name/address of customer, etc. I am technically challenged but this easy to use app has saved me hours in billing and record keeping!!

Sign now, another greedy web company making it nearly impossible to cancel your monthly subscription. Do not allow them to bill your credit card. Once they start they make it as difficult as possible to cancel. To even think about a company whose leadership is so foolish to create a system like this risking customers complaining to states attorneys and BBB’s. There are plenty of better options in the market.

Why is a basic file cabinet app with e-sign more than 61 Megabits?! @developers keep it sweet and simple

Nice app if you sign less than 5 documents a month. After that, it's $6.99 per month. What a ripoff. How about a flat app fee for those of us that don't need any other features? We just want to sign then export the document via email or other cloud hosting.

This app really makes my life easier as a small business owner on the go. When I need to sign a contract, I simply open it in the app and sign/date etc. before emailing it (also through the app). I always have documents ready to go such as 1099 so I can send them out when I need them. I’m so happy I no longer need to print or scan my documents to sign them.
