Shutterfly is way to addictive. There are so many things you can buy. I recently went on a monumental trip and was able to get a calendar, book, cup, etc to remember our trip by. Prints are incredibly cheap too but good quality. I also got a unique pillow for a friend who loves it!

Shutterfly had an ad on the app that said save 50% when you order 4x4 or 4x6 unlimited prints. Use code save50 It didn’t say save 50% on another item when you order these size prints. Prints are only cost for shipping and that’s awesome, can’t beat the price per print however need to make an ad more clear. Thanks Shutterfly!

I love using Shutterfly because it makes it so easy to turn digital photos into more concrete, permanent expressions of one’s own, personal memories.

I like the free 4x6, 4x4 print concept - but they make up any losses by very high shipping costs! Nothing is free in life😂

I have been trying to checkout for months now with the free prints... you are allowed up to 250 prints. I have even tried deleting 150 of them to make it work but it says preparing item and never finishes.. so I can not check out or receive any free prints... what a waste!!!

Had problems with the app. It worked today was able to place my order. Sometimes you have to crop pics because they cut off people heads. Otherwise pretty good.

Very good app and the quality is impressive

The App for this keeps denying my login credentials saying there is an error. I know my email and password and an able to login using a computer so I’m not sure why this keeps happening. It’s pretty disappointing considering now I have to figure out how to transfer all my photos from my phone to the computer.

I tried to get a free 8x8 photo book and after picking out pictures, it wasn’t free. It never said you only get 20 pages. All it says is choose 20-100 pictures. Be more clear Shutterfly! Not happy!

Said I had 10 free magnets. Didn’t even get one. Upset.

Mobile application is good, but it’s difficult to edit the order of the photos in the photo books. Can not adjust the photos to the size wanted into the frame, for example on pet tags or key chains. Overall, good price and good offers.

Always a good experience with Shutterfly

I gave this four stars because if you have a page with multiple pictures and don’t like the placement of one picture, you have to delete the entire page versus having the option to delete the one picture.

It seems nearly impossible to order from my iPad. I pull up my pictures, and there is NO WHERE that states..order. The picture has a heart underneath it, it has a icon that shares, it has a trash icon, and remove icon. It took me a half hour to figure out how to order. I should be able to click the picture, have choices of edit, order, trash, and other things. But no...cannot do that. Quite frustrating. In fact, it seems like the more you update, the harder it is to edit and buy. There is a huge lack of editing choices that you once had!

I was told to use this app to print pictures because it cheaper and I went in and did all the things I wanted and used a bunch of discount codes so where everything I got was free and yet it still came out to over $80 for shipping. I deleted a lot to see what happens and it still would cost me $20 shipping when my pictures say they are free... not to happy that I just waisted so much time to not get anything!

I will go back to using Shutterfly.com Not that the website is all that great. I don’t understand why Shutterfly cannot make its platforms more user friendly.

Be very careful when you order because not all codes are applied. For example, I ordered 4x6 prints and 2 8x10 prints. The code was for 2 free 8x10 prints when you buy unlimited 4x6 prints for free. After the code was applied, it took off the price of the 4x6 prints but not the 8x10 ones. There have been several codes like this that and there’s no way to fix it until you check out and call customer service. Just be careful when you check out.

Placed 2 orders for a wedding gift for my fiancé, in which neither were processed and Shutterfly had no record of the orders, even though in my app, it had the order confirmation.

The banner across the top of the website offers 50% off. However when I attempted to add the SAVE50 promo code, I got an error message that the code had expired. I verified date/time and everything indicates the code should still work. Please remove the banner on your landing page if a code is expired - very frustrating.

It took me 30 minutes to order 4x6 prints on this app. No cropping, no special edits. Just trying to select and order. This app is too slow to use and it crashes constantly.

First time I tried this, usually do it online. I wanted prints only today and it was easy to select BUT I wanted different sized prints of the same image and instead of being able to change the pic size in the shopping cart, I had to go back, select a new size and find the image I wanted again.. that was annoying since I had over 700 images to look through

The navigation of this app is terrible. Very disappointed as I was hoping to use while traveling.

I lost two projects before I was successful in making it through to the end of a simple calendar. I just swiped up and the whole app closed on me. When you are done with a project, DON’T MAKE ANY UNNECESSARY SWIPES!!!! Also, wouldn’t let me apply the 50% off code that was still good.

It is fun making books from my photos, but I wish there was more guidance. I used the IPad program and never could figure out how to upload photos I had edited after the initial upload. Very frustrating. Also changes I made to pages kept getting “lost”. It took much longer than it should have but I hope I am happy with the final result (minus the edited photos I wanted to include).

The website is so easy to use that I decided to accept all the cool freebies and try the app. It’s nowhere near as easy to use as the website! The issues I have with the app are: You can’t position your photos within the frames of your project. Filling out the text is difficult. The specials are not applied automatically. The checkout does not show which specials have been applied. And last, shipping charges seem much higher when ordering from the app. Still great products. I’m confident the app bugs will be fixed and then I’ll use it often.

I would have given 5 stars however I am sorely disappointed with the shipping. Free items?! Great, right? The shipping is more than the item full price. I was going to order pics at my own cost (no coupon) and the shipping made me delete it all. Again, It was more than my whole order. Also, I am pretty tech savvy. This site is harder to navigate than it should be. I understand why people give up!! Me, a challenge was thrown down and I had to win. Figured it out, will continue to get items using free and other coupons but probably not full price. With the coupons and shipping, to me, it is full price already and since it is convenient for me (from home). I will continue to use for those reasons. Side note, I haven’t received my order yet though so may change rating. ALSO, no APP for a Mac? I have High Sierra. I know that’s kinda old but come on.

I always order my prints from here. It is so convenient to have them shipped to my house and only costs a little bit more than going to a Walmart or drug store (~$7 shipping fee). It connects to my google photos so it’s extra convenient. The customer service is great, I accidentally cropped my pictures wrong somehow and when I contacted customer service they let me reorder my prints for no charge. I also love how many customizable things they have - great ideas for gifts! Awesome company!

So you offer free 4x6 prints but then charge 25.00 for economy shipping!?! Just charge a reduced price for the pics and charge a standard shipping fee like 3.99 cause that is just ridiculous to pay for shipping for a small package of photos.

The concept of Shutterfly is truly amazing! The theory behind the execution is also wonderful. The products they offer for the prices they have are also great. Their specials are spectacular! Why the one star rating then? Because for the fourth month since my little one was born I have been trying to use their app on a DAILY basis trying to order prints or work on photo books or magnets and other print on demand products they offer and EVERY SINGLE TIME the app crashes on me and I am unable to complete my purchase! Perhaps what is even worse, it does not save your progress or add the existing versions of the products into your cart before the crash happens. The end result?? Hours... COUNTLESS hours of time wasted. No more! I am done with them now and forever. Do I sound mad? You bet I am!!! The developers need to figure out a way to fix the constant crashes and need to configure the products to be saved automatically either into the cart or My Files somewhere within the app. The fact that very little can be done without losing hours of work, defeats the purpose of any specials, services, or convenience of ordering from an app.

The Shutterfly app is easy to use. If you sign up with Shutterfly and receive emails, lots of great freebies (but not free shipping!) show up as well as great deals. I love the quality of all items I have ordered.

I love Shutterfly but they won’t allow free shipping if you use any type of promo first. Seems to defeat the purpose of the promo codes

The interface is SO much harder to manipulate than it used to be! The 100 photo limit is no fun, nor is the limited selection of templates. To add insult to injury, I finally finished my book, changed to lay-flat pages, and found that all my formatting had been changed and all captions had disappeared. I’ve been using Shutterfly for annual albums for years but am now shopping for a replacement app.

Purchased a Groupon for a large luggage tag. Got to Shutterfly and still had to pay for shipping. I thought purchasing the Groupon was a deal. What I found out was Shutterfly still gets their money through over priced shipping. Very unsatisfied.

The only problem I have with Shutterfly is that they have very expensive shipping which kind of cancels out the good deals you think you find. Other that that I love it! Great variety, great personalization, great for presents, or just for yourself!!!

Shutterfly has great service and great products that are so nice to make for personal uses.

The app is convenient but shuts down every time I want to preview a project and doesn’t save my recent changes. It’s frustrating to recreate the same project due to this glitch.

I made these for my two grandsons last year, and I just made them for my grandsons again this year for Grades 1 and 3. I hope to keep it up each year! I ordered copies for my wall, too!

Not only can you customize photos, you can put them on anything! The shipping time was quick, and the book was better that I expected!

It was difficult to set up the photo books and change photos and pages. I spent probably three hours to get one 8x8 20 page book. It was frustrating!

I can’t even log in. I keep getting a message that the username and/or password are incorrect even though I am able to log in perfectly fine through the website itself. I’ve even tried resetting the password and saving it, and I still get the same message.

I really enjoyed making my Shutterfly book. However, I did run into a few things I needed. It would be nice to have alternative alphabets. I needed an atilde from the Spanish language. Fortunately, I did not have any words where the meaning can be different without it. I also had difficulty adding pictures. I assuming that the + before the photos means to add more. This did not work for me. It could be my iPad, I am not sure. Also, more choices in adjusting the photo besides centering it and rotating. Some pictures were too large that would have looked better by slightly reducing them. Finally, some layout pages that included more pictures. There were a couple of pages I just wanted to put in a series 6 or more pictures. I am looking forward to receiving my book. Thank you

I’m offered 2 free puzzles for &30 but my bill is $59 something. All sceeed up I need to cancel. My pictures aren’t worth all that money. I tried a puzzle with several pictures and it wouldn’t let me do that. A total fiasco. Please cancel this order. Tried a second time wAs finally able to move text and got slightly better pictures but you still charged me $59 so cancel again. WS never able to type in code YOUPICK. App is not user friendly. Needs work. Last time I was in the app, it asked me to rate the app and I wrote a review and it wouldn't even post. Spent a lot of times just entering the right shopping address bc it kept changing on its own. Very frustrating.

I feel shipping is always high to make up for the free stuff. The shipping is the price you would pay for what you are supposed to get as a gift on top of the tax you have to pay.

I am a slow learner and made many mistakes while learning this app. Customer care was very helpful and even showed me how to save money! I will be a forever customer.

I love Shutterfly products and have been ordering from them for years... I wish they could make it easier to complete photo books....it took me five hours to complete my latest picture book for my grandson. I must say it was a little easier than my first one five years ago, but still longer than I would have liked....but, maybe I am computer challenge! 😀 All in all Love their products and service!
