It’s awesome it’s by far the best app I have on my phone

I’ve had this app for about three or four years well from the iPhone 5s to now the 8plus and never once had a problem. Well today doing my normal routine whenever I even use the app transferring pics. Here lately the transferring process has gotten more and more difficult. Ads pop and freeze the transfer have to close the app and reopen it and maybe the photos have been transferred. Well today it did that CRASHED and ERASED EVERY PIC that I actually wanted and there are some random old pics I guess that were backed up. Highly upset with this app!

After the update it starts crashing and freezing and won’t let me pull photos out or nothing

When stopping your premium subscription they make it extremely annoying to downgrade you have to leave the app open while it downgraded and if the screen shuts off it stops would give it less than a star just for that.

I accidentally deleted the app and when I went to log into it after redownloading it, the access code was never sent to me. I clicked “resend code” and still nothing, several times I repeated this. Now all my pictures happen to be permanently deleted. Thanks app.

So pretty much all the time when I upload a picture on my phone and open it on my iPad it shrinks the picture and sometimes it shrinks it so small you can barely see it. This is not my iPad because when I import those pictures to my camera roll it’s size is fine and fits the iPad. Other than that everything works fine and importing and exporting is pretty fast

Why does the app need our information? Doesn't seem honest. What ever excuse they have.

I only needed the subscription for a month. Not the whole year. Was advertised for 1.99 a month. So I did it. $25 out of my bank account. Very Unhappy, I’m requesting a refund. Either way I don’t plan on using the product anymore.

only had two attempts to try my password and saying you’ve made 3 attempts...having a hard time accessing the app because I forgot the password

app is great, used to be way better but it is very intuitive but importing directly out of the camera roll hardly ever works or freezes my phone and i have an iPhone X so that’s not the problem - it freezes or takes incredible long to finally pop up to import.

Keepsafe is for much more than keeping personal photos photos away from prying eyes. (Remember the office Christmas party?) I've took pictures of all my insurance cards so I don't have to carry the originals. Then when a doctor's office asks for the card number I just take out my phone and open the app. Same with credit cards, drivers license, passport, and serial numbers of computers and electronics. Of course the double password security helps me feel comfortable about saving this info on the IPhone. I can even store documents such as PDF files. And while the free version is great, there are incredible features on the premium plan. For instance, let's say you're suspicious that your roommate might be trying to get your credit info. With the premium plan Everytime someone enters the wrong PIN Keepsafe records when it happens as well as taking a stealth picture Brilliant!

My photos are missing from inside the app that I didn't delete them. The buttons on the app don't work. I keep putting in trouble tickets and sending emails and don't get any responses. I got a response twice saying please type your response above this line or put in a ticket through the app. I can't even put in a ticket through the application. I send emails to the support and still get no responses. The application takes my money for an app that doesn't work and I have premium. I called Apple to try to fix it but they said it's a third party app and I must go through them. I should have saved the money and tried another application because what I'm issuing for doesn't work and has lost all my photos.

By far the most unstable app I’ve ever used. It freezes my iPhone every single time I use it. I’m slowly trying to remove my photos so I can stop using the app without losing them. I usually get about a minute of stable use before the app crashes and freezes my phone. Not to mention, the back up your photos o a cloud without our permission and there is no way to remove them. Combine all of that with the absurd subscription price for basic features (like restoring photos from its trash can) and you have a expensive, useless, buggy app that will freeze your phone, steal your photos and charge you a fortune to do so. Eat sh*t developer.

Photos won’t upload. App worked great when I first purchased it. I’ve re-paid for the app 3 times now and it was phenomenal. Until a few months ago. Now None of my photos upload, it won’t let me upload any videos, and I have had zero response from customer service in regards to fixing it. I don’t understand why I paid so much money for an app that does not work in customer service that refuses to help.

To access keepsafe when you get a new phone you need your pin (don’t lose it) and an access code that is emailed to you. Not sure why this additional step but have found it to be v difficult to receive the email with the access code. Email works fine, have communicated with keepsafe on the very same email but access code email was unable to be sent. After much back and forth w support (who were reasonably responsive) for two weeks I finally received access code. 👍

I wouldn’t recommend it and I regret the purchase. The app crashes every time and freezes my phone. Is full of bugs. And the developer doesn’t seem to do anything about it. Oh well another disappointment! If I could i wouldn’t give even one star.

It’s not saving photos anymore. Haven’t been able to save something for about two weeks at this point. It has lost it’s reliability.

Just hard to send or move things here

I started using KeepSafe over 18 months ago. It used to be an incredible app. I uploaded a bunch of photos from my phone and shared them with my wife. I could consistently add photos either taking them directly in the app, or importing them from my iPhone camera roll into the app. In December I tried adding a video for the first time. In spite of their claims, this doesn’t work consistently; you don’t know if it’s working; and it takes an excruciatingly long time even for very short videos, if it works at all. Sometime in the recent past they disabled the sharing Beta. To the best of my knowledge they did this with no warning. Also, if you’re on iOS, and have photos that we’re taken with another camera, you have no way to get them into KeepSafe without first putting them in Apple’s iCloud environment. Earlier in the year it began acting very unstable and crashed frequently. I had to disable TouchID because it would crash consistently when I tried it. Photos and videos stopped loading. I brought many of these issues up to KeepSafe support last spring. They had me try many things over the course of several months, but the functionality didn’t restore. After an update in June, for a few weeks it seemed like most of the functionality was working correctly. Unfortunately for me, I renewed my subscription in July thinking the issues were fixed. Since then it has been all downhill. At the time of writing, on iOS, importing photos and videos doesn’t work. Sometimes photos will show up eventually, but there’s no indication anything is happening. Sending photos from the camera roll into KeepSafe is also broken. I would suggest they change the name to KeepSafish Roulette I cannot recommend this app. It’s not being maintained properly. I do not understand how they end up with a 4.7 average rating!

The app crashed and wiped every photo that wasn’t backed up. I have cherished photos from years back that are now gone for due to your app crashing.

Lost a bunch of photos

I uninstalled the app and downloaded it again 24 hours later and I notice SEVERAL extremely important photos are missing. I’m heartbroken and disgusted.

I really like this app, but as an iPhone user I'm having problems with my live photos. I got some into keepsafe but now I can't get them out. When I try to save them they don't save and then when I try to send them they no longer move

Love the app, it does everything I need it to do! Especially when my nieces and nephews try to get into my phone and be nosey! The only issue I am having now is that it’s not backing up my files anymore. Not sure what the issue is, but I bought the extra storage so I have plenty of room on it! Other than that, I love the app!

Whenever it’s loading a video, it’s always having me load it over and over again. It’s really annoying and it’s keeping me from watching my video.

Great app, great UI, but the bugginess with importing videos is problematic. I currently can’t import a single video, and for an app I pay for, it’s unacceptable. I need to backup videos too. Maybe I should switch to an app that actually allows me to do that.

So i really love keepsafe to keep all my important pics lol ;) but recently with the new update every time i leave the app it tells me i need an access code and my regular 4 digit pin doesn't work it sends an email but i never get it so i just wish the developers would fix this plz!

Makes me sad it’s hard to navigate my half protected photos

Paid for year of Premium (ends Aug 2019), however, since payment (2+ weeks ago), no premium features are allowed for me. Yet when I check my App Store subs it shows premium Keepsafe 1 year active. Anytime I try to go to the trash folder it states that this is a premium only feature and to upgrade and when I try to it informs me that I’m already a premium member. I’m getting nowhere here...

When this app was 1st available, it worked pretty well , then various updates and addition of a subscription service, and random pop up adds, made me skeptical . $24 a year or $150 for a lifetime. Essentially this company feels their service/app that “hides” photos, is valued at $150 ? A one time price of $10-$20 max, to me seems more fair.

Let me start with I’m an annual member of Keepsake. I set up a password and forgot it and Keepsake has never responded with “forgot” password to assist in the retrieval of my password. Keepsake doesn’t have an administrative team in place for any assistance. Disappointed

A new album was created on my app. Dubbed “.browser” with no way to delete it or re-name it. Another issue. It’s fairly easy to get into a private album without the passcode through editing the album by clicking “...” it will allow you to see the contents. I’m a premium member but thinking of switching to a more secure vault

So it was great at first but then I lost a picture permanently, by the way it didn’t show up in the trash. So I hate really hate this now.

For some reason, many of the pictures I have uploaded have shrank in size in the app. They zoomed out maybe 5x the original so they are hard to see. Zooming in doesn't even get them to fill up half the screen.

Has continued to down load and store things even when I have lost and had to replace my phone .

I guess I need a backup for KeepSafe because I uploaded about 20 images and now THEY’RE GONE. I’ve logged out and back in and they literally disappeared

Keep safe wont allow me to upload videos

This app works well for photos. But does not work well for videos. A majority of my videos will simply just not import. After multiple attempts the app will not import anything and I need to reinstall it This app is not worth the subscription fee.

I have a lot of photos on my camera roll of text convos with me and my boyfriend plus a few photos with him and I didn’t like the fact that someone could see them. So when I discovered KeepSafe, it was a lifesaver and I love KeepSafe’s security system because you can add an extra password to your personal photo albums plus a fingerprint and a passcode just like you would on your iPhone. I would not make any changes to it at all.

So The app worked perfectly for the longest time! I’m a premium member and it was the best thing I could ever have done. But lately I’m having trouble downloading pictures and files. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, but still nothing. I even waited for the app to redownload all of the stuff on the cloud back onto the app

Love the break in attempts feature that records how many with photos.

Had an issue with my photos not downloading correctly. They were fast and amazing at helping me out. I heard a response in less than 24 hours. I'm stoked! Edit:1) it’s having a hard time uploading pictures now. For the last few updates, I select the photos to import, hit “import” and nothing. No uploads at all. Just acts like I didn’t do anything. I’ll update this review when it’s fixed.

Worked great for me for a while but now it crashes every time I open it and leaves my phone paralyzed for 5 minutes. Such a shame

I have been using this app for years! Absolutely love it and the new features that keep coming out. I am a paid member. And it is well worth your money! However I just updated and Apple’s “New Laws” state that in section 1.1.6 that there can be no “false information” and therefore we have lost the secret Door function. Shame apple. It’s a feature I pay for and I want it back!! Change section 1.1.6 of your guidelines!! Or find a loophole KeepSafe! Either way, 10 stars if I could. Keep up the great work KeepSafe!! You are one app I love to throw my money at!

Why does it take so long to import media? Literally hours to import the smallest files? My videos take extremely long to import.

I used to use this app a lot and I never had any issues, but I'm confused, now. I redownloaded it and it says that I have a premium account, but I just made this new account and never subscribed. Is this a feature for all new accounts or did I just pay for a premium subscription I didn't ask for?

The software lags I have two phones and the video and photos that I have saved on one phone will not transfer over to the other phone that I have keeps saying is saved on. Both phones have keep safe on it however keep safe does not function the way it supposed to. I don’t know what they do every day but it is not business. This is a software that has a lot of potential however it lags when it comes to loading and transferring files to upload to the keep safe cloud. For file transfers. I believe that it’s very possible that the software that keep safe is using is very slow and I are their servers. Causing the lagging In the uploads. Also 5000 photos is very middle I was once introduced to them and offered 100,000. However they were unable to make it stick on my account. As I stated before the potential is there but the software they are using is very outdated

I like having a backup app to store my *ahem ahem*...obscenities 😉 other than the “My Eyes Only” feature on Snapchat, and this app does it for me. Real simple to use, and it’s secure. This app is great. Simple and easy to use. Only issue I have now is not being able to log in to my account. I click on forgot password and a message appears stating something like to keep the account safe, they will send the password reset in 15 mins to my email. I’ve tried this several time and still have no luck. Today I tried and have been waiting for the email for over an hour. I haven’t been able to use this app for a few weeks now.

Loved this app... but it’s gone downhill since they started adding all these new features. App crashes constantly and for some reason all of a sudden even though the description says you can I can no longer send using the safe send option. 😭 this was one of the reasons I loved this app! Hope it’s just a bug issue and will be fixed?!

The only reason this app is getting 2 stars is because of their customer service. I signed up for this app years ago and set up a pin so I wouldn’t have to enter my email and password every time. Well I was so used to my pin that when I changed emails and deleted my old one, I forgot to switch it on the app too. Randomly, when I opened the app it wouldn’t let me sign in with my pin and wanted to send an verification code to my old email. So I did that thinking I might be able to still access the old email. Well turns out that I couldn’t and there is someone else using occupying my old email (I know because the back up number and security questions are not mine) After a lot of back and forth with this app’s customer service, I was told that there is no way to recover my account but “good news, if you can’t access it then no one else can either!” 🙄 Even though I specifically told them that my verification email went to another person so yes, someone else could access it! The app is great and does what it is supposed to do but, customer service is lacking and there needs to be some way to recover your personal photos and documents. Needless to say I will be deleting this app and not making another account with people who are so careless with your personal items.

Horrible. Finally after considerable time organizing within this app and paying for Premium, I am deleting it. Either this app is extremely slow or just buggy. When moving photos from a home folder within app, into a category folder it keeps freezing up. Have to shut down device sometimes to remove freeze. Frustrating. Then it occasionally saves a file photo in postage stamp size, although when emailed it is normal. Do not trust this app. When trying to delete duplicates it keep freezing.

Almost all of my pictures are gone, with absolutely no help from the “support” staff. I pay $15/month for crap! I’m infuriated. Do Not waste your money. It’s a scam!!!!!

Not saving my videos

I have been using Keepsafe for a few years. Today I had to download the APP again and when I went to log on it told me my email account was not recognized. I’ve lost years of data with no way to contact anyone about how to get my data back. I have emailed CSR team 4xs but no response.

Been having this problem for awhile, but KeepSafe is not syncing all my photos!! It says “37 not backed up” and just never syncs them to private cloud. When I add new photos in, it just adds to that number. I’m on premium and do not have anywhere near 5000 photos backed up yet so it should still be working. Pls fix so my photos can sync across my devices!

Honestly I’ve been going through a break up and I’ve kept private pictures on here. I allowed my boyfriend of the time to be able to log in. I changed the password and he secretly made his email the primary. But, thank GOD for the verification code. He wasn’t able to log in, it was disappointing but overall he wasn’t able to log in because of the app. So thank you!

I lost nearly 1000 photos with this app. Not trust worthy. Do not store important or precious photos with this app!!!

They told me to rate them so I did since I’m a nice person but this app is great for when I have random photos or explicit photos on my device that I don’t want other people to see so I just put them on here

Totally worth it

I had over 400 important documents in here and i understand it only saves 200. But outta nowhere the other 200 were deleted and nowhere to be found. In the past i know i was able to keep them kowing they werent backed up. But today they were just deleted. Wow.

i’m trying to upgrade, tried using my debit card i got a gift card, i tried putting money into my apple. and purchases never went through.

If you need to keep fotos from the past and for them to be secure. This is the only app for it!!! I’ll recommend 100% to everybody!!

I have an iPhone SE and whenever I open KeepSafe, it crashes about 60% of the time. It’s really annoying.

This app was great till I tried to import some videos. I canceled it and now I can’t even import pictures anymore!!!!

Hey - their privacy agreement allows them to sell your data and to turn everything you have other to law enforcement (this is only an issue bc sometimes photos dont look like what they are and you could be getting held for hours and interrogated because they mistook your photo)

This app is so expensive to have when it doesn’t need to be...and when I tried to get a refund after accidentally buying it, they wouldn’t even give me one. Even though I had the app for an hour. They were so rude to me when I contacted them too. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

The add pop ups are terrible.

The free edition is too limited

I did not want premium and did not want to upgrade, I hit cancel and it went through anyways and charged my card. After the company said they wouldn’t refund me. I am upset and would not recommend this to anyone. I would give it less than one stars if I could.

Lost all of my pictures they all disappeared

Loved this app for the longest time, even upgraded to the premium. That was until about a week ago. For some reason it will not transfer from my phone to the app. It has been a week and it still shows 13 files loading. I have emailed customer support and even sent them screen shots but the best I get is to clear the app so it is not running in the background, then open the app and wait 30 sec before entering in the pin. Guess what, your right nothing. A week since I sent my first email and still do not have the issue fixed or even attempting to be fixed.

This app is ok until your free premium goes away and then its a really bad app just saying room to improve.

Has worked great for years on different phones I’ve had until now. It will not import any pics for some reason. Restarted my phone and tried again and it’s still not working. On iPhone 8 Plus. Needs a new update asap

when the app does what it is designed to do it’s perfect but 8 out of 10 times every time i open it it locks up my whole phone and i just thought it was a problem with my iphone 6 but then i went to iphone x and i still have the same problem. if you can fix that issue the app would be perfect.

I was able to sync any video or photo from my camera roll to the keep safe app and now won’t let me sync anything over its a great app but not so much now with out letting me do what it’s suppose to do

App is slow to respond to command, you have to try several times before it can even transfer videos or photos into the app. I have been trying for 3 days now to just transfer 4 videos and pictures into the app and it’s not working very frustrating as I don’t know how to move all my saved staff from this app into another one that I plan to get. I think it’s not worth paying the $24.99 per year for it with such performance issues.

is the only application on my phone that is capable of freezing all my cell phone, (iphone X) unfortunate because I am paying premium subscription, started well but with the last update I have failed too, I have to close up to three times the app to be able enter, I would like an answer as it is very annoying!

Great idea to have the app and store private data. I was able to upload about 12 family pictures but the app doesn’t upload any more. Unable to access more than about 120 most recent pictures but not more than that. If the app worked to upload more it would be amazing

Worst company that I’ve dealt with. Made the pricing confusing and charged me a lump sum instead of writing how I would be priced intelligently where anyone can understand. Typical of a company trying to trick people into purchasing this worthless product. Wouldn’t recommend a dog to this app. I’m in the process of talking to Apple about removing this app.

When you first use it, its okay but then they lock the app and tell you to pay for a full month or year. So everything you have in there will be stuck and no long viewable. Not okay.

Anymore, using this app cripples my iPhone X. Moving one photo to a different folder locks my phone for over a minute. During that time I can’t go to my home screen, or even close the app. Sometimes I can’t even lock my phone screen. This has been going on for too long. I will be seeking a new app, and will relocate my files.

I like the way I can organize the pics but it is hard to send them to text message sometimes. I can usually send one or two and then the app shuts down or freezes.

I paid money to upgrade for security reasons and can not see a photo. Tried messaging to see what I could do to fix this problem and even asked for a refund but no response ever. Wouldn't recommend this app to anyone

This app is really good i have been using it for a month and it’s been going really good i think it’s worth making this app but when you download it first it will give you some space for free but when you update it you will get up to 5,000 pictures and videos.👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

I have an iPhone X and whenever I transfer a photo album to album, or whenever I upload from my camera roll, it freezes and I cannot exit the app. It then locks my phone afterwards and the screen stays black for around 30 seconds. Please fix this

The app will not upload all of the photos I select from my photo album. It will upload a few but will be missing pictures. This issue needs to be addressed especially for someone who pays for this.

The app is great, easy to use & navigate. They deliver what they promise & have good options within the app that assure everything is seamlessly protected. I know I can trust them to keep my most important files safe. I’m very satisfied & would highly recommend to anyone.

I am currently using the free version so I understand there are limitations. I was using and was thinking of potentially buying the lifetime subscription. That is until it will not let me download a 46sec video to it. Because of this I now have to search elsewhere.

Love the app and professionalism but not advertising free (always) I believe to be inappropriate. KeepSafe should clearly outline parameters before one submits photos.

I love the idea of the app.... but I don’t like that when I switched phones and re downloaded the app I lost pictures. I don’t think its cool they charge you monthly if you want to recover something from your trash that you’ve accidentally deleted.

I paid for the premium but my account says I’m still on the basic and whenever I click to pay for it again it says I’m already subscribed. So therefore I’m basically stuck.

Overall, I love this app. I use it for weight loss “progress photos” & the feature that allows me to shuffle their order makes it so easy to compare pics. My only suggestion: it would be really excellent to see the import dates of each picture. Should this get fixed, I’d gladly give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I use this app to record passcodes and credit card, and other confidential information. It is very good for this purpose and its on-screen appearance doesn’t draw unwanted attention.

I have had this app for many years and I have used it frequently. But recently I have been unable to upload any photo or video to my album. Half way through the upload it just stops and the upload bar disappears. I hope they fix this

Without my permission the app started uploading my content to its cloud. Then you have to by a minimum 9.99 subscription to delete any uploaded content. Dumb.

This app is pretty cool, especially if you get the premium version. But they make it seem like you will pay $1.99 per month over the course of a year, and it will eventually amount to a total of $23.99. But when you agree to that, they charge you the full amount of $23.99 all at once. I didn’t want that. I wanted to pay as I go. Don’t get the premium.

I downloaded this app a few days ago. I Imported all the pics and videos that I wanted to save in this app. Next day I open this app and everything disappeared. Before I imported everything there is an option that says “delete from album” deleting the content from your device that u selected to import into this app. Now I can’t get back my stuff anymore. Disappointed.

Good app, did what I needed. But it started uploading my hidden files to its cloud, without asking me first. It took me a great effort removing files from the cloud. So I uninstalled this app.

Limited connectivity to import pictures. After upgrading about a week ago to lifetime membership, I'm still told my membership is expired and must reconfirm everytime I logon. Great number of shutdowns.

I’m very disappointed in the customer support. I had an alert that I had a break in attempt so I upgraded my subscription. And I’ve been emailing and trying to research how to check the photo snapped of the attempted hacker but I’ve gotten little response by email and navigating the website is useless.

I’ve had this App for years and has been an amazing up until I got an iPhone X. Now it crashes %99 of the time. If that gets fixed it’d be back to amazing but it’s been 7 months and it still crashes every time.

Now that they’ve fixed a few of the more irritating/concerning bugs, the app is much better to use. The ads are typically non-intrusive, and you get what you’re looking for - a code-protected photo vault.

I was so happy when I received an update today! I was unable to send my pics. There was no options for it once I hit send. The update comes I go in and yay I get to send a pic. Then I go to send others and I can’t!!! I got this vault to keep certain things private but be able to share with my someone. It’s useless if I cannot do that. Please fix this.

1. My photos that I add on my iPhone don’t add to my account on my Samsung. 2. Something that annoys me is when I go to the app, it automatically turns off the music that I’m playing. I have to turn the music back on after I enter the app if I want it to keep going. It would nice if there was a way opening the app didn’t pause my music

I used this app a year or so ago and it was great. I even deleted some photos that I wanted to recover and was able to do that by paying for the upgrade. Sadly though, all my photos in the app were lost one day (not sure if it was a phone freak out or an app freak out), they weren’t in the trash, there was no way to recover them! It wasn’t super important, but still a real b***** to loose all those photos after paying premium.

IT DELTED ALL OF MY IMPORTANT PHOTOS

This thing work perfectly for quite a while. But now you can’t move any photos or videos into it anymore. Not much value there. I tried working with their tech-support, but they kept asking me the most simple questions it was ridiculous. No real help. And everything was by email. So you would ask a question and 24 hours later get a response. The response was typically a very simple question they should’ve known the answer to. You respond to that and they send you another answer and it’s 48 hours later but nothing has been accomplished.

I buy the premium for like $10 and now I wanna go to the basic but it won’t let me and it been taking mine out my bank

The app is simply ok. It’s too difficult to create the fake account. But, worst of all vids that were transferred no longer play and new videos don’t upload. What gives?

So after they replied to my review, they still didn’t answer my email. That I sent to the support team. Then to make matters worse they removed my review... all I want is my money back..since I had to repurchase the app just to get it to work right...and don’t tell me to contact your support team, cause after weeks of sending emails I never got a response back. Just refund my money or give me number to call. Cause emailing gets me no where...

It doesn’t deserve any star. Not recommended at all be careful they are thieves and they link accounts randomly and do random backups.. i lost my pictures with unauthorized back ups.

Anymore, using this app cripples my iPhone X. It’ll freeze on an ad, and sometimes I can’t even lock my phone during it. If I can close the app, the phone becomes almost unresponsive for a minute or two.

Import is spotty at best, half the time when you create an album and select photos to add it just goes back to the album without importing or without an error message. Sometimes, if you’re lucky, when you go back to the album later 1 of the 10 you tried to import will be there, but guess what, the thumbnail preview won’t be. I tried turning off their overpriced cloud feature thinking it was an internet issue but nope, just badly designed. Want a refund.

There is a problem where some of my photos appear really small in the middle of the screen and when I double tap the photo to zoom in it only zooms in very little and the photo won’t fit the screen properly/fully. Hopefully Keepsafe can work on the zooming in and out of photos feature so it seems fluent and the photos fit my phone screen properly. Ps I’ve had this app for 2-3 years and have had this issue through iPhone’s 6-8.

I use to love this app but if you delete it and re-install it will not save all of your videos!! I had over 20 videos and when I re-installed after deleting it only saved 6 of them. The 6 that did save won’t even play when I click on them. Will just keep saying “fetching full resolution items.” The only thing this app has successfully saved are pictures! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I used this app all the time, I had deleted keepsafe off of my phone for a bit to add more storage onto my phone, well when I reinstalled the app and entered my email, it appears that my account had been deleted and now say that I can create a new account with the email that I had signed up with a long time ago.

The app worked well for a few months, then stopped allowing uploads of anything. I have a premium subscription and don’t even store much in it. I have written to support and they never respond. I see from the reviews here that many others are having the same problem, for quite a while with no fixes.

This should be one of those apps that u should not have to pay for and the app would be better if it was free

I downloaded it and it was great for a while, until I had a problem logging into it. It kept telling me to check my email for an access code, up to today’s date still haven’t received it and I’ve asked for multiple. It’s been weeks. I contacted customer service and they have absolutely no idea how to even begin to help you. Huge waste of time.

I've been using Keepsafe for over a year now to protect those photos I might not want everybody seeing, and now, I've subscribed to the premium, and I love it. It was so worth it. It has good features and amazing quality. I highly recommend it.

This app used to be perfect for many years, but recently I have not been able to access any of the videos on my private cloud. They are visibly backed up, and the WiFi I have is great, but the app continues to report a network problem. I can’t even turn off space saver so my videos are helplessly lost out on a private cloud that will never load. Sad face. Please update!

Slow to upload photos.

I’ve been using this app for years and have never had this happen to me. I have an IPhone 7Plus and whenever I try to import photos/videos, it’ll show the loading bar, an ad, but then after all that it’s never imported. I’ve deleted and reinstalled, nothing has fixed this issue. Please fix this in an update soon!

I used to love this app. But now every time I open it, even though I’m on the “basic” version with no paid plan, it tells me it’s backing my sensitive photos up to the cloud! NO! I did not give it permission to do that!! If this is not fixed soon I’ll be deleting this app and finding a new one. No thanks.

With premium, this is a very nice application. However without it, the application is just a lock box with no special, nor remarkably discernible traits. Overall, it serves it’s purpose.

WHAT A SCAM. Have very precious memories on here and they’re saying I have to pay money to see them now because it won’t let me download them to my phone even though I have plenty room. Downloading process takes 15 Minutes to get HALFWAY done with a few pictures, you can’t close the app or let your screen time out. Don’t put stuff on here, you’ll lose them!

This app was great until my free trial ran out. I would have been okay with banner ads, but now I can’t peek at hot pictures of my gf without having to watch a video ad every couple of minutes. The premium version is way out of my price range. I plan to download a different image vault app and try again.

Expensive and has deleted several videos and pictures. Also all the videos I have saved can never be watched because takes forever to access them. There are several other better apps for less on App Store.

If you have a fake album and you put the fake albums code it opens but It shows the real album for split-second. This needs to be corrected

So I literally been writing a email everyday trying to get a response to the issue I been having. So I paid for the year but yet everytime i open KeepSafe it says I’m not a premium account holder, I sent screen shot of my account in numerous emails and yet not one response back. I been sending a email daily and still no response... So I just downgraded my account and had to repay just to keep from having to uninstall then re install the app just to keep it working... I recommend no one spending money on this app as the provider have no problem taking your money and every problem trying to help with your issues. Updated response...I literally sent an email everyday for 2 weeks and can screen shot it to prove it... my one email, but not 14 of them...

Won’t let me add anymore videos after a certain point

App is great for storage but could use improvement. I’ve had this app for a while now and recently there have been some issues. I have an iPhone and whenever I try and import photos either an add will immediately pop up causing the import to stop or the photos simply will not import after selecting them from my gallery. Trying to import photos has become a hassle. In order for the photo or video to import I must attempt to import it several times. This needs to be fixed. Other than that the app is good for storage. This issue must be fixed in order for the app to be effective.

It was good at first and I signed up for the free trial and now I cannot figure out how to unsubscribe now that they’re charging my account. I have tried everything and there is just no way to unsubscribe and now it’s charging me per month. I sent an email saying I wanted to unsubscribe and all they did was send me an access code for my account.

Tried using their “support” but I had a horrible experience. Some support tech named “Clara” was extremely unhelpful, recommending the same things over and over again. Do better keepsafe.

I have been using Keepsafe for a few years. Today I had to download the APP again and when I went to log on it told me my email account was not recognized. I’ve lost years of data with no way to contact anyone about how to get my data back. I have emailed CSR team 4xs but no response. I need to get my data! Please contact me or I’m going to complain to Apple.

Horrible. Finally after considerable time organizing within this app and paying for Premium, I am deleting it. Either this app is extremely slow or just buggy. When moving photos from a home folder within app, into a category folder it keeps freezing up. Have to shut down device sometimes to remove freeze. Frustrating. Then it occasionally saves a file photo in postage stamp size, although when emailed it is normal. Do not trust this app.

I switched from an Samsung galaxy j7 to an iPhone 8 and now half my pics are gone, the albums are still there but they are empty. I really need the pics that I had in those 2 specific albums and now they are gone. The app would be great if that didn’t happen, and is there any way I can get my pics back. I had over 450+ pics lost in total

I’ve had this app for about six months with no problems. Suddenly, today, all my photos start uploading to the Private Cloud, without it being enabled. I can’t delete them from the cloud. I’m really considering deleting this app if it isn’t fixed ASAP.

I’ve used this app for years but in the last few months it’s crashed constantly. I can’t move things around or add anything to my files without the app freezing up and making my whole phone non-responsive for a minute or two. This, coupled with the incredibly intrusive and tasteless advertising has made me use this app much, much less.

I uploaded a bunch of my photos and videos from my camera roll to keepsafe and had no problem in doing so, although now I want to move all my uploads back to my camera roll and every time I try it says “0 items moved to camera roll” I’ve tried everything but nothing is working. I highly recommend that if you get this app, you don’t have any intention of putting any of the downloads back into your camera roll because it is a major fail. I am very upset now that I have lost up to 100 photos and videos on this app.

The app uploads your files to your private cloud without your permission (private cloud is turned off for me) and after the files have been uploaded clicking “delete private cloud” does nothing. Busch league QA over at KeepSafe.

I’ve had KeepSafe for 2 years. I put up with so many bugs. It’s at the point where the app crashes as soon as I try to input the pass code. Not worth the headache, there has to be a better app than KeepSafe.

I have the app for a really long time and I love it... BUT I started to notice that cloud icon on my files and when I went to see what was happening the app is doing the backup on the cloud on its own, the backup toggle is off, the delete button keeps flashing and I can't click on it, that's private things your app it's uploading without my consent and I'm unable to delete for some weird reason. I don't even have a premium subscription. I hope this issue is fixed soon because the app was supposed to be safe and not do weird things like that.
