When I take photos with my iPad, I take them with this app. It has a strong focus on the capture side, which is rare. It’s definitely my app of choice when it comes to video recording. It also offers a comprehensive set of editing tools. I mostly use this app for editing, sometimes combine it with Snapseed to add some textures. The new editing tools (they call it magic) are quite fascinating. Haven’t seen these kinds of “effects” yet. Please include HDR capture as the iPhone version of ProCamera has. Albeit this feature missing, I highly recommend this app.

What a great camera app, it should be in the top10.

An excellent camera app that I think is worth owning. Alothough, I can't say I enjoy taking picures with an ipad, when I do, I prefer to use this.

I made the mistake of buying ProCamera HD thinking it would have the features of the iPhone version (especially since it costs the same), Such is not the case - it is a shadow of the iPhone version. No live histogram, no photo editing, little to make it stand out in a somewhat crowded field of camera apps. Before you waste your money look at other Camera apps!! I wasted my money.

I purchased this because ProCamera 7 for iPhone is outstanding. It was a mistake. There is no point in getting this, because it doesn't offer anything the standard iPad camera doesn't do.

The ProCamera for my iPad Pro is based on IOS 10 and it does not have the features that the latest IPhone version has, even for my oldie iPhone 6, for example, real AWB. So, this is not really any better than the standard iPad camera. UPDATE: 5/26/18 I went to the App Store on my iPad. I searched on ProCamera but I had to force it to search for iPhone only apps. I downloaded that version to my iPad, as you suggested, and am now using it. It seems to work much better, as long as you don’t mind the small screen sideways thing. Too bad it is not obvious that the app works on the iPad. It is just labeled ‘only iPhone’ but the camera on my iPad Pro is better than the one on my IPhone. It works much better for me to photograph artwork. I simply mount the iPad on a portable easel. The setup is similar to the Jellygrip iPhone grip that attaches to my tripod.... not as elegant but certainly workable.

I like that it's fully iPad compatible now! The features are just what I expect from this app,

This app works wonderfully on the iPad 4. The Expert Mode allows experimentation with different exposures. The Lightbox is wonderful for working with several files at once. Sharing is a breeze, with a nice interface. The stabilizing function allows for high quality, hand held shots at very slow shutter speeds - amazed at how clear the shots were at 1/15th of a second! Same function makes for very smooth video recording. I am very impressed with the app and look forward to experimenting with more of the features.

I was looking for an app that enabled my iPad to become a proper camera, and this one does that and so much more. Here are some of my favourite aspects: -The photo editing mode is fantastic. There are tons of sophisticated filters to choose from, and you simply swipe over the image to quickly see which one you like best. I particularly like the black and white filters. -The video mode is amazing. Very intuitive and easy to use, yet delivers very professional results with lots of options. -The developers have also taken the time to consider that each user might want the trigger in a different spot. It is adjustable to suit anyone’s preference. -Oh, and the Curves tool is really cool. It gives you a lot of control over the look of your photo and you can achieve a ton of different effects. Really good stuff. Smiles all around for me.
