App is trash and has multiple bugs , and no it’s not user error. Can’t understand why this has a good rating. Once Apple gives you the option of raw in settings this app will be obsolete!

Great HDR...but an overly complicated app that is hard to master. They also keep charging for extras. In latest update the app changed my file format from Tiff to their preferred HEIC format that is hardly readable by my foto editor. Lost entire sequence from a nature walk. Sone great features but company seems to lack common sense about the user experience

I’m using this photo app primarily for years. Since I got the new Xs Max and updated the app, it doesn’t capture any pictures anymore. I’m getting a message saying I’m low on memory and that no image can’t be saved LOL. I’m not kidding Ha Ha All other photo app do work

Handy full screen shutter control, photo aspect ratio (I like 4x6) control, file size / pixel dimension control, full technical controls, helpful lightbox feature = AWESOME. I have tried 4 other camera apps in the last year, and this one does it all. #RECOMMENDED Using iPhone 8 w/ iOS 11.4

This is the best Camera & editing Software that I have ever seen on the app Market (EVER ;-). I've worked as a Graphic Artist & used Adobe software for years and I'm telling you folks right now to purchase this app & enjoy your photos & movies. I have owned this “ProCamera” app for years and I use it about 97% of the time I’m capturing photos or videos. You can tell these guys (and girls?) really care about excellent photography. Thanks for the free updates and good selection of in-app purchases to customize the app to how each person uses it differently. FEATURE REQUEST: I wouldn’t mind a panorama or spherical photo capture option as an in-app purchase, though... = )

Add on’s like HDR, low light, cost more, seriously? The anti shake built into my I-phone 8 is better then this products. Not a total disappointment, but not worth the price.

This is most likely the best photo app. After much research I opted for this one with the iPhone 4s and never looked at any other app since. It does it all and more for many years now. I never thought I would say “i left my camera at home” when there was a serious picture taking adventure. But with this app and a great camera phone I do.

Both simple to use and incredibly deep at the same time. I love it. Bought some in app purchases for me AND my daughter. We love it.

ProCamera 7 is still my favorite camera app after using it for years. It is easy to understand and use, it has a good user's manual, and is quite flexible. As a former taker of many crooked photos I especially like the leveling crosshairs. Overall, ProCamera is an awesome app. GET IT!

Ich habe die App jetzt seit über einem Jahr. Und von Anfang an stürzt sie beim HDR Modus immer wieder ab beziehungsweise bleibt eine Weile stehen und läuft erst dann weiter. Was d.h. wenn man gerade ein gutes Foto machen will und der Wahl ist schon wieder weg seid Minuten kann man sich denken. Das kann ja mal passieren aber nach so einem langen Zeitraum könnte man diesen Bug mal fixen. Das ist echt nervig

App is okay not that user friendly. I hate when they keep popping to buy additional products after paying for the app like lowlight+ I will rather not see an icon. I will rather only see the features what I pay for.

I’m on my 4th iPhone now, models 4-7 Plus and I’ve tried a bunch of camera apps. Pro Camera is, by far, the best. It has more and better features, comes with both an excellent manual and a Quick Start Guide, and is updated regularly. The list of features is amazing. I need no other camera app.

The best camera for landscaping

I recently came back to iPhone universe and got an iPhone 7. I had this app before with previous generations and felt it was limited due to the hardware of iPhones before Thanks to ois in the iPhone 7 I’m seeing greater performance. I purchased lowlight plus add on and am very impressed with the results. My only recommendation is to add a denoise option to raw. Would also allow raw for lowlight

New to the app but one feature that’s missing for video is the ability to Start Recording and then Pause and then resume the recording. This feature is useful for times when video recording sports games and need to start and pause then resume. How about adding this feature on the next upgrade. When I get full use of the app I’ll post an update of the overall app. Thanks.

Have used this app exclusively. Now I suddenly discover the selfie icon is missing from front screen so that if you want to do a quick selfie you now have to burrow in to turn it on. And then burrow back on to turn it off. I now need to switch to a different photo app. What fool was responsible for this design flaw?!

It need an option to reduce noise, and more options for a better editing results. Everything else is fantastic.

Tried submitting these requests but the form on the website is broken. Requests: Slow shutter as in the Slow Shutter app. Light painting as in the ProShot app. Bracketing The ability to lock the exposure settings (shutter speed and iso) seem to revert back to auto after taking a picture. I need to lock these settings across multiple shots. Thank you for a great app

Took me some time to figure out all the different settings, I went all out and got lowlight plus and HDPlus. Just shot picture after picture. Awesome that you can change shutter speed and exposure. I have taken pictures that were professional quality and have sold them so the money spent is well worth it. My suggestion to new users is shoot every thing and start playing with settings. You’ll have fun and get awesome pics fast! I’m totally satisfied!!

Had to switch app. All the pics come out blurry, even with tripod and anti-shake. Tried the same thing with other apps and came out sharp. Also tried cleaning the lens and other devices, but it seems to be a device problem. Even used manual focus, but nothing helped. The app has good features, but what exactly is a camera app without good pics?

As a former 35mm film camera user, I enjoy the simplified, but important editing this app provides. For the limitations of a cell phone camera this offers some options that will elevate your photos to a higher level.

This is an excellent program that gives so many more options for your pictures and raw settings!

I use ProCamera to shoot all my items for eBay, Chairish, and Facebook marketplace. It’s quick and easy to adjust the settings so I can shoot most products in less than five minutes and move onto the next. That five minutes includes editing time as well! This app was money well spent.

Am really surprised with this fantastic app, i would recommends it for everyone who needs to be in apiece of mind with photo issues.. than you so much guys.. go forward, I appreciate your efforts for more improvements. But am not satisfied with in app purchase for HDR and Lowlight+ it suppose to be included with the app, because the regular lowlight is not that useful during the night🤔

Lots of features easy to use

The features are great and the HDR mode makes your iPhone into a DSLR. I still use my DSLR for landscape work , but for all my family sightseeing pictures this app has made this my camera to use.

That's the option to shoot both photo and video directly in black and white, rather than doing conversions after the fact. This way you can see the "final" results as they unfold. Thanks for a great app. Update: This IS the very best. A “killer” feature would be HDR Raw capture!!

I’ve bought and tried every other camera app and this is the best by far. The closest competitor is ProCam 5. What sets ProCamera apart is the easier user interface that is conducive for use by a novice and also the support on the website for explanations on use for the best photos.

This the worst camera app out there I have IPhone 8 Plus and can not take a good photo have had the app for 3 weeks I paid for the HDR photos c*** it says it takes multiple photos and combines them too one. It does not merge the photos together no matter how u set it up this is a scam app do not pay for this app it’s a scam can’t even get a refund another developer that claims to have a good app but not it’s c*** no matter what phone u have HORRIBLE !!!!!!

I have been using my iPhones camera for four years and have recently returned to ProCamera to try the new ProCamera 9. Had heard good things. Very please that two tough situations have now been managed simply and exceptionally well. Both Lowlight+ and HDR function beautifully and produce really nice images. Highly recommend and especially these two modules. Also, I use it with my macro lens. I can use ProCamera’s settings for wide or telephoto. That gives me four choices of focal lengths....all within the Macro range. Totally amazing.

I haven’t tried any of the changes to this upgrade but reading about the changes made me dizzy with future anticipation.

This is my go-to camera app for HDR on my iOS devices. The UI is intuitive and allows for quick setup of a shot and processing. And the many sharp, colorful, but not artificial-looking photos I’ve gotten over the years are the best testimony.

I've been using this app for pretty close to four years now. I got the free download on my iPhone 4s, and loved it then. But when I got my iPhone 6+ two years ago, I decided to buy the full app, and I'm not disappointed in the slightest bit. I've been a pro photographer for close to thirty years, and this app has made me truly enjoy the onboard camera on my phone, almost as much as my arsenal of DSLR's. It truly is a great app, that makes taking pictures, (as well as editing) a total breeze. I highly recommend it to pros and amateurs as well as beginners.

Have had this app for several months and enjoy all facets of this application. My only wish is for a bulb setting in shutter control. Maybe it is present and I just don’t realize it asi continue to explore and use it. Were it not for the fact the mothers of the bride would be so upset, I’d use this app for 90% of the pictures I take! :) Combine THIS app with BeastGrip and your old EOS/Nikon lenses and you’ve got a REALLY nice 35mm camera in your pocket!

When it WORKS, it’s wonderful. Have to delete and re-install this app, and ONLY THIS APP, sometimes several times in one month. I wrote one time to support about it, and when I didn’t immediately respond to the message, the girl wrote a very smart assed, rude comment about “ignoring me after I respond”, I was certainly taken aback. I was blamed from every angle. Constantly on the search for an app of similar pic quality, but have not found another, UNFORTUNATELY! Now to deleting and reloading for the second time today.

I Love My ProCam App

This program allows you to quickly make simple edits to enhance the picture in the camera without going into more complex options. It allows the capture of multiple images blending them together to create the best choice. Then with the swipe of a finger you can easily enhance and send confidently.

If you’re just a click and go photographer( nothing wrong with that), this app might be too much of a good thing. But if you would like to put some additional creativity and thought into your photos, and learn something along the way, this app is a splendid beginning. Lots of features, and very good tutorials to help you out. It has really improved my photos!

Very disappointing. This app CAN NOT use the up/down volume to take the picture like the native app. Doesn’t work with Bluetooth remote control either. What’s worse is that it costs $2.99 for vivid HD and additional $3.99 for low light after already paid $5.99 for the app itself.

Better than previous version but cont to demo some limitations. Some additional user friendly wb would be appreciated. The other limitations I feel are due to being constrained to a iPhone (or other smartphone) hardware.

Works great every time. Only wish I could do slightly longer exposure times.

Nice to locate

I've tried a number of camera apps and even thought I found the best with ProCam, but there's something about this UI that got me. Simple to use yet lots of fantastic features tucked away. I was sold with the the widget which opens the app and is ready to shoot amazingly fast. Editing tools are not as great as other apps, but I'd rather do editing on my computer for certain photos. RAW capability is awesome and the portrait mode is super fast and I love the ability to post-adjust the bokeh. Portrait mode has crashed the app a few times for me and I've reached out to support on that. I've been impressed with the customisation of modes and quite impressed with the LowLight feature for nighttime shots. Purchased LowLight+ with the noise reduction – amazing! Totally worth it. And the LUX feature is truly something. Close to getting the HDR feature. All in all this app is feature-rich, fast, easy to use, and makes my photos look professional.

I’ve spent hours today just trying to find photos that I shot earlier. Instead of going to the camera roll like usual, they’ve disappeared into something called Lightbox. After reading their manual, quick start guide and going to the Internet, I still can’t find Lightbox to get my photos! I’m beyond frustrated!!!

I’m always skeptical when buying camera apps as I’ve been burned with misleading claims. But not at all disappointed with this one! It’s so great to have so many features like a DSLR camera. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

And now I get to pay again for features like bracketing that were free yesterday.

My new IPhone has a great camera but this app helps get the most out it. Almost every camera option is adjustable from exposure and ISO to file type. And when I’m shooting on the run I can selectively switch settings to auto. The ability to shoot to raw file gives me the best image possible to edit in photoshop. I haven’t used the HAIF setting for my photos but look forward to trying it out.

I love taking pictures. I am not a photographer. Engineer by partial education, Quality geek by trade, curious human by nature. All I can say is: this is the best app I have found for the iPhone. Worth every penny, including the add-ons. Makes snap-shooting so much fun!

I wish I used it more than I do, in a rush I always use the phone app cause I can access it from the lock screen. But I do use it for special photos for sure. Again, proCamera has taken my iPhone 6s to new levels in photography. I installed the latest update 12 so I could use the new Portrait mode. However it does not show up in the menu bar. Is my phone to old to access the Portrait mode?

This is my “go to” camera on my iPhone.

Paid $3.99 por the Low Light Plus pack and the results are almost identical to what my iPhone XS can do with its native camera app.

No matter what setting I choose, there’s no longer any way to adjust or position the point of focus. No slider, no blue box, no nothing. Loved this app. So sad.

The update and the explanations for each area is to the point and informative. It’s exciting to see all of the new updates and improvements that are able to take full advantage of the newer hardware I the new IPhones. I’ve been waiting for the HDR update because it is so good, already and now you say it is improved, as well as the low light. I missed out on some wonderful moments that I wanted to capture and enhance while I was waiting for this update. I also was not aware of the formats that utilize 50% less storage but have higher quality - Wow I love that. Finally the ability to hide or securely store photos and video without having to buy another vault type app is super cool. I will try out these new features and get back to you.

Stunning 4K video, even from an old iphone SE! All other apps are garbage compared to this one and its endless laundry list of features.

I’ve been loyal to another app for the past 5-6 years, and this one has finally lured me away. Almost full control of the camera with great UI. One huge miss for me is the ability to do any long exposure. It’s an expensive app, and even in the in-app purchase pro tools you don’t have the ability to keep the shutter open. Normal/HDR cameras allow you to have up to a 1-second shutter, and the low-light (night) pro doesn’t even allow you to control ISO/Shutter (exposure comp and flash are the only controls). Fix this and it’s an easy 5, but for this sophisticated of an app it’s a big miss.

I used to use a DSLR to do product photography. Though I would still use it for that purpose, with my flashes, diffusers and such, the iPhone SE has a higher megapixel count, so using the iPhone is so easy, but it used to be too simple. I’ve been using ProCamera for years now and it keeps getting better and better. Their settings keep getting more complex, but for good reason. Apple’s own software has problems zooming live video, and the HDR is simply the best. I had to shoot to record location and depth of holes in the ground (long story), and with Apple you could only see the ground with a black hole, even with HDR, but with PC I got the ground and also the hole’s depth and what was at the bottom. And that’s just the beginning; saving options, RAW format, there’s so much more. If you’ve used pro equipment you’ll be happy to have all these features. I know these apps can nickel someone to death, and try things and get rid of them regularly, and PC I use often, it’s well worth the price (and I have NOT been paid to say so. I cannot use an iPhone to do the product work I used to (sometimes there is no substitute for high quality lighting and lenses, but for everything else, it’s iPhone and PC. I usually import them using Adobe Lightroom or Bridge, and the results are awesome! Try it, you will not be disappointed!...

Update: been using the app vigorously for 6 months and the performance and ultimate control as well as the stability of the app are top level, no bad issues at all, the recent focus peaking update is brilliant and helps immensely. Though I’m shooting mostly raw now with this app in good light and seeing a very palpable quality, the two features Lowlight + and HDR give superb results in difficult lighting with their amazing technologies coded in. They have both been updated in recent times too so the improvements are extremely useful. ProCamera is an amazing app. I’ve used it for several weeks now indoors and outdoors after reading through the manual. I come from decades of SLR/DSLR use and really needed a much lighter camera but am used to shooting RAW. This app opens up my iPhone 7 Plus for RAW, lossless Tif, jpeg and new to me, the Heif format. RAW processing is good in app with control on many levels including noise removal. But in low light where most P&S cameras perform less well, the in app purchase of Lowlight+ is simply outstanding and very well worth it. That feature uses Tiff, jpeg or heif. It also has an alignment technology that provided a razor sharp, noise free image that was hand held at 1/3 second. I found a good tripod mount to make it even better in lower light. The good features of this app are too numerous to mention here but the overall app is very intuitive after a bit of use. They seem to be vigorously improving and adding new features. A clarity or tonal contrast feature would make even better but overall ProCamera has made my iPhone into a much better camera than I ever imagined. Update: I added the in app purchase HDR that addresses one of the issues that all P&S cameras have with dynamic range. I’ve found the results to be beautifully natural looking. You are given 6 options with Auto HDR set, original, natural, vivid,dramatic, b&w and faded. Save as many versions as you like. They are much more realistic than I imagined but after trying it for free it made sense to add this capability. There is a lot of manual control if you need or want it but auto works very well in the various lighting I’ve tried both indoor and out. Also their filter presets in post processing can be very good depending on specific images. And the new manual focus with magnifier is fantastic, super quick to access.

I’m glad you can out with this finally; it is a far superior camera App than the one on the IPhone. Any bundles I can buy or any chance I can check if I own them already?

The most creative control!

I find ProCamera app to be an excellent application! Better than any other I have used to date. Jpeg plus .dng gives me a great deal of flexibility in post processing. The latest interface with the basic core functions of the iPhone, allows the use of my Benrow remote shutter release. This is a must have for anyone taking serious pictures with a Mobile device

I had this app on my iPhone 7 and loved it. My wife got me a new iPhone X and now the app is stuck in the cloud and will not download. Not sure what is going on and tried to look for others with this issue. Anyone help?

I purchased this app because it advertised that it utilizes the 2nd telephoto camera on the newer iPhone X and XS models. The truth is. IT DOES NOT! When you press the 2x button in the app it merely enlarges the pixels! I should have tested this feature the minute I purchased the app but instead I took their word for it and now I have a whole series of images I thought were digitally cropped. I got suspicious when I imported some recent files that I also shot using the iPhone native camera app and the pro camera files were half the size. I ran a test and shot two images side by side and sure enough, the pro camera images were less sharp and more pixelated than those done with the native app. If I could give this app no stars I would. Too bad I spent $2.99 for a falsely advertised product!

Just when you think it’s the best thing since Kodachrome it gets better.

Used a lot of different cameras and this just hits the balance between usability and 'bells and whistles'. Pretty quick at startup, good editing tools. Highly recommend.

THE BEST!!! First - Photo quality choices, choices, choose TIFF etc. Photo, Video, HDR, Night mode, Q scanner, Builtin editing, filters & more. Crop W/built-in sizes, flip horizontal, straighten. Flashlight with different brightness setting's, choice of App library or iPhone Photo library. Choice whether or not to keep photos or delete later right from the app! Shooting in HDR keep both HDR & regular photos or just HDR. I think this is the best photo app. I've used on my iPhone 6 or 4s & I do believe I had the previous version/app on my 3Gs? It's running great on my iPhone 6 running iOS 9.2, but you will have to learn how to use it! There are a lot of options although you can make it simple or use it as an expert in (expert mode) which is still easy once you get the hang of it. I think using the previous version helped me to move to the new version. Best of luck... PUNK INC.

The best you can't go wrong!!

I’ve used this app for quite some time and have always been satisfied with it, but the latest update broke the manual exposure and shutter speed settings, and they seem to be stuck in “semi-automatic” mode. Please fix this!

Latest updates say the app is "optimized for new iPhones", but vividHDR still throws an error saying it's not yet optimized for the iPhone XS Max. So, which is it?

I’ve spent hours today just trying to find photos that I shot earlier. Instead of going to the camera roll like usual, they’ve disappeared into something called Lightbox. After reading their manual, quick start guide and going to the Internet, I still can’t find Lightbox to get my photos! I’m beyond frustrated!!!

I use app all the time since it was introduced, best app by far. I just noticed that on manual settings for some reason with ISO set low the shutter speed will raise ISO. I thought this was only in SI mode.

Just got it. I am very excited about all the features for my iPhone Xs Max. Bought a couple of in-app purchases. Sadly these don’t work yet on Xs Max. I get a pop-up saying that they are still working on the update. Disappointed

Great to use. Always easy to operate

At first, I didn’t think this app helped my iPhone 6S at all. At least, not until I used it at a concert! I was able to use the rapid fire option to get a ton of high quality photos from the show. I also enjoy using the ISO & Shutter along with the Anti-Shake feature. I even used the Low Light setting a few times! Thank you so much for this app!

I bought this app for HDR only and after I purchased it, I got a message saying HDR doesn’t work with the newer iPhones. They said they are working on it. So you might want to wait until the app is ready to buy.

Paid for this app just for it to crash every time I go to take a picture and makes my phone shut down. It seems to have a lot of cool features, I’m just super disappointed I can’t actually use them.

I need a deal

I started iphonephotogrsphschool 2years ago to help me leave my Nikon in the trunk and use my iPhone exclusively. They introduced me to a number of useful APPs but now that I have loaded ProCamera I feel that “I’m there”. I added the HDR add on and I absolutely love it. There is a slight learning curve ( like every app) but I found it easy to use and is the only camera I use on my iPhoneX. This is finally an APP that works great on everything that I tried. I love that SIRI will start it for me.

Patiently waiting for the HDR Update. 11/14/2018: Still no HDR update for iPhone XS. 11/22/2018: Gotten worse! Now cannot bring up selection icon for non-HDR, HDR, Lowlight+, etc. Stuck in 1 mode, unfortunately it’s HDR (see 11/14/2018 entry). Still waiting for HDR update. Sad developer is not updating their app.

I was on the lookout for a replacement, default camera app as the previous apps I had used have failed to deliver consistent updates and customer support. Saw an article listing ProCamera as a top app for 2018 and went all in purchasing the paid app as well as all features. First time using the app today and can’t be more impressed. Simple UX for a novice such as myself and the HDR, Lowlight and auto settings truly give the best quality pic my iPhone 6s has ever been able to create. A+ all around and although I hope I don’t have to reach out for support I’m fairly confident the developers provide a high level of support. $10 VERY well spent for all features and this is literally now my primary iPhone camera. I’ll still use Snapseed for editing but will take all pics with ProCamera!

Why would you charge for an in-app purchase like vividHDR that isn’t ready yet and I can’t use!? You should disclaim that isn’t ready for iPhone Xs in the AppStore’s description not after people buys it. Also there’s a bug when pressing the anti-shake button to take pictures and the app crashes and after closing it and open it again there is no access to the camera and everything goes black. Had to restart the phone to be able to take pictures again. Tried to get a refund and it conveniently said we could not process your request. I actually want a refund for the app and in-app purchases since it is constantly crashing. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Restoring my phone and keeps crashing. How can I get a refund?

Terribly designed. You’d have to be Albert Einstein to figure out how to use this. Even he probably couldn’t figure it out. Ridiculous and a waste of money.

I choose this app based off an article I read from a camera mag. Like they said it’s almost as good as a SLR cam. I use it for my brick and mortar store and it does the job.

Used numerous photo and portrait apps and this is my go to app for consistently great portrait shots!

This ProCamera APP is the most comprehensive, orderly, professional grade photo APP I have ever come across in the last 3-4 years! ... Just get it already, it’s wonderful! I also just bought a Canon EOS SLR2, and when I’m using THIS APP in TIFF format, the similarities are astounding similar! This APP is NOT for the faint of heart, take the time to inform thyself with all of the features and you will feel like a professional photographer in a week! I am still curious about the APP’s aperture settings, but with this new update, I’m sure my curiosity will be fulfilled! Cheers!

My go to photo app, and I especially appreciate the manual mode and timer features. A well balanced mix of professional options and ease of use. After a recent bug the developers also reached out to me and foxed the problem with the next update, which I appreciate.

I've had ProCamera since December 22, 2013. I love it. It upset me when the beta didn't work on iOS 10.1.1. But I'm on 12.1 now and back on the beta. I have some of the best camera apps, and ProCamera is my absolute favorite. Oddly, my favorite feature is the date/time stamp at the bottom of the photos. That's what people ask me about, and I tell them where they can get it. You can get it too, right here. I use ProCamera as my default camera.

Very similar to a professional camera like my canon. Now this has more fear than my husbands big canon and more than many others. Takes fabulous outdoor photos.

This is the app if you prefer to have full camera control. Overkill for most people, but if you’re at all familiar with the DLSR world then you’ll appreciate the options

So if I am trying to take a picture of something close (2-3 inches) to my camera the autofocus feature always focuses the picture badly. I bought this app believing I would have a focus slider so I could force the camera to stop blurring the picture at the last second but no. This app does let you manually select the area to auto focus to and when everything is perfect and clear if you hit the button it goes through its auto “blur your picture for no reason” routine and blurs it for you. I bought this for that single thing so I am disappointed. Is this not possible? Just to say set focus here and take the picture without refocusing? Every once in a while if I am moving the camera just right the camera will get confused and try to autofocus to the wrong spot and bam! A crystal clear super detailed near focus picture will accidentally happen so I know it’s possible. Very frustrating and this app does not help! Update found a better app super bummed I spent money on this one

This app kicks butt. So many great features. I used to capture the last moon eclipse. The pics were stunning and stellar... no pun intended.

Not very intuitive . Where is the pause button for video recording?!

This app has given me total control over my surroundings. My friends are amazed by the 4K pictures I send them and when I use the tiff uncompressed version I get studio quality pictures that rival anything out there by professional photographers. I can put my best Nikons out and compare them to this app combined with the iPhone 7's aperture and I get high quality studio pictures on the fly. I'd recommend to anyone that has a few extra dollars to spend to buy this app and all of its plug-ins. Best app ever, support them so they keep making the program better.

A professional photographer told me about ProCamera + it's totally changed my IG gallery. I draw + paint fashion so clean color + neutral backgrounds are essential. This app lets me control the photo when I take the pic much more than my iPhone built in app. It also gives me simple tools to adjust the image so I can post a pic that looks like my original art! Excellent app.

Great app but want / need file name to be in the info section. Then will be 5 stars. Shocking that this seems to such a challenge with seeing an image file name in iOS without connecting to a machine. Need this to airdrop mult files.

I had ProCamera since 2013 and it has remained my most favorite pro camera app for the IPhone and IPad Pro. The interface and overall design has always exceeded my expectations. The resolution is superb. The editor is equally terrific. When they added vividhdr it only became better. Another of the best HDR apps for the iPad at the time. I’m writing to bring a possible software bug to your attention. I use ProCamera for my everyday photography and when I recently uploaded a photo to Flickr that was taken with ProCamera, I noticed that the camera model read “Apple New unknown iPhone” However, when I took the same picture with the native iPhone camera, the camera description on Flickr displayed the correct model. Is this a potential bug in the software? and if so, can it be fixed? Any solutions you can provide would be most appreciated.

I have been comparing three cameras: the "camera" app that came with iPhone 7P, "Camera+", and "ProCamera" and find myself using ProCamera the most. There are many more features to ProCamera that totally enhance the new iPhone 7P. I love it! Beginning photographers who don't want to spend time learning ProCamera or Camera+ are happy with the built in Camera. Pro Camera is my app of choice.

The following statement is my opinion. 1. The application seems to have stability issues with iOS 12.0.1. 2. The application crashes when trying to change from the camera into the video camera. 3. The application seems to be suffering from a memory leak or processing issues. 4. I think the application would benefit from a total from scratch rewrite and rebuild if issues can’t be found to stabilize the program with all the devices that are supposed to be compatible with it. I will revise my review with the next update.

Highly recommended for anyone who wants to improve their iPhone photos. Wish I could give the app 10 stars. The extra lowlight mode is also a lot of fun and quite reliable with a tripod.

First off, this app is better than the default camera app period. Second this offers so much features that the default camera app would never let me do. One important one is how I am now allowed to manually switch between the two lenses on the 7 Plus. I have one question though, is optical image stabilisation just available for video? Because in photo I have noticed it is not activated, this is also an issue I’ve ran into with the regular stock camera app, I was wondering if you guys at ProCamera could activate optical image stabilisation in photo mode?

So normally I don’t like airing d**** laundry in public but WTH pro camera?? I went from being a next level, sing your praises from the mountaintop typa fan to losing every unique, never to be repeated again experience, because your video would NOT as in completely refused, AKA there was nothing That could be done, no prompting, no begging, and above all else, no amount of screen tapping, that was going to get it to focus on anything ANYTHING in the POV! Not one single thing. And these are all moments that I NEEDED captured on film. That’s a resource. Stolen from me. That I will never have back again. So how do we fix that eh, ProCamera?

Nice camera app. I would give five stars if, when I'm done editing a photo I would have the option to move onto the next photo and not have to go back to camera roll and select the next photo.

I love the full screen shutter capability with image stabilization! You just about can't take a blurry photo. This will also give you the true wide angle shot that will fill these new screens on the iPhone’s in the landscape view. I still don't get why the native app does not do that. I recommend this camera app to every iPhone user that I get the chance to. You're wasting your time with any other iPhone camera app.

I love the control I can have through this app. I don’t even bother with the built-in camera app on the iOS. I can’t say enough about the real time view. I can play with the settings to get the perfect picture. I show the ease of the app to anyone who asks what app to get to take pictures. I was worried about the price and all the upgrades, but the app is worth it (when you get the shot that other apps might have blurred or got the exposure wrong).

Wonderful app. But the latest update broke the hdr restore purchases feature. I got a new phone and I can’t use the hdr feature!!

I love the app to help take videos and it gives me things not achieved with a normal iPhone camera like manual settings and the frame rates one thing that I found out is that eyes glares don’t show up in the app when it is dark out like when you shine a lit in a critters eyes as I almost got attacked by some critters and couldn’t get it on tape because the eyes did not show up about 50feet from me also I would like a editing app from you guys in the future

Have had this app for several months and enjoy all facets of this application. My only wish is for a bulb setting in shutter control. Maybe it is present and I just don’t realize it asi continue to explore and use it. Were it not for the fact the mothers of the bride would be so upset, I’d use this app for 90% of the pictures I take! :) Combine THIS app with BeastGrip and your old EOS/Nikon lenses and you’ve got a REALLY nice 35mm camera in your pocket!

I have been using this app since 2015. I’m clearly in favor of the lowlight options. But i’ve only kept this app primarily for editing purposes. I give 2 stars for the camera. I can manage to get the lighting/exposure to a level needed. The focus is never clear. Using the zoom is not an option because it distorts the photo even more. I love the Editing options and use it to edit photos from other camera apps! There’s the 5 stars! Finally, as to the update effective 10/18~ If I wasn’t notified that the app was updated, I would not have noticed any changes. I like the option to save photos to my choose a folder. But, Unfortunately, the one update that I was most excited about was the “Portrait Mode”. I give 1 star since it doesn’t even have the portrait mode! Also, I don’t see option for editing Portrait Mode.
