How do i reset my passcode if i forgot the recent passcode

Please update your app! I have lost access to numerous photos. I am not able to export or view the photos. They still show up as thumbnails for browsing. However, the file does not load for viewing and the export function crashes the app. My app is updated and reviewed the FAQ page. Nothing works. Please fix your app.

It’s an okay app. And I upgraded to the paid version. My disappointment comes in a couple of places: 1. Photos are stored on my phone. The phone app does that. 2. I cannot bulk upload to a cloud server. The phone app allows me to do that. So, what’s the point?

Great App just wish you can name each folder you have

From my experience the photo vault is the best one. It is grateful and covered my requirements.

I cannot remember my password and it has told Me three times that it would send me an email. I have not gotten an email and have checked my spam and all my inboxes. I need the pictures now and it’s getting very frustrating!

Apple’s Photos app is pretty useless for categorizing photos. This allows you to import from Photos, optionally delete the imported from photos and organize into folders.

I bought this app back in march 2018 recently i change my iphone6 to iphonex and start downloading the photovault not knowing that i have to pay the app again please explain why thanks

The app doesn’t ask for password for a long time. I thought there might be an issue with my phone. Even though after changing the phone, it’s behaving the same way. I have turned face id on as well. Need help please. Also, i have deleted some pictures long back, but i can still see some of them. When i tap on those deleted pictures, it opens the current picture, which is correct. If this things are not solved, then I don’t have any other option rather than deleting the app.

Most my videos overtime couldn’t play. On top of that I can’t move it back to my iPhone photo library so does videos are gone. Fine for pictures tho

Upgraded my iPhone and they lost 3 years of photos. I messaged customer support which is impossible to find. No response. DONT trust this app!!!

I recently saved some videos to my app, but now I can’t play them and when I try to save the file, it saves it as a photo. Very upsetting...I’ve also lost a lot of pictures due to having to get another phone. The app is great otherwise.

I forgot my password what do I do

I have been using this app for over two years, created albums with old pictures restored from past deleted albums, loved the application until my iPhone 7S Plus updated software and had to restore it from Apple Cloud, everything else recovered from the Cloud but my photo vault app. Could not get it back and all my history/ photo archives unrecoverable. What could have gone wrong?

The app photo viewer does not display animations for GIFs. It only displays the first animation frame as a still. Can you add a feature that enables animated GIFs to be viewed as animations in the app? I will purchase the pro app once you add this feature. Thanks.

My photo vault app accidentally got deleted is there anyway I can get my pictures and videos back.

How do u get into it if it doesn’t take ur password ?

I have never had a problem before this time. Cannot get the app to fully restore from iCloud. Thousands of photos lost forever.

I used this and purchased the premium version earlier this year. Not only did they swipe all my photos, they charged me again for the app I already paid for. SCAM

When you open the app, it flashes a preview of your pictures for a second before requesting the pin or face ID. Can you fix please

I have tried 3 times to email support and for weeks I have not received a response! What’s the point of app support!

The only negative is that when I’m import videos into the app all of the audio goes away. Other than that it’s solid.

It actually keeps your photos safe and the worse thing is ads but they aren’t even that long! Thank you creator!

Loved this app. Now the new version closes all the time. They haven’t emailed me back. Very annoying to web browse then the app closes. Please fix the app from crashing !

When we format our mobile what we do to get our pictures?

The title says it all!

I bought a new phone. Backup my old phone. When I completed the transfer nothing was in the vault. I wish this glitch had been communicated to me because I could have save it all to my camera roll. Now all my photos in the vault are gone.

This is the best vault app I’ve used.

This app does a lot right, and feels pretty slick. But it fails with organization due to a lack of folders in folders. It also eventually has latency issues once you have a lot of items saved, which makes it not viable in the long run.

It’s fine but you can only make 2 albums for free after that you have to pay
