This app is a scam. They charge you 9.99 without telling you and I only realized by chance that I was signed up for a subscription. I DID NOT put in my Instagram password because I don’t trust them at all. The only reason that they have so many five star ratings is because they give you something free is you rate them five stars- read the five star reviews. Most of them are negative. This app should be reported.

Hi I downloaded agreed to charge amount for app. Logged and keep getting token error message. I shut down phone and started it again still getting error. How do I cancel. Can’t find support contact.

i downloaded this app because apple literally was advertising it when i was trying to re download instagram and i hadn’t even opened it yet when i’m looking at these reviews and i’m scared asf! if they are changing people for things they didn’t even subscribe for and then not letting them cancel why is apple advertising this app bro... get this out of here i immediately uninstalled without opening the app in fear. thank g** these reviews were here.

I got this app and tried it and canceled my subscription in less than 48 hours for some reason when the due date came for it to be renewed they still charged me 9.99 even though I had already canceled it

This app is a total scam! They charged me for their premium service while saying that it is a free trial. I canceled the auto renewal during free trial but still I was charged. Based on previous reviews app store should take down this app. I guess apple doesn't care about its users!

It automatically subscribes you to a $9.99 PER WEEK charge. THAT’S $45 a month!!! To make matters worse, when I went to cancel the subscription, it shows an option for $5 A MONTH or $10 A WEEK (no, that’s not a typo - they are literally charging twice as much per week as they are per month). Of course, the monthly option isn’t even available in the app. Had I know I would be auto subscribed to anything I would have never downloaded. Wish i could give 0 stars.

My son downloaded this not realizing it had a subscription after the free trial. No big deal, i thought, we’ll cancel it immediately because we’re not paying for it. Cancelled immediately, still charged $10. Seems like a scam deal.

I am so annoyed right now its ridiculous, I don’t even HAVE an instagram. The only reason why this s***** thing was put onto my account was because my little sister wanted to get on hers and somehow downloaded this. At first I thought it wasn’t a big deal I’d just wait out the free week trial and not resubscribe BUT NO. Not only will it not let me cancel a subscription I didn’t even want in the first place it’s ALREADY CHARGING ME MONEY it hasn’t even been 2 days.

This app claims to have a “free trial”, but it will actually deceptively subscribe you to a recurring subscription that costs money without your consent. The developer should absolutely be ashamed of himself for having to resort to bad tricks and see deception to make a profit instead of just making quality software. I have already complained to Apple and received a refund, no thanks to this con artist of a developer who feels entitled to cheat people with in app purchases that are labeled “free trial” to prey on the computer illiterate and people who aren’t tech savvy. To the developer: I have already complained to Apple about your shameful and deceptive in app purchase labeling practices, and I hope that you clean up your act. SHAME ON YOU.

Don’t download, scams you for your money. There is no real free trial

This app is a total SCAM. It automatically charges you $9.99as soon as you download and you get no notification of that until after the fact. When I saw the email less than 12 hours later that said I was charged $9.99, I canceled right away and then weeks later saw that the charge still went through...I wish I would have seen the other reviews prior to when I downloaded. I hope by posting this review I can save someone else from falling victim to theses SCAMMERS.

Why would I ever spend money on an app like this when the free ones are getting better reviews and they’re free!

I would give this app zero stars if I could. They advertise a free trial and following the end of that trial a $0.99 payment per month, but I was immediately charged $10 without my knowledge, and charged that amount two more times over the course of 15 days! Do not sign into this app because it automatically subscribes you. I hope it gets taken down for it’s awful scam. I called Apple Support to be refunded and they couldn’t even help me, so I lost $30 to this app!

Downloaded to try out trial - unsubscribed as soon as I downloaded to make sure I would NOT get charged and just used the trial. Still got charged anyways and had to go through customer support to get it refunded.

App never worked for me since I purchased it. I won’t FULL return of the several months(weeks potentially) I’ve been being charged after I cancelled. I don’t know what’s going on, but I expect/hope to hear from someone in regards of my reimbursement.

After installing and reading the app reviews people claim they got billed instantly, I've found a way to unsubscribe threw gmail billing recipe sent to my email there it was a cancel button. Hope that helps!

App advertises .99/month or 3.99/year. Once you download the app, you automatically get charged 9.99 and it says you will be billed 9.99/WEEK until you cancel. SCAM ARTISTS. I contacted Apple and had them refund me my money and I called my bank and had them deny any future recurring billing from this app developer. Too bad because it’s actually a decent app.
