This app has started giving me so much trouble. It crops pictures that aren’t cropped, it distorts them or stretches them out. So disappointed

Ugh new update rendered this completely useless 🙁 I can’t get everyone to look the same way at the same time... this was awesome- was a bit glitchy before now won’t save anything and cuts heads off 😕

I’m so glad this app has been updated and is working. My only complaint is that photos are exported highly compressed and scaled down to about 1/6 original size. Other than that it’s a great app.

This app is garbage! Even if you have the same background it will tell you it can’t detect the same background. The pictures have to match shot for shot in order for it to work! It’s a waste of .99 and you can’t get ahold of anyone for assistance! So displeased!

I downloaded this app based on a glowing google review article. The photos are uploaded with poor quality, weird cropping, and stretched diagonal images. I can’t even been to attempt to swap a face bc of these issues. I’m mad I wasted my money on this.

Fixes group pics

I don’t know if it’s just not keeping up with iOS or what, but this app used to be awesome and recently has started being terrible. It won’t load photos from my camera roll, I have to save photo to an album to load them into the app. Why?? It’s weird. And the app always resized images to fit the images on top of each other I guess, but it’s started cropping like crazy and cutting heavily into the group shot... cropping multiple people out of the shot and/or getting partial faces cropped when all the shots it’s loading have all face completely in the frame. I’m frustrated. Formerly awesome app. I’d buy it again if it WORKED.

Worked great the first time I used it, now it freezing and won’t work. Please update & fix this app. So it will work again.

The editing works great, but no way to save the image and all the function buttons are broken.

Frozen all the time. Please update. I loved this app. With the holidays coming we all need this!

App just freezes on my iPhone X

This is my favorite pic app ever! I have kids and one is constantly looking away while the other is smiling, and when I call ones name the other looks away! I’m able to get the best shot with this app! As long as the kids are pretty much in the same position it’s the Best! Especially if you have someone that blinks! It’s the reason I take so many shots, bc I know without a doubt GroupShot will be able to fix it perfectly!!

Too bad. It used to be a great app. I periodically check to see if there have been any updates (looked like there was a recent one), but sadly this app is still completely useless. Loved this app when it worked (even though it saved very low-rez photos); now I will have to brush up on photoshop. At least Live Photo sometimes saves the day when someone blinks.

Please update this app... even if we pay for it... to save photos in higher res! The idea behind this is genius and I use it all the time. But the quality once saved it terrible. So blurry... Please consider an update or new app we can purchase! It would be worth it!

This app is great for getting all the people looking but it’s useless without a high resolution saving option. Please update to include high resolution options.

This is an amazing app. It does a very complex thing well and easily. Great to fix photos of ornery kids and pets.

I hate the fact that you can’t rotate the pictures and it blows the picture up as well so you can’t see the whole thing sometimes the limbs also duplicate so it looks weird do not purchase

I loved this app until recently. I can only see 73 photos and I have over 10,000 on my phone. Please fix this bug and I will give you 5 stars again!

I do not have any issues with this app on my iPhone X with iOS 11. All features work well. My only limit on the rating is due to the fact that exported images are capped at 800px and don’t utilize the full resolution of newer devices.

Did what it was supposed to do, and definitely improved a group photo. I had to text the photo to myself, however, as I couldn't find a way to save it from the app.

Shutting over and over. No good at all in this particular model. Working fine in iPhone 5. When some update fixes this, I’ll come back to change the review.

I love this app, works so great for swapping faces but it saves the pictures in low quality which is useless. Hope they update it.

It would be great but when it saves your picture the quality becomes so low it’s not even worth your time to edit. In the end I always choose the pictures of my kids not looking at the same time just for the higher quality. If they could fix that I would change my low quality rating to a high quality one!

Please fix the low resolution final image.

The app is auto cropping our imported photos into random shapes which is cropping some people completely out. It’s unusable in its current state. Please fix it or give refunds.

The app does a great job of switching faces you can’t even tell that there was any editing done. However none of the function buttons work except for go back and go forward. You cannot quit and choose a new image, you cannot save your images and clicking on the ? for help produces no response. I also wish it would save images in the same resolution as the originals, that is assuming the developers fix it so it works in the first place.

I got this during the Black Friday sale and was happy to see what it could do but after trying it’s multi-photo magic, it leaves me with no way to save the merged photo. Two buttons do nothing and I have to force quit the app to just back out of the editing screen.

This program was amazing when it came out years ago. Now the age and lack of updates are showing. The UI is less reliable now with the newer updates, and the low resolution used to be fine when the source photos were low resolution, but the updates should have upped the resolution to keep up with technology. Now I’m off to look for a more modern version.

The app finally can save projects. 5 stars! Today’s update makes this the easiest way to edit bad group shots.

This was a great app to capture a good smile from on everyone’s face however, it now freezes leaving all functions inoperable. Please update and quickly...the holidays are upon us!!!

This app used to be great but lately it freezes up and none of the buttons to edit the photos work. So it’s basically useless... can’t do anything with it. Disappointed because it used to be great but now I’m just going to delete it.

As other reviewers have said, I’m not able to use this app as the camera roll only shows a fraction of my photos (about 18, from several thousands). It is such an obvious bug for so long now that it is kind of embarrassing that in the new version of March 2018 the developer makes jokes about “fixing the space time continuum” in the changelog like people request things out of this world.

Thanks for updating so this app works again. I hardly ever write reviews but because you fix this app I’m going to get it four stars because it does a great job manipulating photos.

I thought I could use this app on the go to compose group photos, but at best this is good enough for instagram. The technology is great, it works like magic, but why they don't support full resolution photos baffles me. Back to photoshop on the PC it is.

The face switching works great but for some reason the output is way low quality. This app needs an update.

It still does not work with IOS 11. You cannot save your changes and cannot swap to best picture. The resolution also is not good after change. It doesn’t matter because you can’t save. Please get this app working. There is no other like it

This is amazing application. I have on my iPhone for many years. I tried for so many photos to do and never had the problems. Results outstanding. The only issue I never saved that pictures to camera roll. It’s simply useless. The low resolution is killing the whole idea. Every time I’m checking on updates and waiting for full resolution on output.Even now, I opened it and crossed my fingers.Not yet...:(( I still believe the developer will make this update that we are waiting for. Please, listen to all of us.For now I still have on my iPhone but will not use it. Still waiting....

It works but like the reviews say, it's dated. Seriously I don't care about the look or feel of the app so much but I don't have any options for resolution output.... If we are paying the least we deserve is an updated app to support newer hardware.

It was the only way to get a perfect pic! But now I can’t get one - it crashes after first edit 😰. Please fix!!!

Was super excited to use this app and it does the job but freezes immediately after a quick simple edit and can’t save to camera roll.

I downloaded this app and was so excited to use it! It worked flawlessly and I was super stoked, until I viewed my saved photo and the resolution was absolutely butchered and it was also oddly cropped? This app would be absolutely priceless to me if only it saved in full res!

It’s cutting my photos off on the sides so I’m doing a group photo with 20 people and some of them are trying cutoff.

Doesn't work like I expected, the US is old

It is unacceptable to ask people to pay for an app that doesn’t work. I downloaded it despite the bad reviews because recent reviews make it sound as if it’s been updated and fixed, however I am unable to even open the photos I want to edit because instead of showing my 5,000+ photo library, it only shows 8 of my photos which seem to be selected at random. Please fix this or I would like my .99 returned.

The function itself works pretty good. A couple added features would be nice like being able to line up the pictures first. But it doesn’t matter because it won’t let you save your photos. Can’t save, share, send, the help button doesn’t work. Only the forward and back buttons. It’s a shame
