Doesn't stream video from iPhone to Mac.

Remote/3G log-in not working. Very disappointed.... Wifi-only/Lite version works fine

The app didn’t work once I downloaded it. The user experience was terrible.

It only works as described when connected to the same router via wifi. It never works on edge network. It only works for 2 sec and then trys to reconnect (but never does) when on 3g or wifi (from a diff router). I tried to contact customer support and have had no response!

i cannot find the menu for alarm. i use ios8.3 . there was no problem on 8.1 . even though i reinstalled after deleting. i cannot find a kind of alarm thing even inside of setting menu, and apps. any solution?

I use this in my Business and home Works great no issues. It takes some getting use to other then that I love it and recommend it to all my clients who also praise it.

I purchased the free one first to see if/how it would work. Worked perfectly so upgraded to full so I can use without wifi. Still works perfectly and immediately even with my lagging computer skills. I'm way happy.

now, did you get enough customers to fix the interface for the iPad? I wish I can upload a screenshot where the authentication window shows vertically, then the keyboard opens horizontally and covers the password… Then, the remote screen takes only 75% of the window. But, I'm sure you know about all this…

Waste of money

Works great. Once in a long while, the OS X app will crash, but if you have the ability to remote back into the machine, you can restart it and you're back in business. Negative reviews are probably people who don't know how to configure it properly and/or set up port forwarding on their router.

They sell the "use over 3G/edge"... Works once in a while. Used by a very pc literate person who has issues connecting via 3G/edge. If all you want is a wi fi access program this is the one - don't get for remote access!!! Rated one star for remote connectivity issues.

I like this app. It's easy enough to use, and it does what it says it will do. I'd give it five stars if I could watch my webcam on more than one device at a time. I also wish it didn't cost so much, but hey, I still paid for it, so whatever.

No working good

this app does not work. I am surprised apple would even market something this fraudulent in nature. I have contacted the company but they offer no real assistance or tech support in getting it to work. I have spent hours of my time with my Internet provider and the only thing that is apparent is that it does not work. It is a toy works and it's great on wifi but the claim it works with 3G or Edge is pure BS. I work in the computer field so trust me its a waste of your money!

I purchased the paid version well over a year ago and it worked great. After the most recent update it won't connect. Deleted and reinstalled the app but things stopped working after updating both the phone and the OSX app

This app is wonderful. East to use. Crashes only a little, not enough to loose a star. We love it. Its a watch the house, dog cam for us.

This is the best app I've found for remote viewing of my aquarium and other areas of my house! It's extremely reliable, works every time I use it! LOVE IT!!!!!

Downloaded this last night before going out and was super impressed how quickly it was to set up and the quality of picture over 3G was great! I've been trying to find something like this for a long time and it gets all my stars!

Works as advertised and simple to set up (even a caveman can do it). During a test run, I lost connection a couple of times using 3G. However, the app was able to promptly re-acquire the video feed. There is about a 2-3 second time delay between recording and playback. The playback video is quite clear with little or no choppiness (even while using 3G). I didn't need this app but it seemed pretty cool to have. My wife knows I'm addicted to purchasing apps, so she's gonna be real pissed. But with a baby to arrive in 2 weeks, I think I'll find a reasonable use. I highly recommend this app!

Worked first time and really easy to set up on my MacBook. One glitch I'm not sure about,takes a still picture but doesn't go into my photo album. But the video recorder and motion sensor works great

Finally with the new update it works perfect for iPhones even when the power is cut it will reconnect on it's own and return to monitoring ! Works with wake up on motion detection then emails your phone, you must change to proper email account, and port setting! Use a new gmail account, this will solve your connection problems!

I've been using this app since it came out. It used to work for streaming video, but the desktop end would crash a lot or the motion detector just didn't work. Now the desktop end doesn't crash and it emails me pics every time the motion detector picks up something, but the streaming video does not work at all. The iPhone app end simply cannot connect anymore. Guess I am going to have to look to alternatives and delete this one.

I searched and downloaded many webcam apps but this is by far the best one I use it all the time and the options are great ***** stars because I love this app and I recommend it to all of you other people this will save you time.

Do Not Buy!!! Save your money!!! After you try different things from customer service and program still doesn't work they'll tell you it's not comparable to your PC or Mac! WTH?

Seemed to work fine for a while but then the problems start. No matter how I configured my router and the computer (5 days of messing around with firewall, router and other settings) the program still is crashing!!!! Money down the drain. Guess I'll stay with my ip cam that works fine.

I've used this app on occasion and have been pleased with how it worked. After not using it for some time, I updated the program on my Mac only to find it would repeatedly crash. Customer service was prompt, pleasant and effective at fixing my problem.

The free version works fine. The paid version locks-up as soon as the web cam shows the first frame (when it will even connect). I have a static IP address and 1Mbps up, 15 Mbps down broadband. My computer is a new 4 core windows 7 with 6gb ram. My iPad 3G speed is constantly between 2Mbps and 2.5Mbps down. Since this doesn't work for me, I have no idea who it would work for. I've got the most current iOS installed and the most up-to-date windows version of the software installed on my PC. If this is fixed I will change my rating. Otherwise, can I have my $8 back?

Air Cam is great. I tried the Lite version, but quickly decided to upgrade to the remote-access version. I had a little trouble getting my iTouch to recognize my webcam’s PC computer, but I emailed Ray at Senstic and he got right back to me about how I skipped a step in the Auto-Config setup. Air Cam is working perfectly for me now. If you’re looking for a quick and economical way to check out whatever your webcam is looking at while you’re away the Air Cam is just right.

This app does work however there are little to no options besides on and off and the lag time could use some improvement but it does work and it's not that bad

Set my laptop up in front of my tv at home so I could watch the Gator football game while traveling. Worked great!

Don't buy this app. It requires you to go through an extensive setup process and you have to be a computer tech to understand any of it.

Followed instructions for remote access but couldn't get it to work. Fail.

This App FAR exceeded my expectations. Not sure what issues everyone was having but I was able to install it on the iphone4, then on my PC and it works flawlessly. I am also able to hook multiple Webcams on the same PC and switch between them remotely from my iPhone. So I now have a camera in my garage, equipment room, mud room where my dog stays in the day and main room where the front door is. No matter where I am I can always check up on the house and dog. The app also lets me listen in on the house for any abnormal noises. NOTE: You do have to adjust one setting on your router to allow operation over 3G or 4G. LOVE THIS APP!

The title says it, it's awesome! I get to see what my dog is doing at all times. For the people who complained about it not working, they obviously didn't contact Support. I couldn't figure it out in the beginning, but I sent 1 email to Support, and they were able to troubleshoot with me via chat that night. Im not computer savvy, he was able to make it work on my computer. Thanks Ray!!!! Great app, great support. No complaints yet!!!!

It won't work most of the time without any reason. it is totally unstable. blurry screen resolution. I will call this application even din't pass it's beta test but it is on the store for sale. kind of internet fruad cheating for user's money.

Ive had this app for a while. I updated recently (windows aircam client) and now it does not work whatsoever. It won't even open on my pc. I've never heard of software, that worked previously to an update, not working after the update.

This app is a good idea, but it just doesn't work! it launches ok, then just freezes. and yes, I tried every setting and frame rate. Save your money. it's just not ready for the big leagues yet.

I'm not certain about the negative reviews, but I suspect it's mostly user error. I've gotten it to work both over wifi at home and 3G on the go, no problem. 3G can be a bit glitchy at times, but I think that's an AT&T bandwidth issue. Overall, satisfied with my purchase and would buy again.

I am not computer savvy at all and it works great, except will not open int hidden mode ever, neither directly from my Mac or remotely from iPhone fix this bug and it will be all of 5 stars!

This app works great! I purchased this version so I can keep an eye on my dog while at work. It was easy to set up, clarity works well and I think it deserves 5 stars as I have not seen anything else like this and am very happy with my purchase.

Has only worked once via 3G. I don't get why this App is still being sold?!

Constant unresponsiveness, software glitches across the board, not even fun to use as a novelty. No 3G, only wifi. Whoever put this piece of garbage together is a crook and knows it!

I guess I didn't totally understand this app - I wanted to watch a TV news program live feed, it does not do that. $7.99 for not!

After the update it just freezes thanks for me wasting 7.99. You guys are a waste space. I want my money back!

This app is way cool! If you do not wanna pay for ip cams and just want a simple security tool this app is app is for you! The latest updates made this work fabulous over 3G. I recommend this app. It's a must have and makes the iPhone even more useful. :D

The remote access feature only works if your network can open a UPnP and allow the outside world to initiate connections into your network. Besides that this is poor usability, it’s a security risk. This is not how any reputable videoconferencing application works, and I’m not going to entrust an unknown developer to punch a hole in my firewall.
