Reviewed on 12/19/18 12:37 PMI would be so happy if you added all the features from the android version to the iOS version. Here are some of the things I miss the most since switching to iOS: - amplitude modulation for the fm synth - the ability to have notes play every other bar by dragging the step to the left or right - longer sample lengths - more sensitive pitch editing A big problem I am having is that my .nan files from android won't open on my iPhone. I think there's a compatibility issue between the platforms because of the differences in features. I can open .nan files cross-platform if they were made on older versions of nanoloop that didn't have all the new features that the newer android versions have Also here are a few more general suggestions: - True polyphony: The ability to put 3 notes on the same step so they all play at the same time. - 3/4 time signature support. - Master send effects (reverb, delay, distortion) - Triangle wave instrument with built in bitcrusher and downsampling effects. - Independent 3 band equalizers for each track. - Independent tempo multipliers per track. For example you could have one track set to 100bpm and another one at 2x (200bpm). You could get some crazy aggressive sounds if you could multiply the tempo of a single track by 10x or more. Like the huge master tempo range nanoloop already has but per track. - More accurate decay slider in the sampler. Right now if you set the decay at 127 then it will play the entire length of the sample (as expected), but then if you lower the decay a little bit to about 123 or so then it sounds like the decay is set to 50 and the sample gets cut very short. Don't get me wrong, nanoloop is amazing. It's my favorite app of all time and I probably use it an unhealthy amount 🙃. It's so good. I mainly just want the iOS version to get updated to the same extent that android has been. Anyway sorry for the novel, and thank you SO MUCH for making such an amazing music making platform.
