I haven’t opened the app yet because I’m trying to figure out how it’s listed for $1.99, yet I was charged $3.99. I took a picture of the app in the store on my mom’s iPhone just in case I made a mistake, but I didn’t! I have the proof now and will be seeking a refund. I would NOT trust this app developer, and I’m upset I did. I know $2 isn’t a big difference, but it’s a matter of right and wrong. I’m disappointed and I haven’t even used the program. What a scam!

Basic settings interface. Don’t allow airplay to HomePod or other airplay compatible device. Need to swipe to change bowls. Why you don’t put all on the same screen?

Won't open just crashes 😞 Love this app before but crashing all the time. Can't use it now.

App force closes when I download then open the app. This app doesn't seem to be compatible with iOS 9.1 iPhone 6 Plus. Please Fix ASAP. Will give 5 stars.

First of all, the bells bowls work. Second, what music you make you can record. You can rim the bowls and create a smooth wave. You can tap the bowl, bell, or gong to to resonate the sound. And there are multiples of different bowls, bells, and gong sounds to chose from. 👌

This app provides the sounds that help start the process of a meditation.

I use it every day just before meditation. Perfect.

1.99 for crash? Fix please...

These singing bowls are great to have when you’re not at home with your bowls and you need to re-center. I have also used them at home before. This app has many bowls and cymbals whereas I have only 2 bowls at home. They are a great substitute for the real thing.

I use this app for meditation. It's very helpful and works very well. It's the next best thing to having an actual bowl. Also, it can be used with music.

I love this app as does my 18 month old granddaughter!

I haven't even been able to try this app yet due to it continually crashing on the load screen. Figured it would have been fixed by now

Nice calming sound...but having to flip around from bowl to bowl instead of having them all located on the same page kind of negates the calming effect...its clutsy.

I have loved the app for years but it will not work on my Apple 6.😣

I have had this app for years. I use it to meditate or calm down when my bowls are not with me.

App won't stay open on an iPhone 6s+. Used to work fine on a 6+.

Prior to this week I had only heard of and seen brief scenes in documentaries of "singing bowls". Some I have downloaded this app I have become a believer in the holistic benefits of this type of meditation and relaxation. I can spend many enjoyable minutes learning by trying to bring the most comforting melodies from this app that appears to faithfully return the fidelity and purity of the voices of these precious, evocative instruments. I am very, very pleased with my purchase and especially because it allows me to record my sessions for later playback. I would highly recommend this app for anyone who can take a few moments out if each day to spend some time with the singing bowls as a means of relaxation and restoration of the spirit.

Very nice app

I purchased this before the recording option. Glad I kept it as it was just a novelty then. Now it is a tool. Very nice indeed.

The different bowls and other instruments have a clean clear tone and reverberation. I love being able to compose with them.

I love Om bowls! I like the plentiful selection of bowls. The ability to record a bowl-session is also great! Downside is that the app crashes on IOS 9 :-/

Oct. 30: I really hope they fix this one, it has been one of my all time favorite apps until it started crashing on launch. Oct. 31: Fixed and working as great as always! I am glad they got it working it's a great bit of fun.

This is the best Singing Bowl app period. Superb sound, plus the unique ability to strike the bowls or rub their rims to produce nurturing sounds. This app is great for meditation or for just relaxing. These sounds will help soothe your mind and promote inner peace and relaxation. It is a great tool for helping to dissolve tensions and problems.

Great app, great bowls and sound, and fab ability to record!! Yay!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, however, make it an option to have this running in the background! I play my recording, and it shuts off the minute my phone screen adjusts down. :-((

I get about 2 seconds of the startup screen, then it quits. I can't begin to review it, because it doesn't even begin to work.

I just downloaded and I can't get any sound on my IPhone 4S! Sooo frustrating.

Bowls has made such an amazing difference in my emotional state after losing a dear, beloved friend I don't know quite how to explain it. I feel a sense of clarity. I experienced a total head change as soon as I started playing the chimes and gongs and bowls; like I had Temple here with me. It is so good I HAD to buy the iPad version as well, which is quite nice because all the instruments are on one screen. Being able to make recordings and share with friends or paste in other music projects is just icing on the cake. Namaste.

The tones from this app are just amazing - short of going out and buying a bunch of bowls, this app is a great purchase. The recording option is a really great feature. Only two things that kinda b** me out is 1) would love to have all the bowls on one page as switching pages can be cumbersome 2) wish the recorded tracks would still play if app was minimized or if I lock the phone (like the music app), mostly so I can listen to the recording in the dark without the light of the phone shining. But again this app is way worth the purchase.

Very realistic sounds and a well designed interface! Don't for get to trace around the edge of the bowls for a nice hum.

I knew that I wouldn't get the resonance of a real singing bowl but this isn't very good. sounds like the old version was better

Good app that has the bowls with you that approximate sounds of actual singing bowls quite well.

I am very grateful with this app save me money to buy a tibetan bowl lol. It help me to relax after work and when I go to nature helps me to meditate. No problems on crashing so far.

Recording doesn't always work. It should offer recordings where the chimes ring every two or five minutes etc. We should have more variety of bowls to choose from. Thank you.

Through insomnia I found this app- I made a few different "songs" and now I use it for meditation background when I can't get still. I have already told my friends to get this app- it's great.

Had this app for years and really love it. The fact that you can create your own sound and record it is the 5 star for me. It gave me the opportunity to create which to me is fascinating in itself since I did not know I had it in me. The magnificent sounds are very calming indeed. Highly recommended! Thanks.

I love to use bowls for meditation classes and this one is the very best app I've found. Having this app makes the bowls portable so when I travel, I have bowls always with me. The app is visually beautiful, I love the sound and I find it easy to move from 1 bowl to the next. I also appreciate simple apps. This one is easy to use. I can have anyone in the class play a note or let the rims begin to sing. Everybody enjoys it.

I have 9.0.2 update & it doesn't open. Immediately crashes. Sadly, so far, a waste of money. I will change my review if the app is updated to operate on the current os.

These are wonderful! The sound is indescribably beautiful! Although moving from bowl to bowl is easy, I would love to be able to choose from all the bowls at once on my iPad. That way, we wouldn't have to scroll through several screens to get to the next bowl, if we don't want to sing them in the order given by the screens.

Can use it instead of bringing my bell.

This app has a lot of potential. The interface is beautiful, though sometimes hard to swipe between bowls. The sound samples are a little but short. I wish they lasted a long time, because that's the appeal of using them for meditation and being able to focus. I have very good headphones, so I can tell right when they cut off. One suggestion: This needs a meditation timer. That would be a fantastic addition and would make this app twice as useful. Thanks!

I love this app!!! It's very helpful when trying to center

I'm a yoga teacher and I tried this app once in my group meditation class. The sound wasn't loud enough to vibrant through the entire room. I had My phone connect the studio's large speakers. Even I turned the speakers volume up to a point I could hear the speakers hum. It still not loud enough. I hope the developer can somehow make the app sounds louder.

It's a fun way to recreate a "bowl" experience. Relaxing and tactile. More fun than just listening.

Most relaxing app ever

I, too, would like the option to have a beginning and ending tone with selected meditation durations. I love the bowls and find their sounds accurate and transformative.

There are many stars ... What's not to like? nice realistic sustained tones....

The best relaxation app I have found. Very well done. I use it to relieve stress. The music it creates is so soothing.
