Andrew Johnson's voice, composition of words, and intonation just works for me. His method of relaxation and visualization is not different from others yet when I listen to him things happen. The only problem is that I never get to the end because I am so relaxed that I fall asleep. Thank you Andrew. VLE

Andrew Johnson has done it again...I have most of his apps, and this one is a welcome addition. I have TERRIBLE insomnia & these actually put me to sleep before the intro is finished. I have been able to cut back on prescription sleep meds almost entirely since I started using these apps...highly recommend!

I highly recommend ANYTHING Andrew Johnson does. I have listened to several of his programs for a while now and have slept better than I have in months and felt better, too. His voice is so calming and easy to follow. It's had a profound impact on my physical and emotional well being. Well worth the small cost.

Very relaxing and and effective.

The first time I listened to this I found it hard to get the 3rd eye portion to feel natural. But after a few times you start to get it down Overall the intro is very relaxing and so is the rest of the tape. I would recomend this to anyone, although I can't tell whether this actually helps with the healing of my body.

... and I have a LOT of apps! This is the first time I have been that inspired to review. The incredible adoration I'm experiencing may derrive from having a boyfriend from Glasgow a couple of years ago. Yum! Anyway, I have heard the same old hypnosis techniques over and over from other apps and CD's. This unique style takes some getting used to if you are very familiar with other cookie-cutter hypnosis programs.

Or could you actually feel the white light all through your body? What an amazing feeling. The relaxation is something I would pay $2.99 for each time. Skeptics beware, this is a truly useful app.

I've had chronic migraine for 36 years, which often makes it impossible to sleep-- the pain is just too severe. Until I tried Andrew Johnson's apps, I had never found a reliable solution to my pain-induced insomnia. It has been a life-changing miracle to have found these, and I have suggested them to everyone I know who could benefit from any of them. Worth every penny! THANK YOU, Andrew. I look forward to your future apps, and hope you'll consider creating one for headache relief (or for chronic pain, at least), but without any reference to a bright white light-- since even imagining light can be very painful to a migraine sufferer. ; )

I was a total skeptic but this is very relaxing, only if you are willing to listen, which I wasn't at first, but, it works and is very soothing.

I have been using Andrew's "Deep Sleep" and "Visualize Healing" apps for about two weeks now, and believe it or not, they really work--and work WELL! To me, each of his apps has been well worth the purchase. In fact, I am downloading a couple of other Andrew Johnson apps at this very moment. My sincerest thanks to him for putting out such high-quality (and life-changing) apps. FIVE STARS!

This is by far the best of all apps he has. I have chronic pain from spinal injury and to get any relief or rest requires a great deal of drugs to sleep. Im able to get a good nights rest from this with little drug use thanks to Andrew Johnson app. I highly recomend this to anyone seeking reliefe.

I have many of Andrew's marvelous hypnotic recordings, and I can honestly say that each is a masterpiece. It would be tough to choose a favorite. This one focuses on engaging the mind to aid the body in the healing process. There is no sensationalism, just the gentle assurance that the listener has this innate ability. The app is easy to use, because there are simple choices. Configure for the number of repetitions, and for the ending you prefer: wake up, delayed wake up, or sleep. The background music is very soft, and does not distract. Andrew's Scottish burr is initially a bit difficult for the American ear, but becomes easier to understand after a few listening sessions. Nothing could be more enTRANCING than the earnest encouragement of a native Scotsman, so prepare to be hooked on Andrew Johnson's great apps.

Highly recommend to anyone stressed or feeling sick. I use this program to help heal my body from a serious surgery and I feel heaps better and relaxed allowing my body to heal itself!!! Well worth every penny!!!

I purchased this app a few days ago. Hadn't gotten around to trying it as I have several other Andrew Johnson apps. There's only so much time per day for hypnosis!! This was truly a wonderful experience. As his velvet voice described the beautiful orb getting smaller I wanted to make it last longer!!! My broken finger hurts less too!

When I bought this app I declined the email newsletter yet each time after I finish the program there's a box thanking me for subscribing. Also, in the white light ball part where the ball increases to 3 feet in size it's then supposed to encompass your entire body. That's fine if you're real small or a leprechaun but kinda stops the glow you're in while you stop and say to yourself "okay 6 feet should work".

This app used to work, now it is just a black screen with nothing! Hello? Fix this please!

Love it! I usually have a hard time sleeping or relaxing, this program really induces me to relax and calm down after a hectic and stressful day!

Downloaded the app twice today. It's stuck in a loop that closes the app immediately upon trying to open it and play. I've several A.J. apps and this is the first to lock up. Tough break when I'm trying to get over a cold that's had me down a few days. Please fix this healing app, dear Andrew,

I just love Andrew's apps - I had a horrible headache early this AM, so I got up, popped a few ibuprofen, grabbed an ice pack then turned this particular app on, I fell right back to sleep - generally unusual when I'm sporting a headache such as I woke up with (sinus migraine). I awoke about an hour later when the alarm went off, headache free…

An excellent app with great production quality and hypnosis technique. Well worth the investment.

It's now a family joke---I'm off to a good night's sleep with "Andrew." I've been using his apps since November and now sleep through the night, no longer grind my teeth, and in general feel more relaxed, way less anxious. His apps are uncanny. He says the right things in just the right way... And the background "music" encourages slow, measured breathing.

I have used Andrew Johnson's "Relax" and "Deep Sleep" apps to great success and so thought I would try this one since I suffer from frequent headaches. I am not someone who believes in a lot of "new age" kind of stuff and I've never really tried meditation before, but this app is incredible. It leaves me with a physical feeling of euphoria all over my body, as though I've taken some delightful drug. I don't know why this works so well, but it really does.

All I get is the black screen too! Would like a refund or update to fix this problem. Have deleted and reinstalled. Have the sleep app which I love. Please fix.

When I open that app on my iPad it just gives me black screen. I have reinstalled that app several times and rebooted my iPad, but all the same - black screen. I wish it work!!! Other apps work great.

I find myself feeling like a broken record reviewing Andrew Johnson's apps: He's amazing!!! If you are looking for a sleep aid, any of his tracks are perfect. Personally I fall asleep to this track the fastest. Deep Sleep is what I go for if I need to feel awake after too little sleep. Relax is wonderful to wind down with. As far as healing, I believe it depends on the user. If you believe in healing through meditation, hypnosis, prayer, or just mind over matter, this app works wonderful. I've noticed lesser allergy symptoms as well as faster recovery times with this relaxing app. If you think self/guided healing is bullocks, then why are you even reading? :) Another 5 Stars to the amazingly talented Andrew Johnson!

I listened to Andrew Johnson's "Healing" app every night while I was finishing my MA degree. His app helped me fall asleep and also got rid of a lot of my stress. I highly reccomend it!

I have 5 of Andrews hypnosis apps! I love them... He is wonderful, when I use them I definately sleep better and feel better in the morning... I was on sleeping medication and don't have to take it anymore! Love him!!!

Excellent guided meditation using white light healing. Andrew's voice, pace and word choice are just perfect for me. I've been using this to help recover from minor surgery and have been very satisfied so far.

I love andrew's apps. They are amazing and very relaxing. I had a little bit of difficulty with this app in the begining because of the 3rd eye thing but I got used to it. Now I can easily use the app, it took me a week to get used to it. However this is a great app and you should get it. I recommend all of his apps.

I love the "healing" app. Since I've started using it at bedtime, I sleep better, I wake easier, I feel better physically and I feel happier. Andrew Johnson has a very soothing voice and his technique works well for me. I have to trust a hypnotist to really let go, and his style of saying "if it feels natural, if it feels comfortable" assures me that he's always respecting each listener's comfort level with hypnosis. I highly recommend this app.

I love these apps. I'm currently using the wellness one to get over a cold and immediately after my session my throat no longer hurt. Well worth the few bucks. Love it!

I'm leaving another 5 star for Andrew, as his is one of the only styles of hypnosis that gets the job done for me. I agree with another Andrew fan... that I wish there was a session for energy, but I know that production time in the studio costs money, so... Here's to hoping that Andrew releases more great sessions soon!

I have been searching a long time for a meditation like this. I honestly have not been able to stay awake to hear the end of it, because it is so relaxing that I fall asleep. Although I didn't purchase this for sleep , I definitely needed something to reduce stress and anxiety do to a medical condition which has been interfering with sleep. This has truly helped with all three conditions. I look forward to listening to this everyday! I have others meditations by the same narrator, but this is hands down the best in my opinion.
