Clivus13's Review of Neuro Toolkit
Reviewed on 12/17/18 1:19 PMI'm a board certified neurologist, and I use this app daily in my clinical practice. I downloaded it primarily for the NIH s***** scale, it has come in handy in multiple other occasions. The NIH Stroke Scale is well done and has the instructions for each item available without losing your place. Can't remember if the patient with flaccid hemiplegia gets ataxia points? It's right there. When you finish, the score can be emailed to you, so I never actually write it down. Works perfectly. It includes the aphasia cards as well (cookie jar and glove/hammock) The app has steadily improved and they continue to add new formulas and outcome scores. I would like a phenytoin correction for ARF and low serum albumin in the future. This is the best neurology app available!

Superflymd's Review of Neuro Toolkit
Reviewed on 12/17/18 1:19 PMAs an Emergency Physician, I frequently use the neuro toolkit, particularly the NIH Stroke Scale. I would love to see more head injury-related material, especially the New Orleans Criteria and Canadian CT rules--combined or separately.
