First let me say, I am a long time user of this app, and like it, a lot. But since the developers moved from iCloud syncing to Dropbox syncing, nothing syncs unless i do a manual sync. I have emailed support at least twice and never have received a response. I am looking at other apps to replace my medical! Update: have now emailed support 4 times over the past 8-12 months and no response.

I lost years of data that can’t be retrieved! Don’t just take my review, see all the other users that lost their history too!

This was a very useful, reliable app for a number of versions, but the most recent ones are dreadful. I am using the most recent version and re-entered some missing records, plus added a whole series of notes to remind me what to discuss with my physician. Now, 2 weeks later, once again, all of my records back to 2015 have been erased. A total disaster. Will export the records (if THAT works) and delete this horror of an application. When you are depending on application to retain your medical records there is absolutely no excuse for releasing one that does just the opposite.

Great app. Have used it for years. Syncing with Dropbox refuses to link under the threat of iCloud syncing to be stopped. Too bad there is absolutely no support. It’s a shame for a good app. Someone who can provide good support, please purchase it and resurrect a good app.

If an app would require a slap in the face, this qualifies as a such.

So sad that this is no longer supported. Worse lost all of my records.

I love the app itself. (5 stars). As others have said, it's a pain and very time-consuming to enter it all. But that's to be expected and is nothing negative about the app. Once the data is entered, it's such a great app...except for one BIG thing. What is a BIG negative is that there appears to be no way to backup this precious data. (1 star) You can't do it in iCloud. Somewhere, a brief note popped up that said it could be done in Dropbox. However, when I tried that, another note popped up from the app that said it could not backup to an old Dropbox platform. I don't know what that means. Within the last two months, I upgraded my Dropbox to 1TB. I'm hesitant to enter anymore data in this app when I have no way at all to back it up. The User Guide in the app isn't of any help.

What a major lost opportunity for the app developer. Personal medical records are extremely important since the medical profession is so tech hampered. The app is comprehensive and is relatively easy to use. Although it syncs between my iMac and iPhone, it recognizes my wife’s iPhone but will not transfer to her My Medical, which is where I most want it should I have a medical emergency. Says to Sync using Dropbox. Opened an account there but does not sync with updated Dropbox. Sad 😠

Whats here is a great start. However, 1. you cant sync via cable but have to use icloud which eats more info than it makes accessible. 2. It needs a Womens health section, a symptoms &/or concerns tracker/journal/notes section. It would allow for quick & easy place to note progress of chronic issues, treatments, or just concerns to ask thee. Dr about next visit. Dont have to pre set topics for tracking, just a way for us to identify and follow our specific concerns whether it be pain, periods, cravings, contact attempts, s/s, or current habits etcetera.
