Unresponsive app which keeps freezing on both iPhone and iPad. Customer service is nonexistent.

While adding patient to the team I get an error that can’t write to the patient database. please add functions that patient can be added to multiple teams. Also add function that we can dictate multiple diagnoses in single line separated by comma and then it will be entered/edited one by one.

Clearly the program interfaces with the emr or some other hospital billing platform. Stop asking the end user stupid questions like location. You should already know it. Also, stop telling me I didn’t enter a social. I don’t care. Likewise for referring md. It’s just not very slick from an end user perspective. Also, please adopt googles search function. Let me misspell something then give me some Options. You seem to have it in the diagnosis side but the cpt side is way too concrete.

I’m downgrading my original 4 stars to 2. After months of asking to add another location, they still haven’t done it. I have had 3 account reps in 2years, so there is no continuity and they don’t know who you are. There is no favorites for diagnosis so you have to type it in every time, which is painful on a small screen. And Now that I am trying to cancel they say I have to wait a year until my contract expires. Not recommended.

A recent update has broken the iOS app for everyone in our group. Saving a patient and then dropping a bill doesn’t work. You have to cancel out of the save patient screen. You then have to find the patient on your patient list and select them and then drop a bill. I spent over an hour with several tech support folks. They had significant difficulty even understanding the problem. They thought it was a network connection problem despite me repeatedly saying that the app connects to the server fine. Follow up from tech support was horrible. I even mailed them stating that our large group is considering canceling our subscription. They still don’t seem to care. When they finally agreed that it was a bug in the iOS app they said that they would refer it to the development team. Of course I’ve never heard from them. Bottom line is that the iOS app doesn’t work and the customer service is really atrocious. Our group will likely cancel our subscription soon. Addendum 4/25/18 Well, things continue to worsen. Today’s update broke the app completely. Every time I launch the app it immediately crashes and kicks me back to the home screen. This is not a free app. Our group pays a lot of money for multiple licenses and a functional iOS app is essential. We will continue to look for another vendor.

Too many clicks to get to the desired screen. Why not prepopulate info for new bill from bills placed for previous day? They are usually the same. Printing lists - we have to click thru 4 screens every time. Why not have a quick button to print your list?

Barcode scanner freezes often. App also needs a user interface update for iPhone X (update coming on Nov 27). Update: FaceID is now enabled after I deleted and recreated a quick login passcode.
