iCBT is an ingenuitive app which gives the user a practical cognitive behavioral therapy tool which can be used anywhere at anytime. Well worth the price and highly usuable are my impressions, having used this app for five days. Definitely a keeper!

A quick and easy CBT tool. The app provides a way to view situations outside of self, acknowledge feelings, recognize the negative thinking that create those feelings, and then reframe. iCBT could not be easier to use and is a wonderful way to decrease automatic negative thoughts. It can also be used in conjunction with therapeutic CBT* to journal homework or by anyone who wants to improve automatic thoughts. *Anyone experiencing severe or debilitating negative thinking should always seek professional help.

This app is EXCELLENT for identifying & working through cognitive distortions. Because it is so great I wanted to download it on more than one device; however, when I downloaded it onto a second device, it would not open without a password...(I tried to enter the same password from the 1st device but it doesn't open it). PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!! This is by far the best CBT app I have tried!! I would rate this app with 5 stars if they could fix this issue.

I am a psychotherapist, and trained in CBT. This app is extraordinary! It is comprehensive, and is true to CBT methodology. The ability to email complete thought review is just icing on the cake.

iCBT is wonderful! It is easy to use, thorough and discreet, and helps me feel better in minutes. My favorite features are the thought categories, the email capability and I especially appreciate the password protection on the app. FWIW, I use the iPad version as well. Update: the new appraise interface is an improvement. Looks like I won't get lost in the process anymore.

As a graduate student of clinical psychology, as well as a patient of a seasoned cognitive psychologist, I find iCBT to be a wonderful therapeutic addition to the app world. This application supplies its users with an effective and reliable thought record that is nearly parallel to the materials used by licensed therapists and psychologists alike. Additionally, this app allows for one to save each record, leaving users with an organized and password protected paper trail of their therapeutic journey. CBT is applicable to all walks of life, whether one is currently in therapy or not. Our thoughts contribute to our behavior, which naturally come with consequences; consequences whiand an be perceived through distorted thoughts, and so the cycle continues. Arguably parallel to Buddhist philosophies, our thoughts hold a defining power over our subjective experiences of reality. iCBT is a truly a wonderful tool used to aid individuals in navigating through life's beautiful yet unpredictable journey of one's mind, spirit and reality.
